Holiday rentals with lake access in North Scottsdale

Ryan and his team were responsive and friendly from the very beginning. The checkin was seamless and the house was great! We were able to unload the car, and get right into the pool and enjoy our stay. Experiencing the neighborhood on the boat was one of our favorite parts of the stay too- what beautiful homes! Plus, the other neighbors and residents are friendly and wave as they pass by while cruising the water. We would love to come back!

This was a great place to stay. It had plenty of rooms and they were all spacious. He included a lot of amenities which I loved. From the pool, jacuzzi, movie room, and the games. Josh was also very responsive and helpful. We did have an issue with the place at first but he immediately stepped in to fix it. The place is also not too far from everything and close to local attractions. It is also a quiet neighborhood. We even loved using the TV outside while in the pool. Most definitely would recommend to others.

A perfect stay. Plenty of room for 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Roomier and more spacious feeling than the photos, especially living room and master. AC is perfect for the warm weather in May. The hot tub is huge and was great when it cooled off at night. Kitchen has everything you need and has Keurig as well as drip coffee maker. Great location on quiet street in Gilbert with shops a very short drive away. Will definitely stay here when visiting family in Gilbert again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Brandon and Nicole’s home. They were quick to respond to questions and proactive in communicating everything we needed. The home was in excellent condition, clean, and offered so much to do. The neighborhood is peaceful, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves kayaking and fishing on the nearby lake. Thank you for a relaxing and rejuvenating stay!

This was our 2nd stay at this home and it was just as great the 2nd time. Our group really appreciated the addition of the patio furniture as we spent every morning outside enjoying the weather. As before, everything was clean and in working order. At one point the wi fi went out, but they came over very quickly and got it resolved. Much appreciated. I am confident we will return again.

This house is amazing! The view of the mountain right out the back door and across the lake made for great sunrises and sunsets. My boy loved going out on the paddle boat and caught several fish during our stay. Having two living rooms let us all spread out and feel relaxed. Tanya was a great host. Very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!!

Would definitely recommend staying here to friends and family members, super nice neighborhood along with lots to do within the house. It was a such a beautiful home. Yamilet was quick to respond with any questions that we had. AMAZING place to stay at.

The home is simply beautiful! Kitchen missing a few essentials! The house met all our needs! The back yard is stunning and we spent a lot of time out there! She we travel to Phoenix/glendale we would book again!

This was the perfect spot for our family weekend in Phoenix to visit my son. Great central location—close to Castles N’ Coasters and a short drive to the West World Equidome Scottsdale for an MMA event , and The Buffalo Chip Saloon to catch some Bull Riding. The 3-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We loved relaxing on the patio overlooking the lake with ducks and geese, and the walking path out back was a nice bonus. The host was responsive and very accommodating, even allowing an early check-in which made our arrival smooth. At $603 for 3 nights, it was a great value for the area and size. We’ll definitely save this place for future visits. Highly recommend it for families or small groups!

Excellent Host!

This offering is the perfect place for a short visit or long term stay in Mesa! Our rental was for long term - 4 months - so we really had the chance to enjoy the home, the surrounding area, and the host's great service. From the time we first interacted with Paul to the time when we turned in the keys, it was an exceptional Airbnb experience. The home was well appointed with everything needed for a long-term stay, exceptionally clean and in good repair, and the location was excellent. The host was very responsive, friendly, and attentive to any request we made. We felt like royalty! I would not hesitate renting from Paul again in the future and feel like we have a second home now in Mesa. Beautiful experience - thank you, Paul!

Rudy’s place was perfect. My friend and I were out in Tempe for the weekend and chose this home because it was affordable and luxurious. The home was beautiful and spotlesss just like the photos. The host provided beach towels, body wash, and coffee!! The host gave us so much information upon arrival that made check in easy and smooth. We rented a car but there was no need because there were so many places within walking distance. It was the perfect area to stay. Nice and peaceful. Will be staying again in the future! We had such a great stay at Tikos! The location was absolutely perfect—right by the lake and beautiful walking paths, which made for peaceful mornings and stunning evening strolls. The suite itself couldn’t have been in a better spot—just steps from the pool and common area, which made relaxing and socializing super convenient. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, and the entire space was styled so tastefully—it really felt like a boutique retreat. We also appreciated how well-equipped the suite was with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The gym was a great bonus and had everything we needed for a solid workout. One of our favorite details was the record player—it added such a cozy, personal touch to the experience. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish, well-appointed place in a perfect location.

Spencer’s apartment was absolutely beautiful. It was located near the down town area of Tempe so there were a lot of amazing things to access in the area. This truly was a luxury apartment and all the amenities, including the pool and courtyard games were so much enjoyable. Spencer was a great host and extremely helpful with anything we needed. Would highly recommend!

6 stars … Just wrapped up a 2 week stay at Adrian’s place and it was exactly what I needed—great location and unbeatable value in Scottsdale. The space was super comfortable and had a warm, welcoming vibe. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a rental at all… more like crashing at a family member’s place. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a home-away-from-home experience. Adrian’s hospitality was next level he really sets the bar on how a host should operate, many can learn from him! I would definitely call this my Scottsdale home.
