Beachfront holiday rentals in North Kona

Stuart's place is truly home away from home. Every little detail so well thought out, you won't find yourself stepping out to stock up on essentials, be it in the kitchen or bathroom. Be it towels, beach chairs/mats or toys, everything is sanitized and available to borrow. Stuart was very accommodating of my request for early check in, which is a blessing when traveling with a toddler. He even had a high chair ready for us. We enjoyed our evenings in the lanai, and I can't wait to be back soon. Thank you, Stuart.

This 1 bedroom apartment has everything I needed for a long term stay: an equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, WiFi, cable/Roku TV, comfortable furnishings, a lanai with a view, and designated parking. The pool at the complex was excellent for daily swims. The ocean-front location of the complex provided beautiful sunset views.

The unit was just as pictured. Nice view from the balcony and good location. Fruit stand right across the street. Magic sands beach down the street is nice spot to hangout. Fully equipped kitchen. Friendly neighborhood. Close to the airport. We loved our stay 🙂

Jason’s condo is one of the nicest, most comfortable/convenient places that we’ve ever stayed. Centrally located with all of the amenities of home. We’re already talking about returning there sometime in the future. Jason is a 10+ communicator and just an all around great person. The condo was worth every penny that we paid for it!

We stayed here for one night before heading to Hilo. It was a comfortable place to rest after a travel day and then fall asleep to the ocean. It’s a comfortable place with updated features.

Beth was a terrific hostess! She always responded warmly to us. Her home and lanai are amazing! And the EASY walk to Manini Beach was the huge cherry on top. Thank you Beth for the use of all the beach toys and snorkel gear!!

We loved this sweet little cottage for the location, size, and accommodation. We had most things at our fingertips and made for a wonderful stay to enjoy our mornings and evenings between excursions. You can easily cook meals at home or walk to nearby establishments. The interior was slightly aged and could use a deep clean but overall fantastic place. Heidi was extremely responsive and was very accommodating. The house came with fun things you could borrow; snorkeling, fishing poles, beach chairs, beach mats & umbrellas, life jackets, handy cooler and picnic tables + chairs. Highly recommended!! We’ll be back :)

My family and I very much enjoyed staying at Ben’s townhouse. It matched the description and the location was very secure and welcoming. I had some great shore dives right from the condo and was able to spearfish and provide for the family right offshore from the property. We highly recommend!!

We had our dream vacation and can only recommend renting this particular condo. It felt like a home away from home the minute we stepped inside, and we'll remember those quiet morning coffees on the lanai, listening to the ocean, forever. Christine's condo is exactly as promised in the photos - what you can't sense from the photos, but should definitely treat yourself to, is the warm atmosphere of the condo. Here you borrow someone's home, and not just a random condo. Enjoy the perfect sunsets from the lanai, the fragrances from the garden, and enjoy the cool breeze through the condo, if you let the windows stay open. It is pure magic to sit at Queen's Bath, both in the morning and at night, and listen to the waves break. We only met incredibly friendly neighbors - and the friendliest staff at the nearby Ali'i Gardens Market. We wish, we could have stayed much longer and dream of coming back someday to sit on that lanai and watch the waves and drink Kona coffee

The apartment was beautiful! The view was exactly as the photo depicted. The place was organized, clean, and was supplied with almost everything and anything we needed. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The view!!! It’s probably one of the best on the island!! GORGEOUS sunsets! Falling asleep to the sound of the ovean, amazing! Don’t be put off by the aged exterior of the condo building. When you step inside, the unit is immaculate and equipped with everything you need! Including beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear etc…We had a problem getting the tv on and Barry called us with the service provider on the line and walked us through. We felt so at home and comfortable. There is a great restaurant and bar downstairs which we frequented. And the access to the beach was so nice. We would definitely stay again. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you Barry and Terry!

Lovely place to stay - very quiet, beautiful grounds and pool, and very close to the shops and restaurants on Ali’i Drive. We loved the little beach with a front row view of the sunset, and the lanai was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening wine.

Jan and Cami were very nice to deal with. Their condo is in an amazing location. They thought of everything to make their guests comfortable. Very well organized space. It was clean and inviting.

