Comfortable place, great location. Kai was super helpful, accommodating, and responsive to questions. The bikes were a big plus. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay at Tatiana’s! We were a group in town for a conference at the Comvention center and it was the perfect location! We were able to walk to most activities and restaurants in the area! We also made a great day of the Padres Baseball game! The building felt safe in the city and the accommodations were everything we anticipated! I would recommend her place to anyone!

Charlotta was very helpful with the instructions and communicative. The apartment was perfect for our stay to watch the Padres play. Lots of walkable things to do. The apartment felt like home and was comfortable. Easy check in and checkout. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone you wants bay and city views.

Everything was great, so many amenities in the unit AND the facility. Our grandson REALLY loved the arcade (all free) on the first floor. We enjoyed the pools and spas. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the entire facility. The BBQs were cleaned daily and spotless (like new) when used. We were in San Diego for baseball games at Petco which was right across the street! We will come again! Thank you Charles for making our annual family vacation 5 star!

Sean's place was exactly as he described, a perfect respite. Been coming to San Diego for years to visit family and hands down this place has the best parking options I have ever experienced in SD. Plenty of easy street parking within feet of the unit and up and down the short city block. A true rarity in SD, even had spots open on garbage day. Super quiet street and neighborhood too. We'll be back.

This was my first Airbnb stay. The place was so easy to find. The location was perfect, it was walkable to downtown and Balboa Park. The yard has high fences for added privacy. Jay had a recommendation book for local sights and restaurants we ate at a couple of the recommended places and they were all so good. The yard was gorgeous and Jay was kind and helpful. They had laundry machines on sight for us to use and beach chairs. Umbrella, and toys to use. This was such a wonderful trip, all the better by staying at this BnB. I hope I can reserve this location again next time ❤️❤️❤️

We had a lovely stay at Pineapple Haven and appreciated how helpful and accommodating Bobby was. The place was nicely decorated, kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to get going, beds were comfortable and the buildings facilities were impressive. One downside is that it’s extremely loud when the people in the apartment above are walking around which woke us up about 6am each morning. But this is beyond the hosts control so didn’t impact our rating.

Absolutely one of the most fun locations I’ve stayed at , will definitely tell anyone to stay there for parties or if you wanna get away with a group . The staff were awesome and always exceptional and friendly . Look forward to next time

This was by far the best air b n b I’ve ever stayed at. I will definitely be back for my next trip in San Diego. The place felt right at home. It was easy to get inside and the host was super responsive and helpful!

Great spot very homey and plenty of places to grub on nearby and San Diego is less than 15 minutes away. Fabian is quick to respond and will help you with any questions you need answered.

Patricia was the most accommodating host. This was our first time using an AirBNB and this place exceeded our expectations in so many ways. I'm worried about using this in the future, since we will be expecting the same service that Patricia provided! The house was perfect. It had everything you have at home, and it was in pristine condition. The location was great as well. I can't say enough great things about staying here. We hope to come back, and we will definitely stay here again!

Perfect set up for our family gathering. The place was so enjoyable and welcoming. We could have stayed in the whole time and cooked and played games and enjoyed the property and that was a mini staycation in and of itself. The hosts were very available and accommodating and even assisted us in retrieving some things we’d left behind. Above and beyond!😊

Thuy’s place was very clean and had lots of things to make us feel welcome such as card games, extra bottles of waters, and k cups for coffee in the morning. The place had easy access to the freeway which was very convenient. Thuy was very responsive and was flexible to let us check in a little early. We were able to park in front of the house. Will definitely stay there again when visiting SD.

Schafer and Drew were super friendly and responsive from when I started looking at the property, immediately after I booked the property and all the way until I checked in. They were both super helpful in all the questions I had prior to booking and definitely made me feel comfortable I made the right decision for a girls weekend. Upon checking in, the house was PERFECTION! We walked into not only a super clean property but GORGEOUS! You can tell they poured their entire soul into this house. The house was beautifully decorated and we all immediately felt 1000% at home to the point we did NOT want to leave! The backyard was an amazing oasis and honestly, we all felt sad leaving when we checked out.

Easy check in... Property was as advertised... Garage was perfect for loading the kids into the cars to keep them off the driveway and street... Pack patio was nice to sit outside and enjoy the weather... AC units worked to perfection... Having coffee in the home was a nice touch... Owner was very responsive to all questions... Would stay here again...

What a fantastic place to stay for a San Diego visit! This condo is wonderfully furnished with all the comforts of home. Our host, Mara, was friendly, helpful, and responsive from booking to check out. And the location was excellent for visiting nearby La Jolla, Old Town San Diego, and the beaches! We'd definitely stay here again on a future visit.

Stayed 4 nights with my partner and toddler and what a great place and hosts! By far the friendliest and most accommodating. Natasha made us feel right at home, ensuring we had everything we needed before check-in. Stellar communication during our stay and very responsive. The extra toilet paper and paper towels left on the doorstep helped to spot the apt too! We really appreciated the flexibility with our reservation. Asked for a late check out as our flight wasn't until 4 and Natasha was glad to help. This saved hours in the airport but most notably my son was able to finish napping which set us up for success on the way home. This stay felt more like house sitting for family/friends than a typical Airbnb. Only issue was trying to come/go with a stroller...didn't see a ramp or entrance without stairs, probably just overlooked it. Neighborhood is very walkable w/ lots to explore. Our last stop was the farmers market which was excellent too! Definitely recommend and would stay again!!!

We had a great stay at Johnathan and Cindy's place. It felt like home for our almost two week stay. The kitchen was very well appointed with every cooking utensil you need, the bed very comfy, just everything you need. Our thoughtful hosts planned every detail, with little cute signs all over the appartment. We hope to be back, thank you for sharing your lovely place.

We stayed at the beach house for a week with extended family as our first get together in years. It was almost perfect for the 8 of us! Plenty of room, well stocked, and the location to the beach could not be beat! The garage was a little tight for an SUV and a sedan, but that was to be expected. They had a few chairs, boogie boards and toys available for use, along with beach towels so everything you need for the beach is already there. Home was clean, furniture was comfortable, and living area was nicely decorated and spacious. We did have construction happening next door the week we were there, which was less than ideal, but anytime Nancy & Kevin knew something would be affecting us they would give us a heads up. They were very communicative and quick to answer, and check out was easy with clear instructions. We will definitely stay here again next time we go to San Diego!!

Our stay was smooth and peaceful without any issues. The apartment looked exactly as in the pictures. The host is very responsive and willing to help. I would definitely be staying again when we visit San Diego.
