All previous reviews indicated a top class house in every respect and I can only reiterate those views. If I could have given a 6 star rating I would have done so. All generations (grandparents, parents and children) thoroughly enjoyed using all of the facilities provided from cooking, eating and drinking to the outside play area, the pool and the gym. Further the location was most agreeable, in easy reach of lots of beautiful countryside and interesting places to visit in South Gloucestershire. Helen-Louise’s communications were responsive, clear and most helpful. The perfect host!

Wonderful place and fantastic hosts which made everyone feel so welcome and were brilliant at communicating with us. Location is perfect to walk to the pubs in Cowbridge then is perfect for a quiet nights sleep just away from the main high street. We will certainly be back! Thanks so much :)

Booked for a 50th birthday celebration and reunion. A great time was had by all! Lois was around to meet and greet and the items provided for breakfast was an unexpected but very welcome surprise! Thanks for a great stay Lois!

Easter weekend is difficult & expensive accommodation-wise yet we were able to find this gem of a house in a quiet corner of Somerset, on a branch line between Bath & Bradford-on-Avon. We had lovely walks along the Avon, trips by train into Bath & B-on-A, we had drinks in the garden in the sunshine (didn't brave the pool - it is still only April!) and ate our meals in the cheerful large kitchen. We also didn't try out the croquet - we might have done with a longer stay - who knows? The village is beautiful to walk around too, almost all Cotswold stone, to be recommended. Many thanks to Deborah & Philip for a wonderful stay.

Matt's place is fantastic. We had a truly wonderful stay at his house and very much enjoyed the garden and the swimming pool. Paul was super attentive and welcoming, making sure all our needs were met and offering helpful recommendations. A fantastic experience and I would highly recommend it. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Michelle’s house was perfect for a weekend seeing friends in Bristol. It was really well located to get out and about and great to relax in and cook dinner. The beds and towels were super comfy and Michelle was friendly and proactive. Thanks for making everything so easy for us!

This is the nicest air b and b I’ve stayed in so far great value for money short drive from Bristol and the house was immaculate. Spotlessly clean beautiful and everything we needed there .even juice milk and biscuits on arrival wich was lovely.perfect home from home for our weekend getaway would definitely go back

We were looking for a property in Bristol to visit our daughter & nothing was available that we liked in the city centre so booked here, as it was just 30 minutes away & so pleased we did!!! 🤩 Really nice detached house with own parking with “everything” you need in a very quiet location & short walk to marina, shops, restaurants, walks along the coast etc Highly recommend the Royal Inn to take in the views have a drink plus food is good to 👍 Highly recommend staying here & we hope to return soon thank you again Anthony for everything 🥳 Lance & Sylvie 🫶

We arrived at 3:00am so all the little extras coffee, tea, biscuits, etc were much appreciated after a long day of travel. Great recommendations on local area, and overall a really great part of the city to stay in.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sue’s property. It’s in a lovely quiet road, the views are amazing and the garden is beautiful. It was our first time visiting Portishead and we were very impressed. There’s plenty to see and do in the surrounding areas. Our son loved Aerospace Bristol and Bristol Zoo Project (although both are great for adults too!). Clevedon is also a lovely place for a day out. Sue was a friendly and responsive host and we felt very relaxed and comfortable in her property.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with a good shower and heated towel rail. The off road parking was really useful. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, the marine lake and lots of bars and restaurants.

Great stay! Jonny was pretty responsive and the place was a beautiful home. Walkable and lots to do nearby! Would recommend

This place is such a gem! The interior is beautifully decorated, and the garden is a haven. The area is so good for pubs, restaurants, grocers, bakeries and convenience stores. And with just a short bus ride into town (the buses are super regular), you're only a short journey into the heart of this wonderful city! I will definitely book Jade's place again.

Fantastic property! Linda was a great host, very responsive, very flexible. Couldn’t recommend more, we had a great weekend.

Stayed here as we had an event on in Bristol, was exactly like the pictures and as described. Very spacious which was nice. Also the communication throughout was very good. Would recommend

We had lovely stay for small family reunion, the house is very comfortable to 6. The biggest bonus is the lovely garden far more beautiful that the pictures. Stop by at the fabulous Italian deli across the street and enjoy your picnic there. The property is centrally located and easily walkable to transport, stores, restaurants etc. Thank you for our stay.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful apartment in a great location! JP was really friendly and responsive to our questions, and communication was spot on. The team sorted us a parking permit for £10/day which was much appreciated too, as parking is heavily restricted in the area. The apartment itself was clean and very well presented. One thing that would be helpful for future guests would be a floor plan to demonstrate the layout of the bedrooms and living spaces, especially when travelling with small children. All in all a brilliant find, and we’d definitely stay again when in Bristol again. Thank you, 5*

Perfect stay for us as a young family with clean and comfortable accommodation right next to a lovely park. The house is incredibly well setup for guests with lots of instructions and local tips. Thanks for an excellent stay.
