Holiday rentals with a patio in Northern California

My stay in the Alien Suite was lovely. It has a mid-century modern charm and a spaciousness that feels airy and bright, with tastefully appointed furniture and huge windows that look out into a private natural setting. The host was very helpful, flexible, friendly and communicative. This has been—and will continue to be—my go-to place to stay in Yreka.

This is our first time in Capitola, and my husband and my twin boys enjoyed the unit and the surroundings so much! You can see the ocean view through the bedroom, grab some snacks, and sit on the balcony. Then, you can just go downstairs and walk across the street to the ocean! This unit has a private parking place, so you can just drive and park there easily. Moreover, the restaurants and the shopping store are just a one-minute walk away. All you can do is relax here!!

We loved all the thought out touches put into the place— just a lovely, elegant set up. Lots of perks- snacks, coffee selection, soft robes…. Flexible in our arrival time. Lots of helpful notes around to address any questions we might have, re cooler, fans, etc…. This hostess went all out to make the experience a real step above many other places we have stayed- thank you!

My Husband and I visited this unit for our wedding anniversary. We loved the hot tub and how clean the unit was. The unit was really comfortable, it is a little difficult to open the secret closet, I had my husband open it. The mattress was a little too firm. The unit was near some really good coffee, and was close by a Safeway! Overall, LOVED our stay and would definitely stay there again!

this is now a new fave place to stay in the Bay, loved the view from the "overlook" and felt like I had enough privacy. Having a space to park in the driveway is a plus and the place is fully equipped for a great time. There was even wine for me and my partner. beautiful space and I had a great time - wish I could've stayed longer!

The cozy casita was absolutely amazing. It was perfect for my weekend getaway. I had plans in emeryville it was very close. The details of the casita were well thought out. I felt the love that was put in. Would definitely stay again.

We felt right at home in this colorful, cozy home. Everything was as described in the listing and then some. The apartment itself is beautiful with antique fixtures, hardwood floors, stained glass windows, and solid wooden details, yet it has all the modern conveniences and upgrades. The decor is eclectic but tasteful and very welcoming. All the furniture and dishes and cooking supplies are substantial as if someone actually lives there--not just cheep rental unit style. The cotton linens and bedding are of good quality. I am going to look for a set of those flowery sheets for myself! The location is central and very easy to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Our hosts were helpful and proactive. We did not need to communicate with them while we were there, as everything was perfect, but they made us feel like we could reach out at anytime if necessary. I will stay here the next time I visit Sacramento and I recommend it to everyone.

Wir waren Ende Mai 5 Nächte dort und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Bett war sehr weich, war ungewohnt für uns. Kücheneinrichtung super, Klima gut und leise und gut zu verstellen, Handtücher und Pflegeprodukte top, Spülmaschinentabs, Salz und Pfeffer, Kaffee (Nespresso Kapselmaschine mit vielen Kapseln in verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen), Tee, Zucker, Milchpulver vorhanden. Lampen überall dimmbar, viele Steckdosen 🤗 und großer Balkon mit Besuch von Eichhörnchen, Kolibris, Eidechsen und weiteren Vögeln. Schlafzimmer lässt sich nicht komplett abdunkeln, wer das nicht mag, muss auf eine Schlafmaske zurückgreifen. Großer Sony TV mit schwenkbarer Wandhalterung. Waschmaschine und Trockner sauber und gut zu bedienen.

Our second stay, and just as wonderful as last time. The views are unbeatable, and the ability to walk to the lodge is an amazing benefit (I loved being able to grab a coffee there in the morning, or knowing I could have a few drinks and walk home!). Beds were comfy. To note, the blinds in the rooms aren’t blackout so the mornings are bright — but ideally you’re up then anyways to enjoy the gorgeous views!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The host was incredibly communicative from the start and full of helpful information and tips that made our trip even smoother. The house was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views of the nature. Everything was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully arranged with convenience in mind. We would absolutely recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

The home was wonderful with well thought-out and creative details in every room. The beds were comfortable. The location and views were incredible. We spent the evening by the fireplace watching the sunset and then listened to the ocean waves and stargazed while sitting in the hottub. The stay made for an unforgettable experience for my family who had flown in to visit us and the area!

The Sea Ranch is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There is so much light in the house and the windows are huge and looks out into a field where we saw fox, deer, and birds pass by the house. Barbara was also very proactive and responsive. The air bnb comes with passes that give you access to the pool and tennis court, which are really nice. We had a wonderful time!

We had such a perfect stay at Maja’s home! The view is incredible, and the various decorations around the place give it a very cozy vibe. There’s plenty of space and things to do that we never felt bored. On top of this, Maja is very kind and clearly communicated everything our group needed to know. Definitely hoping to return here someday!

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

If you want a nice little get away from the city to snowboard at mammoth, look no further for a nice little cozy spot right here. Chris is super friendly and very responsive. Great amenities. I Had a hard time getting the TV to work but Chris was just a phone call away to get it fixed. Only thing is that the place doesn’t have a dishwasher but it’s all good. Hot tub just across the street was amazing post snowboarding. Had some amazing meals and memories with my gal. :)

I would highly recommend this serene condo in the woods! Can’t beat the location, and the amenities are exactly what you need! Jared was very helpful when we had any questions about our stay.

This is the best location in the winter and in the summer. Beautifully remodeled unit very clean and has everything you need the host is friendly communicative accommodating and thoughtful. The space itself is amazing it’s the perfect blend of TAHOE meets modern and I would definitely recommend staying here . I had such a great time mahalo nui loa Dolores! 💙💙💙

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Airbnb in the Tahoe area. The place is pretty new and we feel right at home. Everything feels clean and comfortable. The host is great and communicated very well and also was very accommodating. Would recommend
