A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

Check in was easy and Julie was always responsive. Her apartment is like a home away from home. She placed good quality furniture, utensils, crockery for her guests to use. You can feel her sincerity in giving her guests the best experience one can get. There were many little surprises around the apartment, I’ll leave future guests to find out on their own! We had a truly wonderful stay at Brad’s apartment and would absolutely love to return in the future. The place was not only clean and comfortable but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, including a full set of kitchen appliances. The coffee machine was an especially nice bonus that made our mornings even better. My two kids adored the apartment—they felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. I absolutely loved my stay at this apartment! It was incredibly quiet and peaceful, which made it so easy to relax. The space felt so homely and welcoming, you can really tell that care has gone into every detail. The location is fantastic too, close to everything but tucked away just enough to feel like a little retreat. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

My family and I stayed here when they visited Perth. It was such an amazing home away from home for us. Bruce was very flexible and went out of his way to get us settled ahead of check in time. He gave us a detailed walk through the house and made us feel super welcomed. The location was great and had so many cafes and restaurants. Every evening, we spent time together in the cosy and large living room watching TV and catching up on life. I could not have asked for a better place to spend seven amazing days with my family. Highly recommend this beautiful house to families and anyone visiting Perth! You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

Our stay was exactly as I had hoped. Lyn's property is so lovely and peaceful. The gardens were a key focus in my booking here. A place to unwind and enjoy an early morning coffee. I did this every day of our stay. Lyns attention to detail and care for her guests is exceptional. Fresh bread, jams and butter provided for our entire stay. The property was a perfect home base for us. Close to Optus Oval, the CBD and Swan River. We would stay with Lyn again without hesitation.

I have stayed at Louise and Jenny’s place for 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything you need for a long-term stay. The location is close to the city but the transport is not very convenient, so would recommend to have a car. Would definitely stay again if the need arises.

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

Had the opportunity to spend two weeks at this lovely apartment while working in Perth recently. Plenty to see and do; ate out most nights at different nearby restaurants and took advantage of the nearby river loop everyday for a run with stunning scenery!

Highly recommended, place was private, secure and immaculate. Mike and Luka where very responsive to any of our needs especially when we asked to check out late due to flight delays. Thougherly recommended Lyrics Pad especially if you enjoy live music as the hosts also have a bar restaurant, and underground bar with live music on certain nights. Chilled vibe good people will be back again.

I corresponded with co-host Rosemary. She was extremely responsive and kind. The unit was great - we felt right at home the minute we stepped in. Love her kitchen and everything else in the house - tastefully decorated and extremely functional. There were more than enough pots, plates, cutleries and blankets, towels, pillows. Every electrical item was working well. It has been an awesome stay!

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

it's hard to find a place that is both stylish and accepts families , but I was so lucky to have found Shey's listing. our stay was luxurious and well stocked with supplies. she was also very responsive and caring. instructions were all clear and accurate. appliances easy to use. highly recommend her listing - it'll be the first listing I'll book on my next visit to Perth :)

This is hands down the BEST AIRBNB I have ever stayed in. The host provides so much more than any other host. it doesn't feel like an empty house, it's decorated and comes with heaps of complimentary freebies; bread, milk, cereal, lollies, lemons, toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. The cutlery was quality. The price is super affordable. I actually felt respected for once, it reminded me of what hospitality used to be like. I will definitely be staying here again!
