Mrs. Dida's unit really clean and comfortable. Also all the furniture works really well. I appreciate Pak Ilo as doorman too who responsive and really helpfull. Recommended!

Pak Yusak's apartment is clean and tidy there are 2 large rooms and a sofa bed complete kitchen equipment and there is a washing machine too although this unit is quite old, it looks like the unit is well maintained highly recommended for a place to stay during holidays in jakarta with family

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

I had a great stay at this 1-bedroom apartment! The location is incredibly convenient—being directly connected to Kota Kasablanka Mall made everything so easy. Whether I needed groceries, meals, or just wanted to walk around and shop, it was all just a few steps away. The apartment itself was clean, cozy, and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The Wi-Fi was reliable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for the price. It's a very affordable option, especially considering the prime location. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. If you're visiting Jakarta and want to be in the heart of things without breaking the bank, this is a solid choice. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel ’s place! The location was perfect with a great view that made the stay even more special. The home was clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and he was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We truly appreciate the warm hospitality and would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

Delzyanna's house is perfect for a large family. The house has everything for a comfortable stay for a family. We were 19 people including kids and elders and we had a great stay.

Big space and super clean place, the location also good because connect to garden, all is worth the price. but maybe not suitable if bring baby or for house party because the neighborhood is want peaceful and bit annoy with noisy. overall, theresia is really a good host and i'll recommend her place to my friends. The place is very homey, clean and smells nice. You have everything you need in the apartmen including kitchen utensils. It’s close to mini small shops, indomart, family mart. Worth the price for sure and it’s quite cheap. Smoking allowed in balcony and dining area. Complete amenities, easy check in.

Host is very accomodating and helpful to every queries ask. Travelled in group of 4. The place offers 2 bedrooms, 1 shared toilet with heater and washing machine, living room with tv that offers local tv shows (and Mi Stick with Netflix - you can log in own account and don't forget to log out!), plenty of mirrors - good for ladies, small kitchen/dining area with fridge, water dispenser with hot, warm and cold setting, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Location is also strategic, next to Thamrin City and easy for ehailing/driver to pick up to-fro. Rooms for improvement - hoping more pillows and comforter especially for the single bed room with extra bed, and for longer stay, perhaps can offer bigger trash bin/can.

Received clear details and instructions before arrival. Had everything we needed for a short stay. Great amenities, excellent location - quick walk to Plaza and Grand mall. No issues. Will stay here again.

As described for the room and other rooms, clean. Pros: very responsive host, close to mall and security is friendly and helpful. Cons: It takes more effort to find a car parking lot, especially during office hours with typical Jakarta parking rates. It won't be a problem if you don't bring a car.

The place is strategic. In front of the apartment there is a Transjakarta bus stop. Close to JIS also walk to. The unit is okay quite large.
