House holiday rentals in North Fremantle

Blue Wren is a beautiful home in stunning and peaceful surroundings. Our group of 9 ladies had a fabulous weekend. The house is beyond spacious with plenty of room both inside and out for everyone to relax, either all together or in solitude! It was a cold weekend and we mostly managed to keep warm with the fire going however the house is extremely large and so it was quite chilly away from the living areas. Beds were extremely comfy with quality linen which is a must. It can be difficult to find a quality property that can accommodate a large number of people comfortably however this was perfect! Would love to come back in the Autumn and make use of the pool and beautiful outdoor space.

Levi & Trevor are very responsive, friendly and helpful hosts. Our family of 8 had a lovely and comfortable stay at their home. The place was neat and clean and the whole process was straightforward and hassle free. We are looking forward to our stay with them again on our return leg to Perth. Highly recommended!

A beautiful home, thoughtfully furnished for a family or a group to reside together. The swimming pool was great ! It's a nice place to relax, swim and chill. We were pleasantly surprised with a basket of fresh fruits in the house. The fridge and pantry was stocked up with the basic needs for our stay. Because of the fantastic accommodation we had a great holiday in Perth, Australia.

We loved Linda's place. We stayed for a week while our home underwent some renovations. We walked to the grocery store, the bus and river. It was super easy to get around, and the apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed. Definitely recommended.

house was perfect for us.. we had a function in Freo on the weekend. everything we needed.. we didn't realise there would be someone in the front of the house which was not an issue, but gave us a fright when we heard noises... hehe...thoroughly enjoyed our stay..thanks Rebecca for being easily contactable.

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

Our favourite Airbnb in Perth! The house was even more stunning than the photos—it truly doesn't do it justice. Spacious, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with kitchen appliances. The bathroom was clean and impressively large. The kids had a blast playing with the giant chess set out front, and we appreciated being able to park two cars in the front porch area. A supermarket is just a 3-minute drive away, with a lovely coffee café next to it—our go-to stop every morning before heading out. One thing to note: the washer and dryer are located in one of the bedrooms. If you're travelling with friends or extended family, this might be a bit inconvenient, especially at night, as you'll need access to someone else's room to do laundry. Still, this house was a highlight of our trip—comfortable, convenient, and absolutely beautiful. We'd love to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Abi’s property in Fremantle. Couldn’t have asked for a better location being walking distance to so many places to eat as well as the beautiful South Beach just down the road. Our host was so accommodating and responsive to ensure we had the most comfortable stay possible.

The place was very homely, clean and had everything we needed :) Dawn was especially helpful to lend us a toolbox as well! Thank you Dawn for letting us into your home and we hope to return to Perth again soon!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Dianne’s home. The accommodations were above expectations and we would happily stay there again if we are lucky enough to return to Perth/North Beach.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

I spent a week at Michael's place, both solo for work purposes, then with my family for a long weekend. Michael's place was a wonderful home away from home. Michael was a responsive and friendly host, and was quick to come to the property when I thought there was an issue with the hot water system (there wasnt - it just takes a bit of time to warm up!). I wouldnt hesitate to stay at Michael's place again. We are always looking for great places in Fremantle to stay as we visit often from our home in WA's south west. I highly recommend Michael's place.

This was a brilliant place to stay with friends for the weekend in beautiful Fremantle. The place was so big and comfortable with a great feel and we loved sitting in the gorgeous courtyard area. The location was fantastic, walkable to everything yet so quiet. Julie was friendly and helpful every step of the way too, so we can highly recommend this wonderful place.

We had a lovely stay at Bron’s place! The place was spotless when we entered. Kitchen was fully equipped (really had everything we needed), and everything we saw in the photos and amenities mentioned in the listing was accurate! Nice garden and backyard area to sit in. We didnt drive but the place was close to Swanbourne & Claremont Station for the public train/ we’d uber with ease. Would love to stay at Bron’s place again if i’m back in Perth :)

We have stayed in Aileen’s accommodation for 2 nights as part of our multigenerational family trip. The stay was one of the highlights of our trip. The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained and well-cared for. The entire place was spacious and there was room for everyone to spread out. The kids loved the outdoor space and sports equipment. The house is tastefully decorated and is a sight for sore eyes. There were plenty amenities and features such as filtered hot/cold water system, ride on toy car, baby cot, highchair etc, that made our stay even more enjoyable. Aileen is a great host, she has allowed us to pick fruit off the trees in the garden. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Angela's place is the perfect place to stay when visiting Perth. Handy to great beaches, public transport and Claremont shopping centre! The kitchen is well stocked with every utensil possible!! Bed is very comfortable.

We loved Amber & Phil’s home. Honestly, this is an example of a truly amazing Airbnb. We felt very welcomed at Amber & Phil's place and had everything we needed to feel at home. Amber & Phil provided such a lovely care package with toys to keep my little one busy. She loved the toys provided. Location is awesome between Cottesloe and Fremantle. There is a lovely cafe just down the road. We had great communucation with Amber & Phil throughout our stay. We truly and highly recommend this listing as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We rented the apartment and it served us well as a place for a family reunion! We have family flying in from all over the world. There were a total of 7 adults and 1 child at one point in time and even then the house felt so spacious that we weren't in each other's face. It is such a beautiful house. The back garden looked very inviting except we prefer to keep warm indoor during winter mornings though I could see how lovely it will be when it is a little warmer. We spotted a pizza oven, and a very fancy BBQ out there too. The kitchen is well-stocked for those interested to eat in. It is a comfortable walking distance to Freo market and the restaurants around there. My 88 year old mum and 11 year old son has no trouble walking that distance! Thank you Sarah for hosting us.

We had such a lovely and relaxing time at Lee's characterful place. It's about a 15min walk to a few really good cafes and bakeries in South Fremantle and about a 10min bus ride into the heart of Freo, with the bus stop about a 6min walk away. There's a farmers market nearby on a Sunday that's also worth a visit. The property is split and sits on a quiet street and you have access to the front portion of the garden, which is mostly shaded and a nice little reading spot. Highlights for both of us were waking up to birdsong with the native plants out the front, the thoughtful provisions left for us to enjoy, the AC on a hot day and the very comfortable beds! Highly recommend.
