Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Umpqua River

Very cool space. If you like IKEA you’ll love Gary’s place! Modern, clean, clutter free. We knew the location was a bit out of the area we were visiting but it was nice to come back to the private, wooded deck and have a glass of wine at the bistro table! Toiletries were provided which really makes traveling easier. We didn’t cook but I would have loved to use that cool stove! Would stay again!

A perfectly appointed and clean home with the best host I’ve experienced on Airbnb!

The property was beautiful and the home was quaintly decorated and had a cozy cabin feel. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was spacious. The whole family enjoyed the zip line and priceless memories were made! I would absolutely stay there again. We didn't want to leave. Access to the cabin was about 2 miles down a dirt road that allowed us to frequently see deer relaxing nearby. Spectacular!!

Recommend highly! Great accommodation in a serene environment. Close to restaurants and things to do in Eugene. This is a unique house that incorporates great design and comfortable furnishings. Joe was easy to communicate with and provided detailed directions. Really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay. Spacious home, comfortable beds, quiet and peaceful neighborhood, beautiful views from all floors. Lots of patio options. Smart TVs on all rooms.

We wouldn’t hesitate to book here again when staying in Eugene. We were in town for the Nike Nationals track meet at Hayward and it was a quick and easy drive from their beautiful neighborhood. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in an AirBNB. Easy in and out through their gate and the covered parking was an added bonus. The delicious freshly ground coffee only added to making this place feel like a home away from home!

Great place to stay and my family made great memories at this lovely home. If we come back to Eugene, this will be our top choice!

We stayed for two nights while visiting family and had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and my kids loved the little park that was two houses down. There is a floor mat provided so my 4 year old son had fun sleeping on that in the closet between the two bedrooms- he called his room his secret hiding place! If we return to Roseburg it’s a definite stay-again house!

We were very pleased with April's Airbnb! We only stayed a few days but felt very comfortable and whenever we had a question, she responded quickly. Roseburg and Oregon in general is very beautiful and we had a wonderful view from the deck area!

This was a wonderful place to stay and would highly recommend it. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

The place was above and beyond, very clean which we really appreciated, had a big Roku tv in the living room which was a huge plus, we didn’t hear any neighbors through the walls, the location was in a very convenient place in Eugene, and the bed was also very comfortable and easy to sleep in. Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. It provided everything we could of ask for and more. Can't wait to come back, hopefully in September.

Beautiful surroundings and a wonderful atmosphere! My friends and I stayed here since it was the most affordable, and the animals were such fun to play with ♡ Totally recommend for a good getaway with friends and family!

I slept so good in this comfortable garden apartment. Excellent stores and restaurants were within easy walking distance, yet the apartment felt like being in a beautiful woodland park. Also helpful was the short walk to a bus stop for the 10 minute trip into downtown Eugene. Ann communicated with us very clearly and answered all questions we had. She thought of many special touches in the apartment...sunscreen, Q-tips, tea bags...all extras that a person would like but might not pack.

Stayed here about 10 days. Older property, but tasteful. Quiet neighborhood close to shopping. We were on the go everyday, all day so having a comfortable place to sleep was nice. Kitchen appliances worked fine. No mold or mildew that we noticed anywhere. Very affordable, so for us a great value. Would definitely stay there again. Austin was a great host.

Sean was very proactive on his communication. He was very responsive when I reached out to him. Location was exactly as described and it was a very affordable option during a busy track and field event.

Very responsive, took care of the initial minor glitches. The place is great, there were 4 of us staying there and it worked well. The kitchen had all the necessary pans and spatulas, etc. Great to have a parking spot right there. Very quiet area and very conveniente.

A great place to stay. Gigi was great to communicate with and very helpful when I wanted to change my reservation. The house was very nice and just what we needed. I would stay again for sure.

We had a fantastic stay at this charming home on Lawrence Street in Eugene. The unit was one of four in a beautifully maintained older house, and it had everything we needed — a cozy bedroom, a pull-out couch, a full kitchen, and even a private enclosed porch that made the space feel extra special. The host was incredibly kind and understanding, which made the experience all the more enjoyable. The house itself had such a local, lived-in feel — like we were part of the neighborhood. Plus, having restaurants just steps away made everything super convenient. Overall, it was the perfect home base for exploring Eugene. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming spot with character and a great location.
