the place is super nice, clean and tidy.. the kitchenware is complete, the bathroom and bedroom are clean also smells good.. the management staffs are really helpful.. this place is suitable for staycation with family or friends even for long-term stay.. and mba femi is really thoughtful and super nice, she gave us super early check-in and let us check-out super late because of new year, she always asking if any problem to make us feel comfortable during our staycation

the new building,so the new plastic bed is open and the washing machine has a hose and mor. but it's not a problem, the plastic we open it ourselves with the owner's permission but the washing machine is brave. Cold air conditioning is great,each room has air conditioning. the room is neat and clean. you can drop off our luggage and krn suitcase come in the morning. responsive hosts are even given an extra blanket,because the bed is full of blankets is given a blanket. just be careful of ants,krn is easy to come. the location of the pass from PRJ, jln feet aja. g macet2 an. overall ok. reclaimed

price is affordable. room is clean

Regi is a great host and fully responsive. The place is entirely very comfortable. Definitely worth to stay here.

Loved the place! Clean, and you got everything you need. For the past 2 weeks, i went airbnb hopping cos i havent found the “right” one for me. But this one made me feel like home 😊 You literally got all you need, the host gotchu. From ironing tools, to snacks, netflix, cooking utensils, everything! Would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a place anytime soon! Currently i’m still staying here haha however, this place could only fit max 2 person. Also you got a balcony and a pretty great view x

it was such a great stay! the host’s lovely, and very helpful and responsive! i requested to check out at 5PM due to my flight getting delayed, and they gave me the extended time at ease, thank you big time to the host!

the house is really big, suitable for a staycation because it's comfortable and clean, the room has 4 including a very spacious master bedroom, the water is also smooth, most importantly the host is very responsive and understanding

The house is quite large and nice. Relatively clean. The host is very helpful and accessible. But there is always a room for improvement. Large bed, large bedroom and bathroom. Aircon is cold. For me personally no complaints, everything went smooth. The host nicely offered us anything we need regarding the amenities

We absolutely loved this property! Mas Bagus was super responsive, answering all my questions before booking and even asking how we’d like the extra bed set up—great service! The property exceeded expectations: spacious parking (even fits a HiAce!), a huge living room, and a spotless kitchen fully stocked with a stove, fridge, blender, rice cooker, microwave, and enough utensils for everyone. The dining table fits 16 people, and there are two water dispensers for added convenience. The bedrooms were super comfy with King Koil beds, and each of the 7 bedrooms has its own clean bathroom, plus coffee, tea, towel hangers, cabinets, and TVs. We also loved the rooftop—perfect for hanging out and great for kids to play! They provided a washing machine, detergent, and an iron, which was so helpful as we prepared for a wedding. Overall, everything was perfect! Thank you for the excellent service and hospitality. 😊

Outstanding location as it is really a quiet neighborhood near the heart of the city

We were stayed here for 2d1n for family gathering, we did lots of cooking and the host really helpful to complete all the utensils we needed. The house is really neat, comfortable and clean. The only thing less is there's no enough space if we bring more than 2 cars since the road outside the house quite packed and narrow so we need to park our car a bit far from the house. But overall very satistied with the experience at this house and the responsive host. the location is also quite strategic located at the center of the city.

the house is masi kosongan scali. so you want to be confused. and the stairs lights are recommended to be installed because if there are children" ckup danger. that's it

We had a great stay at Panagiotis’s place! The apartment was very clean and exactly as described. The air conditioning worked well and kept the room cool, which was perfect for the weather. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare our own meals. Panagiotis was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay Overall, we were very happy and would definitely recommend this place to others!

Nice and well design apartment with cleaning robot working every weekday! You can watch Netflix on tv and the area is safe. There is a Korean convenience store on ground floor, which is super easy to get your daily supplies. Adrien and Tan super helpful and responsive! It was a great experience for me and my husband! Thanks for hosting us! ☺️

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

among the places i stayed in Jakarta this one has the most complete kitchen and bathroom, washer, utensils, rice cooker, proper stove and modern look & feel. it is an amazing place. there are roaches (it is Indonesia and hard to avoid in this climate in the buildings). yet one problem is since it is in the 23rd floor (and has a great view btw), it also get lots of call to prayer noise very early in the morning. be careful if you are a light sleeper and do not have earplugs. otherwise it is a great place to stay. thank you Nando

The Airbnb is okay and looks like the photos, though the sofa shape is a bit different. The cleanliness could be improved, but it's still acceptable. The bathroom light is a bit dim—I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that. The AC is comfortable, though, which is nice. Overall, it's good. It has Netflix and other amenities. The host is kind and responsive, but the management could use some improvement.

Lubna’s place was very comfortable and close to everything I needed for exhibition. Her communication was very responsive and instruction was easy and clear. This condominium has swimming pool, gym and tennis court so if you are planning to use those, I recommend to bring your own clothes or tools.
