Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in North Park, San Diego

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

JP and Ana are responsive gracious hosts! Here for work travel and my place is exactly what I need. Close to north park, and quite at night to relax.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Anthony’s apartment was just what I needed for my adult son and me. 2 twin beds in the living room worked well as another bedroom without the cost of a 2 bedroom. The kitchen is small but had all we needed to make bfast in the mornings. Helpful to have a parking spot in back and washer dryer in unit. I really enjoyed the location next to an urban park, pretty neighborhood for walks, and short walk to restaurants and coffee shop. Anthony was super helpful when we arrived.

We had a great stay in Jeff’s place - walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Rom,over than it looked and there was a little office to work in.

A great spot in a quiet neighborhood. Clean, well stocked, roomy, comfortable. Close to many establishments within walking distance in Banker's Hill and Hillcrest. On site dedicated parking spot was fabulous. A lovely place that had all of the comforts of home. Communication with host was easy - responses were always prompt and informative. Highly recommended. Would stay here again!

Brent’s place was perfect! So easy to find and great area to stay in. Super close to local eateries as well as little Italy & Gaslamp wasn’t too far at all. We enjoyed our stay and the space was perfectly equipped with anything you needed. This was probably the very first AIRBNB we stayed in that had everything you would need in a kitchen although we didn’t use anything I noticed it all. Would love to stay again in the future!

Very comfortable place with a lot of character and such a great location. Very convenient if you were taking kids to the famous San Diego Zoo and nearby parks. Lots of storage drawers and closets. Hosts were great, very responsive to any questions we had.

We loved our stay! This is such a child friendly house. Our daughter had an absolute blast with the play areas and fish, and we were able to relax in the beautiful outdoor space. This is a lovely spot for families with lots of wonderful food and coffee within walking distance. We hope to be back again!

I stayed here for the Rock n Roll Marathon and it was the best location for my family to be able to walk 2 min and greet me mid race. Loved the place and everything was close!

Loved Ted’s place! It was super cute and the perfect size for my boyfriend and I. Very clean and super cute plants and decor, patio was a nice addition as well. It felt like a very safe and walkable area. Lots of delicious food around as well!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

I had a great time staying at Thelma De La Paz’s place! The space was cozy, very clean, and exactly what I needed for a comfortable stay. Thelma was a wonderful host - polite, welcoming, and super responsive to any questions I had. Highly recommend!

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. We had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee houses. I would choose to stay there again.

Melissa’s condo was perfect—spacious, clean, and exactly as described. Free parking was a big plus, saving on hotel fees. Melissa was a responsive and accommodating host, easily extending my stay. I’d definitely stay again and highly recommend it for a great San Diego visit!

I enjoyed my stay at the apartment. It is very cleaned and organized. It is centrally located very near by coffee shops, Bars and restaurants.

It was wonderful. Diego was very resonsive. There was an issue with Faucet on the first day but Diego ensured that it was fixed on the next day. Location was amazing very close to waterfront, india st and all the happening places

Stay was great. Perfect for a couple or small family. Central location to main attractions was a plus!
