Absolutely amazing views over the water from every room. Direct access to the water too. Very spacious. Well equipped. Very comfortable bed. Audrey was a great host. Very friendly and welcoming.

Had a great few days over Easter. The property was perfect for us, the view from the cuddle chair in front of the main window was something you could watch all day. There wasn’t anything missing and although we ate out most of the time everything that is needed to cook a meal was available. We were lucky with the weather and it was a perfect location for getting out and about, either on foot or in the car. We took lovely walks in both directions. Lidl and Tesco were within easy reach by car. Had a fab time.

Just returned from a magical two-night stay at Linda's stunning seaside cottage in Wales — an absolute gem! Nestled right on the beach with direct front-door access to the coastal path, it was the perfect blend of nature and comfort. The highlight? Relaxing in the lush, private garden, serenaded by blackbirds and the gentle rhythm of the ocean. The peaceful atmosphere, the beauty of the Welsh language echoing all around, and the sheer tranquility made it unforgettable. Highly recommend this special place — we’ll definitely be returning!

Just had a lovely stay at the Crows nest. Perfect location with the most amazing view from the window seat. Watching the sunset at this flat was stunning and probably the best sunset views I’ve ever seen. Great restaurant/bar 10 min walk away called the oyster catcher, a must visit. Very dog friendly village with beautiful beaches. Will definitely be returning again soon

Great communications from start to finish. Well placed town house in the centre of town so everything in Barmouth was a short walk away. Very clean and well presented throughout. This was our 1st Airbnb experience for my 50th birthday celebrations and we will definitely use again.

Great place. Accessible - which was important for us, and something that stands out in the glowing reviews. Straight onto the dunes and wonderful beach and a quick walk into town. Great hosts and would definitely recommend, for a a lovely base to explore Barmouth and the the stunning surroundings

nice little place, we only stayed one night whilst travelling home from south Wales, very friendly host, I asked of we could check in early and she said we could check in whenever we wanted as it was ready to go.

The place was very clean and a great size for the amount of people. The key box was very easy to use. We loved the idea of the book he left with all the information inside even with recommendations for food and places to visit!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful sea front lodge! The views were absolutely stunning. The lodge itself was incredibly spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. One of the unexpected highlights was the wine fridge – such a nice touch that made our evenings even more enjoyable! Despite being in a busier area, the lodge felt incredibly peaceful and private, offering the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. We booked this as a special treat for my mum’s 50th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. She absolutely loved it and felt so spoiled. The setting, the comfort, and the little extras made it a truly memorable celebration. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a scenic, comfortable, and relaxing break by the sea. We’ll definitely be back!

Lovely location for the weekend, was worth it just for the views from the caravan. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for Snowdonia national park, beaches and Portmeireon. Quiet time of year for our stay. Well stocked kitchen and great instructions for bathroom use.

Nathan and Toby kept us informed every step of the way. The caravan was in a lovely central location and was extremely clean upon arrival. You could smell how freshly clean the caravan which was very pleasant. Nathan and Toby communicated with us to enable us to find the caravan with no problems and ensured that we had managed to find it and were happy with our stay. They were readily available should we need them. Thankfully we didn’t as we had everything we could possibly need. Thank you both for a very enjoyable stay. We had a very comfortable stay and will be back in the future.

Great weekend! Place was fantastic, just what we needed for our long weekend climbing crib goch.

Not much to say about our stay, apart from stunning. Such a beautiful location with the most incredible views. The property was clean and quiet with all the amenities we required for a week away. We loved the bird feeders around the property, especially the out the front. We will 100% be visiting again, and will hopefully make this little place a yearly spot for us.

I had a fabulous stay at Ann's place. It's very light and airy and the space has been well thought-out. I had everything I needed. It's both private and well-located for access to the beach and other amenities. Also a great location for access to the Snowdonia National Park (I highly recommend Beddgelert), Portmeirion and the Llŷn peninsula. Ann was very friendly and welcoming. Will certainly be coming back again next year.

Just back from a couple of days in Rhos on Sea and Andrew's accommodation was really lovely - clean & beautifully furnished, very private and easy to find with plenty of space to park our car off road. Andrew was the perfect host. We'd love to visit again.

Had a fantastic stay and really loved the location was perfect for walking to the shops,bars and restaurants and drove to visit some other attractions in the neighbouring areas Conwy castle and the town and then the mountain zoo both worth doing .after going out in the car ended up parking a little further down the road as it can get busy by the apartment but only a couple of minutes walk but still in sight from the room . Will definitely recommend and will hopefully use again in the future

What an absolutely gorgeous apartment and location with the sight and sound of the sea at your back door. A rare find indeed and one that we will happily return to.

We had the most wonderful week in Karen’s cosy bungalow with our 3 year old daughter Willow. It was truly stunning. The views of the beach, the sea and the mountains are breathtaking. We saw an amazing sunset from the garden six out of our seven nights there. The bungalow was spotless and we received a lovely welcome hamper and some delicious cheese on our arrival. The bed linen was so soft. Karen is such a lovely host and gave us clear instructions on how to find the bungalow and answered questions straight away. It was an absolute pleasure to stay in Karen’s bungalow and I cannot recommend it highly enough. She even came to say hello just before we went home. We have already booked for the sane week next year.

This is an amazing air bnb. The location could not be more perfect Natasha and William are brilliant hosts.

The location was absolutely stunning, the view sold itself and the hot tub was really enjoyable. The cabin is quite basic and could do with a few touches such as body wash, some cushions, etc to just feel a bit more homely! But that’s being picky. Very private, we couldn’t hear the other 2 cabins although could hear them if by the beach but not in the cabin at all. Easy instructions, but our door to the cabin didn’t lock - not that this was an issue as super private.