This was the last trip on my 11 night honeymoon across 3 islands and 4 different lodgings. This was by the far the absolute best location and cleanest and best space easily. They had towels for the beach and pool, a cooler, beach chairs, and the lanai has the most incredible view. Heck even the view from the parking space was incredible. We were also able to walk to dinner and lunch every day and the pool was quiet and we constantly had it all to ourselves. Falling asleep to the waves crashing was incredible. The a/c also went out before we checked in and Staci’s handyman was there to install portable units before we were even in town yet - fortunately everything was fixed before we got there so we didn’t end up needing to use them. Check out was a breeze with the only responsibility being take the trash to the trash room. I cannot recommend this place enough, absolutely amazing experience all around.

Chad’s home was a wonderful. First of all he was great with communication. We were desperate because our original Airbnb reservation, the host never gave us the code to enter the home and never responded until a half hour before the original check in. Luckily with the Airbnb customer service help, we found Chad’s home. It was so relaxing waking up every morning to the water watching the surfers as we had our coffee. In the afternoon we took the best naps listening to the waves crash. The bed was so comfy, well stocked kitchen and lots of beach things like chairs, towels and coolers. We can’t thank Chad enough for the perfect Hawaiian stay!

This unit is a gem. The ground level, ocean front location is hard to beat. The decor is updated and gorgeous and the space is comfortable, while still be very modern and sleek. The space is laid out well and has everything you need to relax and be comfortable. The location right next to Magic Sands Beach is awesome and nearby grocery abs shopping options are very convenient. The hosts were proactive and friendly, and I had a stay without any issues at all. I would definitely stay here again.

This was my second stay here. Condo has been updated beautifully since my last stay in 2022. Stephen and Amber go above and beyond with extra touches. Felt very at home!

This was the perfect location for everything we wanted to do on the big island! Quick walk to a beautiful little beach and walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. Very short drive to other great beaches. We recommend going to the pool to watch the sunset or walking into the little town!! The condo itself was well equipped with amenities and everything was up to date. The place was spotless and felt perfect for a relaxing stay! Communicating with the host was smooth and they were quick to answer any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here!!

Annette's place is in an idyllic location, right on the ocean. We loved spending peaceful time on the lanai when we weren't out and about. The space had many thoughtful details and amenities to make us feel right at home, with everything we needed at our fingertips. Mahalo!

Kerry and Justin were great at communicating any details prior to the stay. Property was stocked with plenty of supplies for a day at the beach or to prep and cook your own meals. Great location right by the shore with convenient nearby parking. Made it easy to catch the sunset in the evening or visit any of the nearby shops/restaurants/experiences.

The perfect place to launch all our adventures. Central to every activity we planned on the Island. The spectacular sunsets were a great way to end each day. Super quiet except for the crashing waves! When we return, this will be our first choice to spend the nights.

Brittany's place was spectacular! You walk in and immediately become engulfed by the view and sound of ocean waves right off the lanai, where we spent most of our time when home. The place had everything we needed and was stocked with extras - like charcoal briquets for the pool side grill. She was extremely responsive to our questions during our stay and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do. The place is on a busy street and the bedroom near the road did get a bit noisy at night - but Brittany provided ear plugs and a white noise machine. Every morning, we walked up the road to the market for Berry Bird coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Shannon's place! First time to the big island, we will be back! And would not hesitate to rent this condo again! Easy check in- very prompt responses when needed. Beautifully updated condo- love all of the furnishings. The bed was so comfortable! Enjoyed coffee on the lanai every morning watching the surfers and boogie boarders. Absolute heaven! Then the sunset every evening with a glass of wine!! Could not beat it. Easily walkable into town for some great shopping and restaurants. Did not hear any neighbors the whole time! If you are considering renting this condo... just do it! You will not regret!

I can’t begin to describe how incredible Peter’s place is. The photos don’t do it justice. The view can’t be beat and the location was in close proximity to everything you need. They had everything we could possibly need available- a cooler, beach chairs, and not to mention all of the water activity options right in the backyard. Also huge plus was their dog, Maggie :) Couldn’t recommend this place enough!!!
