Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Northam

Beautiful cottage with lovely decor and quality furnishings/equipment and very clean. Comfortable beds and great shower. Rural and peaceful but not isolated. Offered easy access to a number of places we wanted to visit and wonderful local beaches.

Louise and Martin's house was the perfect location for myself and 10 friends to stay. It was a very comfortable and cosy home for relaxing, sleeping and cooking. Having 4 bedrooms with ensuites allowed privacy and additional comfort. The weed burning stove made the evenings very cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for all our cooking styles and requirements. Loved the coffee machines and the essentials provided. Thank you also for the complimentary champagne, which was a lovely welcome gift. The home is on a large private wooded estate, which provided so great walks and fresh air. The home is secluded and private, providing peace and quiet, but shops and other amenities are only a short drive away. The home is perfect as a base for a large family or group of friends to explore north Devon or to stay in and enjoy in its own right.

We had such a wonderful short break, just what we needed after a manic few weeks. The location is beautiful and so peaceful and relaxing. Pollyanna was a great host and provided so much helpful information for our stay to ensure we had the best time! We’ll be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay, perfect location only a short walk to Croyde beach and a 10 minute drive to Puttsbrough beach. The house was clean, as pictured and the perfect size for 7 of us. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday.

A beautiful place to stay with so much attention to detail and very comfortable and clean living spaces. Emma had thought of everything we could possibly need during our stay and the welcome goodies for humans and pets were a lovely touch-thank you! We loved exploring the many stunning beaches and walks which were made perfect by the glorious weather. A super holiday home.

Jennifer was so helpful during our stay - going out of her way to get non feather duvets for our kids with allergies. The flat was super clean and the rooms are all even bigger than they look in the photos. We all loved the pool.

We absolutely loved this gem of a property with stunning views from the kitchen and living room. Room sizes great for family get togethers and very well equipped. Carol is a fabulous host who was always available to answer my many questions. Would thoroughly recommend!

The flat is beautiful - like a suite in a luxury hotel with the addition of a very well equipped kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and cosy. The decor is stunning. The television is very high quality. The shower room is spacious and the underfloor heating is lush. All in all it is a gorgeous flat. There are two outdoor spaces to sit if the weather is good. You are surrounded in countryside with trees and grassland as well as the wonderful sculptures from the Sculpture School which is also located here. I was attending a portraiture course at the school. The course is quite intensive and immersive so it was very good at the end of the day just to wander back to my apratment without having to drive anywhere. I could cook myself a simple meal and relax! The delicious brownies were very welcome too Diane is very friendly and on hand to help if you need anything. Highly recommend this place whether you a re on holiday or attending a course. Exeter, Dartmoor and Devon is on your doostep

A great spacious apartment with wonderful views of Saunton Sands. Very clean and well equipped and comfortable beds. Tol was veery helpful and communicated very well and responded quickly to our questions. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Id highly recommend staying here! A very unique place to stay, the cabin itself and the garden it’s in is really beautiful. It feels very private. All the details inside have been really thought about, and has everything we needed. It’s felt so relaxing and luxurious. There are so many nice touches everywhere such as the stoneware, and bed linen. The outdoor shower made us feel a lot more connected with nature each morning, and the outdoor hot bathtub after we’d built a good fire was lovely after such a long drive. Kitchen has all the things you’d need, and as a bit of a coffee person having a v60 and filters in the cupboard was a really nice touch. The local farm eggs were a real treat! We utilised the communal barn as well (again a very well thought out space), which has a big oven etc. We really loved it here. Many thanks again to Henry and Ania, we can’t wait to come back!

A lovely stay in gorgeous surrounds! The scenery is beautiful, and the silence at night makes for a truly restorative experience. For future visitors, it’s helpful to keep in mind that "off-grid" means limited refrigeration space—we initially brought more food than the mini fridge could accommodate. Since this is a working farm, there may be interactions with livestock, as we experienced when the neighboring sheep wandered into the meadow. For those with dogs unfamiliar with farm life, this might require some flexibility. However, Hadyn and Caroline went above and beyond to ensure our dog could enjoy the space—at one point even rounding up the sheep themselves! Their dedication made all the difference and added to the charm of this truly special retreat.

This was one of the best stays I’ve had. The view was incredible and the hot tub was amazing! If you’re lucky enough to have the chance to book this place, I’d 100% recommend. The host is also amazing and very responsive. Location is also extremely private and peaceful. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thanks for having me!

Great place to stay for a relaxing weekend, really enjoyed our visit and would thoroughly recommend. Peaceful surroundings and lovely places to explore nearby . Hot tub was an added bonus!

The place and owners were absolutely amazing. The land you're allowed to use is very spacious, so if you want to stay over with family there is plenty of room. The cabin easily fitted our family needs. Everything was clean and tidy and inner BBQ was a nice and new experience. We definitely would love to visit it again.

This is a lovely light & spacious cabin with great coastal views in a quiet location. It was a great base to explore this part of the north Devon coast and we'd happily stay here again

Large & cosy log cabin set in beautiful and private gardens. Cabin was clean, well equipped with very comfortable bed and in a quiet location with lovely walks from the cabin. Plenty of places to visit and walks to enjoy within a short drive too. Maria and Ron are very friendly and helpful and the welcome basket was very thoughtful. We had an absolutely fantastic stay in the horsebox and cannot wait to come back. It was so lovely to have the field to ourselves, a beautiful wildflower meadow with nothing but gorgeous views surrounding us. We had lots to do this trip but would’ve been happy to stay in the field and relax! Horsebox was immaculate, clean, cosy and the beds were really comfortable. We really enjoyed it and Caro was absolutely wonderful
