Apartment holiday rentals in Northeast Washington

This unit in Columbia Heights is charming and very comfortable. It’s in a great location, easily walkable to the metro station and very easy to find. Love that there was a parking space for use, which is difficult to find in DC. The unit was very spacious and was great for my husband and I to spend the week. The kitchen was great and well stocked with coffee, dishes, and other necessities. Living space is clean, very comfortable, and very quiet. Meredith was a super host and provided great instructions both for check in and check out. This was an excellent place to stay while visiting DC!

Ian was very courteous. His place was clean. I loved the shades and decor. Hated all the steps but I loved that so much was in walking distance.

I stayed for a couple nights at Dan's place. It was very comfy and very safe. He is highly responsive and helpful. I will definitely try and stay here again next time im in town!

This is my second time staying here and I just want to say…Amazing hosts! They were very warm and welcoming and made me feel at home. They are very responsive and clear. They had great recommendations for things outside of the national mall. Clean space and close to the metro. I will be back again.

If you’re looking for a spot on DC within a mile of the Mall, this is it. There are two large bedrooms, one smaller bedroom and three full sized bathrooms. The layout was incredible for the four of us, giving everyone privacy and space! Looking forward to coming back!

Exactly as described. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Maria was kind, easy to communicate with and was very understanding when it came to checking in. If I were to come back I’d definitely stay here again.

Place was clean and well furnished. Host communicates well and timely. A solid stay, would recommend for anyone visiting DC.

The place is honestly a gem - very clean and cute. Check-in and everything was very easy. Walking distance to some stores and restaurants but if you go to the Capitol Hill area, uber/lift might be more convenient.

Aleksa and Sophia were generous and accommodating hosts. It was clear they enjoyed creating a space people would find comfort in. It was so nice to be welcomed by waters and snacks upon our late, traffic-filled Memorial Day weekend arrival. Aleksa and Sophia even left treats and bowls for our dog! They took the time to send over recommendations and explain in detail how to access the garage (huge plus!). There was lots of good food and friendly people in the area. We loved our stay and would definitely return!

Staying here was WONDERFUL! The neighborhood was nice and quiet. I like how right around the corner there were a couple stores just in case I needed to pick up a few things. Kristen provided things I didn’t even think to even bring. There were slippers and robes waiting for us. A nice care package on the island as soon as we walked in. She provided other little necessities I did not bring but ended up needing like a safety pin. I ended up getting black eyeliner on my dress and I was bummed assuming I would have to change my outfit. I then looked in the bathroom drawers and found safety pins and I was able to keep on my dress on and covered the spot with the safety pin pulling it up a bit. I was so thankful for that. If you ever decide to stay in DC please book this BNB it is so worth it!

Love this clean calm space-the balcony was wonderful. Mark was super responsive, checked in on us and we had everything we needed-especially in the kitchen. Great location for walking to restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!

The place was central to where we wanted to visit and the parking by the roadside was free . Home was good and comfortable except for some amenities that were missing . Other than that the home is very comfortable !

My girlfriends and I were in Washington DC for National Police Week & were looking for a place close to the city but reasonably priced. We found Chris’s place. It had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, just as described & came with a book of recommendations. The area is nice & we felt safe. Great restaurants. The bus & train r walking distance. We learned how to use public transportation instead to taking our car to avoid traffic and parking fees. My bedroom window faced the street so I could hear the cars & people walk by but when I turned on the fan I didn’t hear anything. Also this is a Renovated basement & have upstairs neighbors & can hear them walking around so if u r looking for a super silent place then this isn’t the place for u. It didn’t bother us. It has a private entrance and it was super easy to find. Chris was so attentive & helped with whatever we needed. He was an awesome host!

Trip went very well worth every penny. Owner was very helpful answered whenever we called to help with check in gave us no problems about playing music on their Alexa or living room tv. Would get again for another trip.

Stayed here with two of my friends for a long weekend and we had a wonderful time! Room was incredibly clean and very spacious, with a lovely kichenette. Staff were amazing, amenities like the pool and hot tub were great, and overall a great experience. Janee was also super helpful, kind, and responsive!

Stay met our needs! Kitchen was very nice to cook in and was very clean.

Tunji’s place was near everything I had to do and had secure parking garage. He was very helpful and responsive. This was all a last minute booking and he made it very smooth. Thank you for the hospitality!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.

I definitely loved this home soooo spotless felt right at home. You might hear people walking here and there BUT it’s not an all the time thing, other than that it’s so peaceful. Kitchen is beautiful and has all the spices you kinda need if you wanna cook, bed was sooooooo comfortable and the living room was so inviting. It’s close to food spots banks grocery stores, etc. I’m definitely booking again.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
