We loved the villa. It was private and had an incredible setting. Ivan was very responsive and incredibly helpful in suggesting restaurants and other activities. The only issue we had was finding the unit when we arrived. It was a little confusing at first to find our way to the villa.

Beautiful location and apartment with fantastic views of the harbor in Fezzano. The apartment was sparkling clean and had everything you need. The terrace was especially😊 nice, very pleasant hosts who were very helpful with tips for excursions and restaurants. I recommend everyone who wants a trip to a lovely little Italian harbor town to book Sabrina's Airbnb.

Fantastic location, one of the best that I have ever been. Super beautiful view that i wish i lived there. Place was great for our family with everything sorted before our arrival. Overall a beautiful experience, thank you Barbora for your letting us stay there.

The House suited us perfectly. We loved sitting outside in the courtyard for breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening. It’s part of an amazing group of 16th Century buildings around the central courtyard. Once inside the gates, it was quite quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we enjoyed cooking there. The area is amazing with easy access to Lake Garda, Verona, and wineries in Valpolicella. Highly recommended!

Ilonka & Rob were wonderful hosts & the house was stellar. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - it was incredibly quiet & peaceful - away from the hustle & bustle yet close enough to enjoy several surrounding towns & villages as day trips or for evening dinners. Their home is charming, super clean, & stocked with everything we could possibly need. They even shared fresh fruits & vegetables from their personal garden which we incorporated into our meals when we cooked at home. We enjoyed some nice walks through the mountainside which offer beautiful views & solitude. (Thanks to our hosts for recommending!) We hope to be back when it is cooler - but we did enjoy the pool during the hot afternoons. Until then, we are grateful to have found this gem & for the kindness extended to us by Ilonka & Rob. They answered all our questions, provided helpful recommendations, & were generous with their time - available when needed & happy to socialize but always respecting guest privacy.

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time! The place is very quiet and peaceful, and the fully fenced garden was perfect for our dog. Communication with our host Jody was very friendly and easy. As a lovely welcome, we received fresh fruit, homemade jam, eggs from their own chickens, and a few other treats. We’d love to come back and can highly recommend this place!

Spent an amazing couple of days at this place! Really pleased with Monica’s communication and helpfulness. Her recommendations for restaurants and cafes were great and the house was very clean. 100% recommended!

Antonio is the best host ever, providing loads of information & always quick to respond. The flat is fantastic and I'm so glad we chose to stay there. We got the shuttle bus from Linate airport which arrives at Central station and then it's an easy walk to Antonio's luxurious flat. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the shower is brilliant, the bed is large & very comfortable and wi-fi is great. However, the best part is the wonderful terrace. We spent a lot of time there and loved it. Having a Carrefour express & bakery next door was very handy. We did a walking tour with Freetour, loved Sempione park and visited the pretty Navigli canals. The first night we were tired so got a pizza & kebab from the Turkish place opposite, which was good. Then we found Ristorante San Giorgio, very close by, which was so good, we went there twice. Great food & friendly service. Sorry for long review but thank you so much Antonio for letting us stay in your beautiful flat.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

The apartment itself is very clean and functionally furnished, is upstairs on the third floor, but still easily accessible. Every evening a musician played in the neighboring restaurant, you have to like that, that didn't bother us, welcoming entertainment sitting on the balcony...You also have to know that there is no parking space to the apartment, but you can also find many (white marked) parking spaces in the vicinity outside the parking spaces indicated by Stefano, which are often free. We felt comfortable in the apartment, the communication with the host was very good.

We had such an incredible stay at Lorenzo’s place! It was modern, clean and had great a/c (which is a must in the summer heat). Thank you again and we hope to be back soon!

We could not recommend Antonietta’s place enough! Not only was Antonietta incredibly welcoming and flexible for our late check-in, but she was on hand for our whole stay if we needed her, Antonietta was a highlight of our whole trip, her warm hospitality is unmatched! The place itself is beautiful, the view takes your breath away and a perfect base for exploring Menaggio. Antonietta gave us clear instructions for walking down into town which is really easy, however it is uphill on the way back! Everything was clean, the bed was super comfy and the kitchen was well equipped. Perfect location for exploring Lake Como and quieter than the usual tourist hotspots. Don’t hesitate, this is the place to stay in Menaggio! Thank you so much Antonietta, we will be back!

Monica & Paulo were very helpful & everything was as described, they answered all of our questions quickly & made our stay so easy, stress free and enjoyable. The location is quiet and stunning & the accommodation is first class. Their recommendations for where to eat and what to do did not disappoint. They made it very easy to fall in love with lake Como & we are looking forward to return to their accommodation!.

An absolute 5 star Airbnb. Carlo was such a kind host who went above and beyond to accommodate us. The place is such a spacious Airbnb and truly felt like a home away from home. In a busy city, his place is so quiet and was a great respite from the noise. The AC was fantastic and extremely helpful for the heat when we were there. Do not hesitate to book if Carlo’s place is available!

Eugenia was a wonderful host - she went above and beyond to help us with our car parking. She gave a brief and welcoming orientation to the property and made us feel very welcome. I was visiting for a conference and my fiancée felt safe in the area when she was alone and very secure in the property. If you are traveling to Florence I recommend trying to avoid bringing a car - the city is better done on foot, but there are some parking garages nearby for 30-40€/ day if, like us, you arrived by car. Wonderful stay, cute apartment, great area. Enjoy!

Absolutely great. Everything you need, furnished with love. Sauna in excellent condition. Whirlpool. Everything very well maintained and partly new. Nice contact. One of the best accommodations we've ever had. Thank you.

It’s a no brainer to stay here. Fully immersed in the lake. Moon light at night on the water and during the day you watch classic boats. You’re on the quiet part of the lake and arguably the most beautiful part of it as we drove the whole lake for 5 days. You’re surrounded by Italians and more engaged with Italian culture here. You’re a 25min drive to Menaggio where you can car ferry. Car is highly recommended. I would go to a larger supermarket prior to coming as there only seemed to be mini limited markets around.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

The place was beautiful, unique, on Lake Como with direct access to the lake. I think it’s the perfect place to relax, sunbath and enjoy the lake. Beautiful table to eat outside. It was also super clean ! We knew there would be stairs, it might have been a little bit more than we expected (80)! But the owner was really nice and offered to help us as I do not travel light ! Highly recommend renting a small car/Vespa as public transport are not reliable and the only Ubers available are the black uber which are more expensive. We had a série 4 bmw to give you an idea, I would say that if your car is much wider than that it will be a little tight to go down the driveway, but doable. The parking itself is huge. There is a portable A/C, we went in June and didn’t need it as the breeze from the lake was enough to keep us cool at night. Owner was also nice enough to let us do part of our wedding photoshoot at her beautiful Villa ! Unique experience, we really loved it !

Pretty, rustic apartment with everything you need. The highlight is the terrace with sea view and barbecue. The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot and yet the location of the apartment is quiet and private.
