Great location ( and quiet with windows closed) - excellent facilities and all the right details - only issue I had was with sign in ( have never needed to provide age and passport number before ) and getting in to apartment using phone - good if both guests are provided with link on completion of the digital form - and once it just didn’t work . Having said that the response from Bob was quick and effective so no drama. Woukd definitely use Bobs again.

We felt comfortable with Uwe and Irina. The communication was uncomplicated and Uwe reacted quickly if something happened (in our case, the gas bottle was empty). The villa is very chic and has everything you need, and much more. If you want peace and quiet and to explore the surroundings, this is the place for you. The villa also serves as a registry office, but we didn't notice any of the three weddings.

Everything went really smoothly

The house is great value for money and is spacious, but it is a little unfortunate that it is located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a little wet, the small bedroom is slightly renovated, everything else is pretty good.Tidy house and yard.

We stayed here for one night and felt at home! The decor is beautiful & modern, the reception by Claudiu warm and interesting, as he provided some tips for the evening for us. The apartment is very quiet, but well connected to the city center. We would come back anytime!

Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their free time will find a small paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in a multi-family house, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of NRW. Although I was only on site for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the beginning. I travel a lot for work and therefore know many BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Ok. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit angled. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you open the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

The apartment is very modern, clean and has an amazing view which makes it very attractive. Henok is very friendly and organised. He planned all I needed for my stay and everything went very smoothly. It was a business trip for me but hopefully next time I will enjoy the city more. Thank you very much Henok!

We had a perfect stay at Dennis's place just for 3 nights. The apartment has an excellent location, close by the downtown but in a very quiet area. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is rather small but for our short stay it was fine. Dennis was always in touch and advised some places to visit.

Violetta was so friendly and helpful. The location was very close to a train station which made our commute into the city very easy. The apartment was spotless and quiet. We greatly appreciated the washer and dryer

Wonderful stay with a nice large roof terrace with a fire bowl and sunbeds and mood lighting. Nice swimming pool with good showers. Plenty of parking space. Beds were fine too. We liked it so much that we might come back. Monschau is within walking distance, a beautiful picturesque town with good restaurants and nice terraces.

Anne's property is beautiful. It is peaceful and quiet and the area is wonderful.

Very nice, spacious and clean home. Fully equipped. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Frank responds quickly and adequately. Terrace and a fully fenced garden, nice for the dog! Highly recommended.

A really nice house, stylish, elegant, well maintained and very clean, the tasteful furnishings including the high-quality equipment should also be emphasized. The sauna area invites you to relax and a bath in the whirlpool at sunset is fantastically beautiful. Communicating with hosts is quick and easy. We will be happy to come back! ☀️

Describing Elke as a super host is actually an understatement - she is the MEGA host of the universe! This is one of the best AirBnB we have stayed in. It's a beautiful house, very spacious, bright and airy. We were very comfortable, almost like being at home. The stay was with our team members and they loved it as well. Loved the fact that there were exercise equipment indoors as well as the swings in the garden allowed me to do my daily exercises. The office and work spaces meant members could do their work in their rooms with privacy if wished. The open plan layout suited us too as we could gather for meals, chats and discussions.
