Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Northeast Washington

Really enjoyable and well-priced stay in DC, in easy reach by car, tram or metro to the centre and all the major sights. Everything we needed was provided and the place was clean and comfortable.

One of the coolest Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Loved the vibe, the wall of windows looking at the trees, and super comfy beds. Would defiantly stay here again.

Candice was very welcoming and responsive. She made sure we had what we needed. Cute, clean space with an amazing shower. The location is great. 0.3 miles from the nearest metro. Parks and dog parks around the neighborhood. She gave us our space to come and go freely! She has two dogs upstairs that sometimes bark, but we are dog people (and have a barky one ourselves) so it wasn’t an issue for us. She quickly tries to quiet them down, and she’s understanding if your pet barks too. Good place for dog owners!

Great stay. The home itself was big enough for 6 adults to stay there comfortably, and the rooftop balcony was perfect every morning and evening. Close to major DC attractions. Michael was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed him as well. Highly recommend if you're looking for a stay in the DC area.

Excellent first Airbnb experience! Space was exactly as described and impeccably clean. Located in a beautiful, secure, quiet neighborhood directly across from a park... so pleasant hearing kids playing while heading out to our car instead of typical hotel noise. Daisy and Steven were fantastic hosts, responsive, friendly, and thoughtfully checked on our comfort without being intrusive. Great amenities including off-street parking, EV charger, coffee bar, snacks, and welcome wine. Clear instructions made everything seamless. Would definitely book again - highly recommend!

Jennifer’s Airbnb was great, very clean, quiet, private, and convenient to transit. The parking spot was a huge convenience. Jennifer was easy to communicate with when questions arose. All around good experience. :)

We've stayed at Kopal's quite a few times - very peaceful neighborhood, very close to Lake Artemisia, which is lovely for walking, also very close to College Park. Great location. The house is always very clean, well-equipped and Kopal is so responsive.

This is a great property for those visiting the DC area. Bedrooms each allow privacy (and the basement living space felt like its pwn secluded apartment!) but the communal spaces (deck/yard and living room) gave us wonderful social areas (we even invited some guests over for a luncheon "en plein air"). Close to anywhere you really want to go in the DC area (the Mall, DCA, Arlington/Alexandria) and plenty of local spots (the Harris Teeter is literally 3 minutes away!). A+ location.... you will not be disappointed with this beautiful house and yard/deck!

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Cute & spacious boho apartment. My family of 5 was very comfortable inside. Metro & restaurants were close by (5 min or less walk). Free parking pass was great. Currently there is a lot of construction happening in the parking garage and on the street but it wasn’t too loud and once you got used to the few streets that were closed it was easy to drive and walk around the neighborhood.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Lily's place was immaculate and she was very prompt with her responses. The apartment is in a quiet part of Arlington and very walkable. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Wonderful! Communication was very responsive and helpful. The apt fit our needs perfectly. The parking , fitness trails, high ceilings, washer/dryer, quiet space and amenities are specific things that will bring us back to book again.

This family home radiates warmth and the personal tastes of its owners. It is welcoming, and comfortable with an exceptional kitchen, good beds, and interesting art. Our family of 3 and our dog were here on business. After a tiring day, the informally landscaped yard was a private, serene oasis just minutes away from urban activity. And the pool is more beautiful than its picture. Patricia is a perfect host in every way. We recommend her home highly and would rent it again.

Our stay was awesome and we had a great time in DC. The only thing I will warn people about is if you are a light/late sleeper, is you can hear from the floor above you (there’s a dog who walks back and forth). Otherwise, the stay was phenomenal.

Keshia’s place was amazing. It is super super clean which makes you feel comfortable right away. However it was the little touches that took it over the edge - the helpful signs, coffee bar, all needed cooking equipment extremely well organized, little snacks and even a first aid kit (we skinned a knee on our adventures). I will concur with another reviewer that the floors are creaky, but it added to the charm. Thanks for a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! The Airbnb was spacious, very clean, quiet, and safe. It’s in a residential area and only a 20-minute walk to food and other services. We would definitely stay here again!

Kwan’s place was a great place to stay during our time in DC. If you are attending an event at RFK it’s within walking distance and very convenient. The place itself was very comfortable and had all amenities needed, very clean, and space is also bigger in person than in pictures. Would definitely stay again.

Very last minute booking late at night and Khail was super quick to respond and get me setup!! Place was clean and quiet in a peaceful residential area plus is had a parking spot though there’s also loads of free street parking right there as well

This was a fantastic stay! The location is incredibly convenient—just a few blocks from DC, which made exploring the city super easy. One of the standout features was the accessible parking right on-site—such a rare and appreciated bonus in this area. The place itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. They were also very kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and will definitely look forward to staying here again next time I’m in town!

I used to live in DC and staying in this apartment felt like I lived there again. It was small but cozy on a gorgeous residential street. The bus is very close and it was also easy to catch the Metro.

Jesse is an amazing host! He was very proactive in reaching out and in thinking about anything we could possible need! Jesse’s space is well thought out, comfortable, clean, and perfect for a stay in DC. We had the best weekend staying at his place for the comeback of Warped Tour and would 100% stay at his spot again! Jesse has a flair for hospitality. The little things like chocolates by the bed and fresh baked cookies upon arrival were the cherry on top!
