Holiday rentals with a patio in North Yorkshire

We had a lovely stay at Earl’s place for the weekend - great base for the wedding we were attending! Great location with lots of restaurants within walking distance and super hosts who left so many little touches - especially the cake, thank you!

Lovely stay, great host! Beautiful flat with everything we needed for cooking/comfort. Used the sofa bed, very easy. Great location right in the centre of town for exploring

This is our second stay at low tide, stayed in 2023 and it was as beautiful as it was then! Super clean, gorgeous decor, great little courtyard and lovely little touches for the doggy (dog bowls, blanket)! Hosts were very quick to respond to any messages! Great location, 2 mins to the beach, private parking you coudnt ask for anymore! Will be back again 100%

Easy to find, very clean and well equipped. We had no problem with on street parking. South facing patio (if you get the weather) Scones and milk in the fridge on arrival, obviously Sheila is someone who cares.

Just stayed here for the one night and just what we needed. Great little place.

absolutely stunning flat, felt right at home. All so modern, bed super comfortable. Tom was a brilliant host, from a personalised note to making sure I was reunited with my kindle I left by mistake. I will definitely return. thank you

The place was lovely and clean with everything you needed including milk, teabags,coffee,cleaning materials etc The rooms were very spacious and a good layout. It was very quiet and peaceful and even could park the car right outside. Would definitely recommend it and if in the area would stay there again.

Even more beautiful than the photos. We met our friends at the house in total there were 4 younger children and 2 couples and it was a perfect amount of space and brilliant layout. fantastic garden. hosts were so helpful. couldn't recommend highly enough! thanks Sarah and Tom!

6 of us stayed at Tracey's place and each and everyone was very impressed. Tracey kept us well informed and answered any questions we had straight away. Check in was easy and the house was spotless. there was also little extra touches (milk and butter in the fridge) little pots of jam etc. We would definitely recommend a stay a Tracey's.

Lovely place to stay, beautifully decorated and the house is spotless and comfortable. David is super lovely and really happy to help. Staithes is a very small and quiet place with some beautiful walks along the coast, my dog loved it. Phone reception is non existent in the village so make sure you know the location prior to arriving. There is wifi in the air b&b. Really enjoyed just relaxing and the log burner plus monopoly was such a wholesome vibe.

Highly recommend! Really friendly and accommodating hosts. It was so peaceful, the location is really lovely! Felt like a cosy little retreat! I mentioned it was my husband’s birthday and we were greeted with a lovely cold bottle of white wine which was such a lovely touch! We enjoyed it outside in the sun listening to the birds. Everything you need in a stay.

Such a wonderful stay! This cottage was neat and spacious, as was the garden out back. The hot tub was clean and well-maintained, felt great, and was easy to operate. Town is just a short walk through some really nice and scenic fields, with a Booths supermarket, a number of tempting restaurants, fun little shops, and interesting history all within easy reach. Really relaxing, quiet, and comfortable.

Whether we are there as a couple, or it is one man and his whippet :-) , Nicola's place always delivers. The dog friendly garden is a dream, walks close by and a simply beautiful part of the world. Nicola is always friendly and a great host. We are regulars and hope to continue to be! Thanks for another great stay. I had to pick Pinter (whippet) up to put him in the car as he didn't want to leave!

We had a great weekend at Amy's home, the view is stunning, as is the house, with a great open plan space, perfect for friends to get away. There is everything you might possibly need in the kitchen which is well laid out. The beds are very comfy, it was quite difficult to get out of them on Sunday morning to be out by 10 😀. Amy was very helpful when we had an issue with the showers. Great stay and highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is in an incredibly convenient location, yet the street is quiet and peaceful — the perfect combination. Inside, everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and made us feel right at home. It was a truly comfortable and relaxing space. Thank you for such a lovely experience — this trip was all the more special because of it!

Sophie is an excellent host & communicator & went the extra mile to help us with everything we needed. She explained where to find the property, where to park & where not to park. The property was very clean & very well presented. The property also has underfloor heating & has a log burner plus 2 TVs (1 living area, 1 bedroom) It is a very secure property. Has an open plan living room, kitchen diner area, large bedroom with ample storage. Wet room with bath & further storage with hangers. Sophie provided everything which you would need in the kitchen, including Nespresso machine with pods, dish washer, pods & dog treats. Plus extras hair dryer, towels, iron & iron board were all provided. We Loved the location, it was just over a 5 minute walk to the centre of Ripon, 35 minute bus ride to Harrogate. There is a large paddling pool play area for children which was very clean, tidy & very close. I would highly recommend this property & host if anyone is thinking of staying in Ripon.

We enjoyed our stay in Cloughton it was lovely. Just what we were looking for in an Air b n b . The accommodation was spacious enough for 2 adults and our wee dog . There was tea, coffee, sugar , salt , pepper, butter , jam and milk . All these items were very useful as it saves you bringing your own. Towels and linen were lush. Welcome pack was extensive and very useful. I particularly enjoyed our bottle of wine too . Very nice touch . Highly recommend John’s accommodation. .

This is a fantastic and unique property, with lots and lots of space. It was ideal for us and we would not hesitate staying here again.

Absolutely stunning property with everything you would need for a stay away already in place! It’s just as it looks in the images, very spacious, absolutely stunning bathrooms and full functioning kitchen with all the cutlery and dishes you need! Loved the guest book with all details and instructions for our stay! Can very much tell the host has a lot of attention to detail! Every part of the space was so well thought out, aesthetically pleasing, whilst also being highly functional! I will definitely be looking to book again for my next trip to Harrogate!

We had a lovely stay here. Sue was there when we arrived to welcome us but had also sent me the code for the lock in case she wasn’t there. Great communication before hand . The flat was lovely and cosy. Coffee teas , fresh milk and juice. Bread/ eggs/ cereal for breakfast. A bathroom to die for . Jacuzzi bath with separate shower. A cupboard filled with of toiletries. Fresh/ soft and fluffy towels. Only negative was the floor boards were a little squeaky . Hopefully us being up till 3am didn’t keep people awake . Location chosen as not far in a taxi from a wedding venue we were attending. Happily recommend . Brighouse is a lovely little town We arrive on a 1940’s weekend festive so lots to do and see during the day. Highly recommend .
