stay at his place only for one day to attend my daughter's graduation. Check in is easy, the house was clean, spotless and perfect for my group. Everything was labelled accordingly. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay at this place again and will recommend to friends.

Jason is an excellent host and perfectly communicative. He provided great recommendations for local spots and was very helpful when a member of our party, who doesn't typically use Airbnb, arrived early. The home is ideal for a large group, featuring comfortable beds and minimal wait times for showers. Some construction across the street woke us up early, but that's beyond anyone's control. Additionally, it's worth noting that the cleaners do not leave many supplies readily accessible, so it's a good idea to bring extra detergent, soaps, and wipes if you prefer to keep things tidy during your stay.

In one word, "WOW". The Mill is a unique peaceful oasis . It feels so secluded ,yet its conveniently located. The mill itself is outstanding and the landscaping is lovely. Its clear that logan and lou have put a great deal of care to create this amazing space. The view from the stone deck overlooking the Perkiomen creek was breathtaking . I enjoyed relaxing and listening to the sounds of the creek ,every evening. The bed was so comfortable. I appreciate that your home is dog friendly. I cannot say enough good things about my stay. We had a great stay at Jory's in Manayunk. A wonderful house for a group-stay. Walking distance from mainstreet, beautifully sunlit and spacious, and just an overall great spot. Jory was especially communicative when we had a few time-sensitive questions which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend!

This was a great central location for our trip. It’s an old home with all of the creeks and character with an updated feel. It was a great place to stay!

James was a very responsive host and the unit was terrific. Very well located and convenient to be right next to the grocery store. The place was spacious and had everything that we needed for a family weekend in Philly.

My bridesmaids & I stayed here for my wedding, and it was perfect ! It's a very well curated home, with lots of historic details, but and plenty of space for all us girls to get ready. I really appreciate having had such a lovely place to relax with my best friends on such an important day. Thank you!

Taniya's place was just like the pictures. it was clean and spacious. The balcony was especially nice to sit out on in the evening. Taniya was responsive to when we communicated with her. As there are few places for guests in this area, I think that Taniya's place is a real find.

The staff is friendly and accommodating, very helpful. The Welcome Folder contained all the needed information. The public areas are inviting, with modern furnishings and plenty of room to work and/or relax, and use the gym, pool or theater. The other guests and residents were very friendly, we felt welcome there. The apartment matched the photos and was clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels for the bath and the pool and upscale toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I enjoyed my stay here 10/10. Cozy spot with a great view from the balcony. Fantastic pool. Friendly neighborhood. Also close by the train station which was very convenient. I would definitely recommend.

This place was amazing to stay at! We loved the huge kitchen and there was plenty of space for our family of five. Our kids had a great time running around the big backyard and we went on several walks around the local neighbourhood, which was very picturesque and peaceful. What a lovely place to visit!

We had a fantastic stay at the Malvern Ave and Nora and the team were fantastic hosts. The amenities at the club house are fantastic. We loved it so much we have rebooked to stay in September.

Great value and location, breathtaking view, quiet space

Staying and Rittenhouse is always wonderful. The space was very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable and communication with Rafi’s Team great, very friendly. Lots of light in the space but the windows are very thin, it’s a busy street so if you bring earplugs for nighttime it’s fine. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We used Drew's home for our daughter's wedding weekend home away from home and it was perfect. We had everything we needed and more. The backyard space was gorgeous for taking photos and relaxing pre and post events. And we had space for the girls to get ready in comfort. The kitchen was well appointed and the layout was super helpful for feeding the wedding party while they got ready. The fireplace was an extra nice touch as was the wine fridge and fire pit outside. We are so thankful for this rental as we were in from out of town and needed a space just like this to make my daughter's day extra special. As a host, Drew was very responsive and prompt when answering our questions. We will definately come back when in the area again.

We stayed here in Philly and was really impressed with how easy check-in was and the cleanliness of this home. It looks exactly like the pictures with beautiful decor and pool table for a nice entertainment touch. Spotless!Host was responsive and gave clear instructions prior to arrival and checkout. Be aware though that it is a steep walkup (stairs) and not much that is walkable around. Markets were about a 10min drive away so the location mainly provided a peaceful atmosphere. We would definitely stay again for weekend stays to visit family and friends again.

I was completely satisfied with my stay. Yandel was supper responsive and responding promptly. It was quit and I felt safe. The place was clean, had all necessities, and was in a convenient location. The access to the building was easy, instructions were clear. Be aware, if you have any physical limitations that will prevent you from walking up stairs, you do have to walk up stairs to get to the apartment. I enjoyed my stay, I felt at home, and Yandel has given me a permanent visiting residence at his place each time I’m in Philly 🫶🏽

A great place to escape in fishtown or your perfect crash pad for the weekend - plus you can cook there. TV was SO nice to have. Also love the decor.. Can’t beat the location…. Walk to so many cute shops, fun bars, restaurants. Bedroom is very cozy and I appreciated the included loofahs.

The sonata was a great place with lots of character. It is a great place to just settle in on the rooftop deck with a fire and enjoy your family. There are also plenty of restaurants and night life spots in walking distance.

We have stayed at this house multiple times and this visit was just as good. The dogs loved the huge fenced in yard area, and we love the privacy and quiet of the area. The freshly-cut flowers in the kitchen were an added touch this time that we appreciated. This is close to family when we come to visit, so I'm sure we'll be back in the future.
