this house located not far from Tebet highway exit. housing area not so lound and busy. however road to access to the house really narrow, please be careful with this. complete facilities provided by host such as air conditioner, iron, internet, gas and stove.this house also clean and good

This is my second time staying at Ridwan’s place. Still as Awesome. We and our kids really love this place. Ridwan’s place is very clean, homey and comfortable to stay in. The location is also perfect, with orange groove just opposite the area. The host is also very responsive and easy to communicate with. Overall, we are really satisfied with this place and hope to stay here again the next time we visit Jakarta.

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

Since there are several bathrooms and sophisticated furniture, we could have a comfortable stay here. Additionally, this house has an alternative power supply, so we could remain comfortable even during a power outage.

What a pleasant place to stay with your family. Came with my family of 4. House is newly renovated, cozy, clean, and super homie. Host is kindly reachable and communicative. Would recommended 🙏🏻

We had a lovely weekend stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Kemayoran. The unit was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay, including high-speed internet and entertainment like a TV with Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was decent, equipped with basic cookware and dining essentials. One of the highlights was the view from the 27th floor—watching the city lights at night was a great touch. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay. Would recommend!

It a lovely apartment close by the sea. I had to check in late very late which was no problem for Edeline, she was very understanding and made everything possible. I would definitely book it again.

Really a gem here ! Endang is very very responsive and flexible host. The appartment is small but has everything every detail. I never had to ask for something because everything was there literally . Very clean with extra sheets towels everything is available. Neighbours calm and not noisy. security kind and helpful. I recommend

A Kemayoran Gem - Feels Like Home, Putri is Fantastic! This Kemayoran apartment truly felt like home. All listed amenities were provided, and the local food options were fantastic. Our host, Putri, was exceptional – her incredible knowledge of Jakarta and beyond was a lifesaver, making our exploration seamless. While the apartment didn't have internet, it was a minor point in an otherwise excellent stay and encouraged us to explore local spots. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay with an amazing host!

Great apartment. This was the cleanest and most beautiful house I've ever stayed in. Everything was very clean and tidy. The view is amazing. Safe and very easy check-in. Having a washing machine is a great advantage. I really recommend 👍

The place is right at the centre of the city, and just by the MRT entrance. The unit itself is super homey and cozy, and has the direct view of some of the city skylines, just perfect! Pier is definitely a great host that was very responsive to the messages.

Clean, well-organized accommodation. Clean and orderly surroundings. Even in Jakarta, it is worth boasting a very high level of accommodation and surroundings. Swimming pools, exercise facilities, convenience stores, and surrounding commercial areas are also very good. A place I definitely want to stay again next time.
