She even offers surfboards, which was a huge bonus! Waking up to the ocean view every day was magic, and the outdoor projector setup made for such a fun movie night under the stars. We really enjoyed our stay with 4 people. Such a great location near King's Park and the city, with an easy to get into car park. Spacious loungeroom with comfy couch, WiFi and great TV. The blow up mattress was supplied with a pump that worked really well for the 4th person. Air conditioning worked well. Good Kitchen facilities for a cooked breakfast etc. Our son was happy using the gym. Kirk was very responsive to our questions. Many Thanks for a great stay! 😊

We stayed 3 nights. It was very comfortable. Great washer/drier. Great shower. The free cat buses were great for getting around (they were not running on Hay St because of a diversion, but they were just one block back. Loved the buses. The pizza at Maruzzella was great.

Great proximity to beach and shops (and far enough away to remain quiet). The apartment had the necessities and was great for a base as we spent the majority of our time at sporting competition. Full kitchen and fridge allowed meals to be prepared easily. No fuss check in and out.. would happily stay again.

Its been a great experience staying over at Matt & Nez's apartment. Spotless, neat and very well-equipped apartment at a convenient location. Everything in the house were same as described and there were a lot more on top of these - extension sockets with usb ports, travel adaptors, water pitcher with filter, welcome fruits tray, milk, nespresso pods, bottle of red wine, books & games for all ages, travel guides, transport maps, islands & city maps catergorised by zones, and even down to little details such as sunscreen for kids and a folder of instruction manuals for almost all the appliances in the apartment. Matt & Nez are very communicative, sending us all the clear check-in instructions and travel information days ahead, giving us ample time to prep and making check-in a breeze. Parking lots provided are very accessible to the lift lobby, hence much less hassle moving luggages around. We highly recommend this bnb and will definitely return again!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this apartment. everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. The house had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was exactly as described—if not better.

1. The place is conveniently located, about 5 minutes walk from the bus stop. The bus can go directly to the city center in about 10 minutes. 2.The room has a tourist attraction information books and public transportation route map for tourists to study in advance. 3. The room is clean and tidy, with a projector for watching TV. 4. The separate toilet is good, the washing machine can dry clothes, and there is a small Balcony for drying clothes outside the living room.

Nice cozy apartment, close to beach, nice pool, host are nice and fast response, just a bit noise Because close to main street. Overall, it's a good place for family holiday.

Our stay was great, the apartment was spacious, the furniture and equipment very comfortable, the view breathtaking, the surroundings very suitable for walks and sports. Good options for restaurants and bars and a Coles supermarket within walking distance. Good location for trips around the area. The property has very good equipment and is very suitable for living. LOVED our stay in FLOREAT. Beautiful accomodation & well suited to big groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the multiple living areas, pool and downstairs rumpus room. Highly recommend this gorgeous house for anyone looking for accom near the beach. Hosts are awesome too.

This place is a home away from home! Truly enjoyed our stay here. Beautiful home with complete amenities. Great facilities with pool, sand pit, monkey bars, bicycle, even a small gym in the garage. A few minutes drive to the mall. House was clean and spotless. A few minutes drive to the mall.

Cameron's place was well equipped and had everything our family of 6 adults, 4 child and 1 infant needed! Aldi was just 1 min walk away, and Woolsworth and other restaurants/cafes were nearby as well. The kids had fun in the heated pool and loved feeding the fishes too.

The place was lovely. The only thing to note was that the internet was not great and we ended up using data the whole trip.
