Strategic Location, Easy Access to Central Park, close to Transjakarta Stops and minimarkets such as Alfamart & Indomaret. Quiet atmosphere, nice & clean view. The owner is also very helpful. for facilities as listed in the description. Rooms & spaces match the photos. So the conclusion is Okay 😁 anyway Thank you Ivana 🙂‍↕️

Good place to short staycation with the nice view & clean enviroment

Nice neighbourhood and beautiful view, very well furnished and amenities included, instructions were clear and the host was quick to answer our questions!

Vacationing in this place is fun, there are netflix and youtube premium facilities that guests can access, fast wifi and complete cooking equipment, overall good places

stay on Radinda's place is lovely, the room is exactly same with picture, easy to find and connect with the mall. She so responsif when we ask of something. I will stay again in the future.

We had a lovely weekend stay at this 2-bedroom apartment in Kemayoran. The unit was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a short stay, including high-speed internet and entertainment like a TV with Netflix, which was a nice bonus. The kitchen was decent, equipped with basic cookware and dining essentials. One of the highlights was the view from the 27th floor—watching the city lights at night was a great touch. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay. Would recommend!

A super great deal! Easily one of my best stays in Jakarta. The unique interior design creates a calming space for a traveler like me to feel at home. All appliances you need is there: washing machine, place to hang your laundry. towels, tissues, scissors, cutleries, pots and pans etc. I don’t think there was a water heater system, but a kettle and a big water bucket and gayung (lol) substituted it perfectly. The only thing missing appliance from a girl’s perspective was a hair dryer haha but that’s totally fine. Alfa, who I learned is an architect, is also very friendly. Would really love to stay here again someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at this apartment. We found our hosts to be friendly, welcoming, and very responsive. They were simply amazing! The apartment was comfortably and tastefully furnished. We loved the comfortable couch and chair that made watching a movie comfortable for our family of 5 (something we don't always find possible). The WiFi was strong and worked well, as all 5 of us either worked or did online schooling during our stay (and we loved having so many great spaces to set up computers and get work done). We enjoyed a fabulous view of Jakarta, a functional kitchen with everything we needed to cook a number of meals ourselves each week. The location was convenient, allowing us easy access to groceries, entertainment, and restaurants. We also felt very secure thanks to full-time security and key card access in the elevators. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to others!

Stephanie is absolutely incredible. Always quick to respond and her staff delivers any requested items within the hour (sometimes within minutes). One of the most responsive host. Was very impressed. The condo complex itself was brilliant. For an 8 year old condo it was extremely well maintained and well staffed. The outdoor swimming pool was not heated but was not cold even on days when it just rained. The gym was decent and had everything for a standard workout. Indoor swimming pool was warm ish. The lifts was always fast and well ventilated. The lobby was nice and cool and plenty of comfy seats. The place itself was fantastic. High pressure hot water. A ok size bath tub. Toilets flushed well. 3 very cold air con. Internet speed measured 30-40mbps download. Fast enough for a child on constant Roblox and Netflix. Washing machine and fridge were both looking new. The floor was high and the view was of the swimming pool. Walking distance to 3 malls which was amazingly convenient.

This place was phenomenal, on the 38th floor with a great view of the city from the balcony and also an extra comfortable bed. Hendra was amazing, instructions were clear, was able to answer all my questions and the hospitality was great, very reasonable price and worth every penny I paid for. Thanks Hendra!

We planned to acclimatize upon arrival in Jakarta and then continue on our journey. But we and our children found the place and surroundings so beautiful that we regretted not having booked longer. A beautiful apartment, good location and the Malls in the area were excellent for our girls. They were unstoppable. A place to come back to.
