Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Park, San Diego

Lovely little house in the heart of Northpark. Close to lots of shops and restaurants and perfect for a stay in San Diego. Lynn was great to deal with. Clear instructions and her house is well kitted for a longer stay. So nice to call it home for the 10 days.

Brent was a great host the location was perfect close to convince stores, restaurants and the airport. I felt right at home and the neighborhood was peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again next time I come to visit.

This three bedroom two bath was very clean and close to all the restaurants like taco sand underbelly. The parking spot spots were a little tight, but that’s North Park for you and we were able to fit our minivan into the parking spot on the driveway. We appreciated the soft and extra towels, the nice beds, fully stocked kitchen with spices and oil etc. The reason why we chose this place was that it was kid friendly with Pak and place provided a highchair and we were even happy to see that there were toys, book, kid utensils and plastic bowls and plates for the kids. This is a perfect place for family’s. Our 4 year old and 2 year old love this place. The backyard is spacious with a fire pit and plenty of seats and there were beach toys and chairs in the tub. We would highly recommend this Airbnb. Svelte was awesome and did everything she could to make the trip exceptional. Thank you!

This was the third place we stayed in San Diego and by far our favorite. Quentin was very communicative and warm. The house is cozy yet spacious and immaculate. Everything was squeaky clean; loved the sheets. We are both neat freaks and had no complaints. Great neighborhood with great coffee spots and restaurants. My friend and I work from home and had good wifi and desk set ups where we each had our privacy. Excellent!

Beautiful Home! My kids loved the Backyard along with all the games. My Man loved the Condiments & Kitchen He said You guys had the right equipments I loved the jacuzzi.

WOW! I can’t say enough good things about Birdhouse and Billy & Jim as hosts. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! They were so communicative and beyond accommodating. No ask was too big for them and if they were able to make it happen they did so in a heartbeat. They let us drop off our luggage early and gave us a late check out! The Airbnb was everything from the pictures and MORE and was also in the best location!! There were snacks & waters for us and every room was decorated so cute it was amazing. It was filled with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I went with my friends for my Bach and it was perfect and spacious and so fun and the backyard was so beautiful. We went hot tubbing and it was so nice and the lights in the backyard set such a fun mood. The mural in the backyard is stunning and we took many fun pictures there. I’m running out of characters available but if you’re going to San Diego stay at the birdhouse!! Thanks Billy & Jim for the best trip!!!

Overall our stay was great! The location is in a great spot, close to a lot of cute restaurants and coffee shops. Camila was very helpful. The only slight downside is parking is a bit tricky but that’s really all of San Diego. All in all we would totally stay here again.

Such a beautiful place to stay at! So many things nearby that you don’t have to go far to enjoy the space. Bills home felt like home with a beautiful view!

Prime location, great amenities, place looks exactly like the photos, very very clean.. I have no qualms! Anna is very prompt with her instructions and responds quickly if needed. She goes above and beyond to satisfy and cater to her guests. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need for a short term stay-- all complimentary, as well. The check in and check out process was extremely easy and smooth. My only complaint (which is a personal preference and why I won't dock anything from her rating but figured it would be helpful for those who are light sleepers like me) is that the overhead window that is over the bed does not have any curtains. It makes sleeping soundly for light-sensitive sleepers like me a bit difficult! This was easily fixable by bringing my travel black out curtain. Just a friendly heads up for those alike. I will be on the lookout for her listing any time I'm back in SD!

This was our second time staying at Christopher's Airbnb! We love the University Heights neighborhood and this rental is in the perfect location - walkable to lots of coffee shops and restaurants! Although we did not have any issues, the renters were very responsive in communication. Will continue using this rental for future San Diego visits!

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

We had a great stay in Jeff’s place - walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants. Rom,over than it looked and there was a little office to work in.

I loved the stay here. It was clean and fresh perfect place to stay. The hot rub is definitely a plus. I would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. The apartment was beautiful, the queen size bed was very comfortable. I needed some help opening the couch bed and Danny took care of it as soon as I asked. Everything looked clean and smelled clean too. We had plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths. The kitchen was totally stocked with everything needed to cook a meal or eat carryout. There was cold water in the fridge waiting for us. An unexpected delight were the fresh flowers on the kitchen table, bedroom, and by the bathroom sink. We only had one inconvenience, the push button lock wouldn't lock. Rosina & Danny gave us a key to come & go with. The landscaping was meticulously kept up. Lush cactus, passion flower, & different succulents made the garden gorgeous. This made us feel like it was our own little piece of paradise. Rosina and Danny were SUPER hosts. I can not say enough good things about them!

Perfect base to attend conference, trolley stop just down the road which was only a few stops away from gaslight area and conference center. Bed was really comfortable, and whilst there was occasional street noise I found it quiet at night and slept really well. Rachel has decorated the apartment beautifully and having a kitchen is fabulous. The rooftop terrace is great to chill out and the washing line was really handy to hang out handwashed clothes, if you are lucky you might get a visit from the friendly cats next door. Rachel was really responsive to questions, great restaurants near, and a few small grocery stores.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Beautiful apartment. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen - all you need for a perfect getaway. Close to airport and so many restaurants including Little Italy, Old Town, and University area. Will definitely stay again!

Great place. I recommend if you need a quiet and comfy place to stay. If you have a car, they have a parking spot if needed :)

Place is clean and has an amazing view, Savana was responsive. Parking is a great.

The beds were comfortable and the accommodations were clean. We had everything we needed. The location was within walking distance of great restaurants and coffee houses. I would choose to stay there again.

It was lovely and clean and perfect for a staycation. Only thing was the TV apps for streaming didn’t work and had to watch regular tv but everything else was fine. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!! First- the bedding! The level of comfort was more than I provide myself at home!! I didn’t want to get out of that bed!!!! The hot tub and sitting area was absolutely amazing. You feel transported to another world when you walk outside. Lovely hosts! Very responsive! The home is beautiful and they work very very hard to provide a level of privacy you dont expect to be possible. Truly a perfect spot to enjoy your time in SD. You’re right next to everything, yet you feel as though you’re in a secret oasis! Don’t hesitate and book: you will not regret it!!
