Guest house holiday rentals in Northeast Washington

it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Lovely, pristine, quiet 1 bed/1 bath, 2-story cottage. Just big enough for 2. Bed was very comfortable and there is a love seat also in the bedroom for easy lounging. Well-equipped bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Really nice! You can control the heat and A/C which was helpful and there is a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Fifteen minute walk or 3 minute drive to downtown Bethesda. Kitchenette (very small refrigerator) would be a drawback if you wanted to prepare dinner instead of eating out, but adequately equipped for simple breakfasts and lunch Two burner stove but no oven. Highly recommend it, especially for out-of-town guests or relatives you can't host in your home yourself. Would be a great long weekend get-away!

This airbnb was extremely clean, comfortable, adorable, and situated in the perfect location. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. I would happily stay again and would definitely recommend this place to a friend.

The place was exactly like the pictures, the kitchen was fully equipped and the bed very comfortable. In total we stayed for a month and I have nothing bad to say throughout my stay. Both Brady and Jen were always very responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend the place, whether you are visiting for business or pleasure.

Place is well located, close to metro station. You can easliy get from here to all main atracttions in Washington. Moreover, place has a perfect connection with Dulles Airport. Room and bathroom were clean, kitchen is well equipped. Host is nice person. It's good place to stay!

Very cute little place. Extremely private back yard. A couple of dead bugs, but that is to be expected with the surrounding woods/forest. Overall very clean little cottage. Made my wife's birthday perfect!

Absolutely loved the carriage house, it was exactly what i expected and I’d 100% stay there again. The location was perfect and having a parking spot was so convenient. We didn’t cook or anything so i can’t review much on that but everything we would’ve needed was there if we had. Loved the security of the locked gate and the bed and linens were so so comfy, it was hard to get out of bed it was that comfortable. I’ll definitely stay again when I’m back in town.

It was relaxing, a very nice and quiet area, and lots of easy public transport to get you into the city

I stayed in Jen’s studio for a month while in town for work. It was perfect in every way—comfortable (even the murphy bed!), safe, well-appointed, convenient to grocery stores and other amenities. Having access to the small outdoor deck was fantastic in the early summer. Jen was an excellent host. She was responsive and made me feel at home. Thanks for a great stay!

Amanda was a very thoughtful and responsive host. The check-in process was smooth and the communication was excellent throughout our stay. The space was cozy, peaceful, and well-equipped, perfect for what we needed. Even when we mentioned a small concern, Amanda handled it with care and professionalism, which says a lot about how much she values her guests. We truly appreciated her hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was really quiet, and off of the road. Not far from Del Ray, with great restaurants. Buses around the corner. Potomac Yard metro station was walkable. It was too light at night with light coming in the windows in the door. Needs blackout shades. There is a nice desk and chair. However, there was enough room for a two seater love seat, which would give guests some place other than the bed, or hard dining chairs, to sit. This is not unique to Whitney’s place though. Many places we have stayed had no place to sit comfortably. An electric kettle would have been nice. The area was great, and we would definitely stay again.

Meron's place was ideal for our stay--very close to family living in the area while also serving as a comfortable base of operations for both my wife (a therapist conducting telehealth sessions) and myself (arranging for caregiver support). The unit is cozy, clean, and serene, located on a charming street but just a very short walk to the Metro, Whole Foods, and a handful of restaurants. We truly appreciated the peacefulness of Meron's place and the surrounding neighborhood while dealing with a stressful situation. We will definitely book again.

This place is one I would definitely come back to. The design of this place is absolutely gorgeous! Clean and the host was always responsive when needed. This place is very close to DC which was our goal since we had an event close by. Certainly would come back again! It’s also close by to quite a few grocery stores, so if you need anything. You can come pick it up nearby. Things like Whole Foods, CVS, and more

We had a great stay! This basement apartment was cute, clean, and quiet! It was in a good location. Parking was easy to find as well. Nima was a wonderful host - she was so accommodating and helpful. She made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! Highly recommend!!

Cute, clean little guesthouse in quiet residential neighborhood but an easy 10 minute walk to downtown Silver Spring and everything there. It was perfect for a 3-day weekend for two of us. Guesthouse is modern and cheerful, has updated fixtures, and I loved that there were plenty of electrical outlets! Kitchenette is efficient and thoughtfully laid out, and worked well for a simple breakfast or snack. With all the restaurants nearby it's all anyone should need! No problem finding street parking. Wi-fi was a little spotty, but we weren't trying to work from there so it wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay there again.

Very comfortable stay! Grateful for the dog friendly accommodations while in town for a wedding. The suite was well equipped and nice to have a kitchen for light meal prep. Convenient location with Uber for wedding events. Lindsey was very responsive and friendly. Would stay here again!

Beautiful place, just as described. Clean, quiet, comfortable, bright and airy, even on the rainy day when we checked in. Best check in directions, with photos, we have encountered in a while. We will stay here again next time we visit Alexandria.

Our stay in DC could not have been more enjoyable. Everything was clean, thought out, and the location is ideal. The space is curated to be simple yet have everything you may need or want. Just close enough to the national mall for a quick bike ride. And private enough for low noise and safety. The recommendations from Chris were appreciated. Our host was very responsive. 10 out of 10, would book again.

Peaceful, bucolic accommodations, close to areas in Northern VA and DC especially if traveling by car.

Absolutely loved staying here, I thought my little would appreciate the loft and he sure did. He was obsessed hanging out in there 😂 it was adorable. It was only about 15 to get to the capital and we went bright and early to beat the crowds and then hung out the early afternoon to the night it was amazing! Instructions covered everything, just be sure to read 🤣 Honestly I used to manage str’s so I will say I can be rather flexible especially if something does come up that I know to be a common issue or just a super like specific/ independent opinion. But literally nothing came up(: Great stay! Would 100000% come back if I needed a place in the area!

Farida’s garden suite was an urban oasis! It’s in a gorgeous neighborhood on a coveted street in DC, equidistant between two avenues that have grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, the metro - basically everything you need within a 1/2 mile. Farida was very friendly, communicative, and hospitable, and she addressed any and all of my questions promptly. The suite is charming, the bed is very comfortable, and the space is light-filled and quiet. I loved my stay and hope to return soon!

Christine was an outstanding host to me - and very responsive (and was very flexible). The air conditioning in my condo building is currently getting repaired. She permitted early check-in, which I really appreciated - and even gave me the opportunity for late checkout. The property has everything you need for an excellent stay - outstanding amenities (you pretty much not need anything when you stay here). I slept so well at their property. This property would be an excellent choice for those who wish to say long-term (like a month or more). You can tell that Christine cares about this property as it is maintained very well. Great place to stay! Super clean and easy access to area activities. I was here for a wedding and the cottage was perfect for relaxing in between wedding activities. Hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive! I would definitely stay here again when in the area and highly recommend.
