Wonderful cabin with an incredible view of the fjord. Bright and comfortable, with lots of common spaces useful for our needs. It was the perfect base for our ski mountaineering week in Lyngen. Also, the gem is the outdoor hot tub where you can relax under the stars at the end of the day. Maria and Andreas have always been available and very friendly, welcoming us even in the middle of the night due to a delay in our flight. Highly recommended!

Stunning views and location, and so cozy. Highlights are the jacuzzi, sauna, access to take a dip in the fjord, the fireplace in the living room, the comfy beds, and fully kitted out kitchen with a great coffee machine. Host was very nice and always responsive. Highly recommend!

An absolutely successful stay in Norway. Very friendly and uncomplicated communication from start to finish. We felt completely comfortable. The house is a dream to unplug. Quiet location with a great view. Sauna, hot tub or a cozy fire in the fireplace help with this. We did not miss anything in the house. We would come back any time, it was really great. Per was an exceptional host! Out of 100 stays, he is by far the best host we have had. Per made sure everything was perfect for the stay. The kids loved the snow on the farm and Per sorted out a sledding hill for them along with all the bits and bobs needed to enjoy the cold weather. He went above and beyond and I am grateful for the hospitality and love that he showed myself, wife, and three kids. Thank you!

Nick and Penny were extremely helpful and helped us to settle down when we arrived, got us some essential groceries and guided us. The surroundings are peaceful and have a great view. We could see dancing Northern lights at midnight from their apartment. It was a beautiful experience to stay at their apartment.

we had a very nice stay at Tuna. the island is a treasure for nature lovers. You can observe many animals, e.g. reindeer, snow hares, snow chickens, rare sea urchins, eider ducks and many more. We were able to ride our electric bikes excellently on this island. What we particularly liked was the boathouse down on the beach, equipped with a wood stove, we liked it so much that we extended the stay by two days. We would come back anytime!👍😀👋

The apartment is located in a quite neighborhood at the top of the mountain. The bus stop is only a few hundred meters away. Across the street you have a beautiful view of the city, on the last evening we watched the aurora lights above the house, the city and the stony, really very nice. For skiers (cross-country skiing) the area is perfect. There are several illuminated trails in the immediate vicinity (e.g. Charlottenlund or Prestvatnet). I also liked the Tromsø Alpinpark. They are very nice hosts, I didn't have to ask any questions at all, as everything was answered beforehand via the Airbnb app (code for the key box, Wi-Fi, garbage separation, access to the apartment, ...). Since it was not my first stay in Tromsø, I did not rely on excursion tips, but there are several brochures on the shelf for this. By bus you are down in the city in about 10 minutes. The surroundings (generally northern Norway) are beautiful.

Lovely cozy old small cottage house, immediately felt like home <3 A little squank so vertigo on the first evening but it passed the next day. Went for daily morning swims in the sea, baked bread and skiid mountains. Perfect peaceful location on Kvaloya. Especially lovely snd functional kitchen, even had a smoothie blender and beautiful bowls. The road to the house tends to be undrivable if it snows and slushes but it worked great to arrange snow clearing directly with Siv’s brother Gaute who lives nearby (because if you park near the main road, then nobody can clear the snow). Ha det bra och tusen tack för allt!

We had a great week at this beautiful fjord-side home. Everything was perfect: the super soft bedding, the house very welcoming and very clean, the bay window directly overlooking the fjord... we even had a magnificent northern lights directly on the terrace!! Tommy is an extremely welcoming host (thanks again for the delicious fish!), very responsive and always concerned about our well-being. We recommend this house 100% thank you Tommy!!

Best place to stay on the island! Incredible mountain and water view out the back window. Quiet apartment with plenty of elbow space, including a full kitchen and living room. Nice change after the typical, tight city rentals. Opportunity to take a polar plunge from the backyard. Short drive into town, accessible by car or omnipresent bus system. Ørjan and Maria couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. They felt like family in no time. Five stars all the way.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The view from the house to the fjord is fantastic! The house is very nice and cozy. The sauna is also very nice and also offers a beautiful view of the fjord. Would book again in a heartbeat!

My best recommendations. Everything was perfect from initial communication to check out. The beautiful apartment is centrally located and yet very quite. And what a view!

I was allowed to stay at Bjørn's Airbnb 2 years ago and fell in love with the house and surroundings. I would claim that Bjørn owns one of the nicest Airbnb on this platform. But not only the house and the breathtaking view of the fjord but also the extremely friendly hospitality of Bjørn makes this place so special.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect for spotting the Northern Lights, with breathtaking views if the sea and mountains all around. The place is cozy, peaceful, and a great base for exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

This place truly feels like a family home not only is it warmly furnished, but it also has a beautiful soul. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt completely at ease and instantly at home. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered from batteries and pens to board games and a variety of candles. These may seem like small things, but when you’re staying in a home for a while, they become surprisingly essential. Their presence speaks volumes about the host’s kindness and hospitality. Everything was exactly as described.The key system, the dishwasher, the oven, the stove all easy to use and clearly explained. The house was clean, well-organized, and welcoming. After our intense trip to Svalbard, with its stunning Northern Lights and breathtaking nature, this home gave us the perfect place to rest and recharge both physically and emotionally. We stayed with great pleasure in this wonderful extremely comfortable chalet. The view of the fjord is priceless and we really relaxed after the ski mountaineering trips we were able to do despite the weather. Excellent equipment of the house and the exchange of communication with our host who welcomed us with the excellent smoked salmon produced by him
