Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Pole

Definitely one of the most well appointed AirBnB we have ever stayed at. Clean place and peaceful setting. Responsive host and friendly cats, zero complaints. 100% would stay again. 10-15 mins from most places you would go in town and next to the trail system.

We loved our stay here! We were able to walk to coffee shops and parks during our stay. It was very inviting and a lovely space. Would definitely book again!

The place is able to accommodate a lot of guests. There were 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The home fit my family perfectly. The laundry room is large with great counter space. The home is very near to the train tracks and you can hear and see the train go by. That would be the only negative for those who are light sleepers. The home is close to food and shopping, which was great. Kate was a great host and responded quickly to my messages.

Very comfortable stay , beds were super comfy ! Close to UAF. Very nice spot !

Excellent location to relax after a long day of exploring Alaska! The views are breathtaking and an extraordinary way to start and end your day. My morning coffee isn’t the same without the view of the river and mountains! The short drive to town makes it convenient for shopping or enjoying all that Fairbanks has to offer including Lulu’s bread and bagels, museum of the north, and the Tanana Valley Farmers market. We also enjoyed being able to use the gas grill and having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The open living space surrounded by windows allowed us to enjoy the view from almost anywhere, while the longer Alaskan days helped increase the viewing time. Excellent home, great location, astounding views, hope to return!!!

Cute, comfortable, and super easy check in! Close to the airport, and very private and quiet.

The apartment was spotless when I got there. There's a great kitchen to cook in with everything you need, including spices. The couches are very comfortable and streaming TV was easy. Pinky responded very quickly when I had a question. We were having a heat wave and the living area did get warm, but there is a fan and an air conditioner in the bedroom which worked great. Also, it is in a convenient location next to the bike path that goes to Pioneer Park and downtown. This is a very nice place to stay for 1-2 people!

We really loved staying at Nicole's Chalet - it was even cuter in person than in the photos! The living room is very cozy with comfortable couches. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with beautiful linens. There were two bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of four. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to find everything we needed. It happened to be hot while we were there, and happily, there is a little air conditioner in the living room that we turned on once a day for just about an hour, and that was enough to keep the place quite comfortable. A few special things about Nicole's place: We loved all the art work! It is clear that Nicole loves this place and she has put her heart into it. Lots of fun details like artsy light switch plates, fun colors everywhere, and the framed art on the walls. And the original woodwork throughout really adds to the charm. Nicole is friendly and a great communicator. I hope we can stay there for our next visit! Thanks Nicole!

We had the loveliest stay at Leila and Nate's place this March! The apartment was extremely clean, cozy, and private, and had everything we needed and then some--the shower particularly was very nice and big. It is obvious Leila and Nate take great pride in their property, and more broadly in their home of Fairbanks and the surrounding area, with their extensive local tips. A lovely handwritten card from Leila welcoming us was a lovely touch, and we're very grateful to both of them for welcoming us into their home. We will definitely be choosing their place again the next time we are in the area!

I had a short 1 day stay with Michael, still he was very responsive and also provided for an early check in. Location of the place worked well for my travel plans and it was clean and well organized! Thanks Michael for the great experience.

The stay here was great, quick turn around for my family and I who drove up on a Wednesday and left the next morning. Really was a nice place and all amenities necessary for any stay, wish we could have stayed longer but ultimately knew it was going to be a up and back down trip for us, both. Both Caleb and co/host Grace ensured we were set up for success prior to our arrival, even asked and prepared a pack and play for our 18mo old toddler who was also with us, so that itself was a perk for us. Nothing but positive feedback here from us, play was nice and clean, area was quite at night, king size bed was comfy and had enough living space area to make it feel more than comfortable for the family, would highly recommend and definitely suggest future BNBR’s to check out Caleb and Grace’s listing for sure. An incredible find! It is the perfect location as it’s close to downtown and lots of different restaurants. The view from the balcony is superb as you can see the Chena River and the city! Loved it here and would definitely boom again!

This place more than exceeded our expectations everything was very thoughtful! Full kitchen with all the amenities made cooking a breeze! The dishwasher made quick work of the dishes after. The washer and dryer is such a plus! The bathroom heated floors! The hot tub very clean and well maintained and the view so peaceful! The book with helpful resources and local recommendations was such a lovely touch! This could easily sleep 6 people and with it just being the two of us we felt like royalty staying here! Don’t miss out on this location memories made here will last a lifetime!

The apartment was cute and simply decorated. the host left water and chocolates.. The beds were super soft and extremely comfortable and exactly what I needed after being on a motorcycle for 12 hours.

I really enjoyed the stay. I’m sure I will be coming back at some point..

Clean, well organized apartment, adequate parking space, close to supermarkets, one of the best encountered in Alaska.
