Beachfront holiday rentals in North Fort Myers

We enjoyed our stay! All was accurate in the listing. Great location for easy canal access to the river. Beds were nice and place was clean. Really nice dock area and we rented a boat for multiple days and easily docked at the house. Caught catfish off the dock (using raw chicken) Very peaceful area.

Our vacation was as wonderful as we had hoped. The house and amenities exceeded our expectations. The home was very clean, safe, and beautifully and tastefully decorated. The patio and pool were exactly as described, and the grill was clean and propane tank was full. The open living area floor plan is marvelous for family time. The kitchen, dining area and lounging spaces together kept us in touch as a family. The kitchen is magnificent! The large TV was super for post season football playoffs. Overall, five stars in all categories.

the place was exactly as described! great, private location but just a few minute drive to main road for groceries, restaurants, etc. we cannot wait to go back!!

Belle's Tropic Spot was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had. Lindsay was very responsive and clear in her instructions. The house was cute and extremely clean and tidy. It had everything we needed to cook meals and light breakfasts. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows, linens, and pool towels. The pool and patio were amazing and we relaxed and enjoyed the pool and sunshine. We had 4 adults, but this place would easily work with children as well as there is another bedroom with 2 full beds. The laundry facilities were a plus as well. Perfect location for us. Great place!

Andy's place was perfection for our girls weekend! We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Pool was amazing and the private beach an incredible added bonus. Bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable. Wifi worked great and appreciated the Netflix! Everything was perfect and Andy was awesome. Very kind and responsive throughout our stay. 10/10 would stay again! Thank you, Andy!

We don’t get to vacation often due to time constraints, but this house was beautiful and peaceful. Well worth it.

We only stayed 1 night, but it was a very nice and relaxing stay. Bed was very comfortable, however we did bring our own pillows. The pool and hot tub were relaxing as well. The gazebo shown on the picture does not exist, but that is okay as we stay under the covered area outside. Our puppy loved how much room he had to run in the backyard. We did have to fix the gate ourselves as it would not close properly and we didn’t want your puppy escaping. All in all it was an amazing nice stay and super relaxing! Beautiful house, beautiful vue in a quiet place. We had amazing sunset every evening in front of the canal. The pool was great. The house big with smart tv in every room which was great for the kids. We used the gas BBQ, kitchen is also well equipped. I definitely recommend. Ruby is very nice wich an outstanding response time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Villa. The home is in a peaceful neighborhood, surrounded by plenty to do. We felt safe at all times, and enjoyed on a consistent basis the beautiful pool and hot tub right out the back door. They were plenty of opportunities to fish, and enough space for our entire party to come together but also enjoy quiet time on our own. Regina is an incredibly responsive host, with tons of suggestions on how to fill your time. We would highly recommend this property!

Our family really enjoyed our time here. The house was very nice, clean, and well equipped. We spent most of our time outside - the lanai/pool area with the VIEW of the river was BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The host was great! We are looking forward to coming back.

My family and I spent the holiday weekend in Cape Coral and this place was absolutely perfect! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our family meals, and the home was spotless with plenty of toiletries. Is any essentials provided. We especially enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful view. Highly recommend recommended for a relaxing getaway - we'll definitely be returning!

The house was absolutely beautiful. We loved the outdoor area including the pool and hot tub. Kids spent a ton of time in the pool. Amenities are as described and hosts were responsive with any questions that we had. We would definitely stay again!!!

Beautiful location, definitely worth a visit. The neighborhood is quiet and calm so probably not the best for parties but if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway it’s a great spot!

Love love love this place! Had 11 of us with plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all. Beautiful place and close to everything. Enjoyed the pool and pier. Caught tons of fish right off the dock. Meat market close by with great steaks. Wonderful outdoor kitchen. Hope we can go back next year. Grand daughters cried when we left because they had so much fun!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home is perfectly located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, which gave us great peace of mind traveling with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful view of the Intracoastal – so relaxing to wake up to and enjoy throughout the day. The house itself is cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything a family might need. From the kitchen supplies, and even little touches that made it kid-friendly, everything was ready for us to settle in and feel at home. You can tell the hosts really care about the guest experience. The location is also ideal – close to everything we needed while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing, safe, and well-equipped home base with a beautiful view!

Kate and team where VERY friendly, helpful and we had a minor key entrance issue and it was the middle of the night and they helped out! The pictures did this home no justice, it was a home away from home.

We had a great time during our stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and outside seating area. the game room and kayaks were a nice bonus as well. The kitchen was stocked well, bathrooms were nice and beds were comfortable. Overall we had an amazing stay and would not hesitate to book again.

Kelly's property was spacious and beautiful. I also want to state the level of organization and thoroughbreds of her check in instructions, recommendations for the area and check out instructions. Made the stay an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything was laid out so well we didn't even have to reach out to Kelly once since allow our questions where in the guide book link she sent upon arrival. Would highly recommend this property and will book again if in the area.

We had a wonderful vacation for our Anniversary.. It had everything we needed and it was very clean . We really enjoyed being there and would definitely stay there again . Thank you for letting us stay !!

So many amenities and the only one we didn’t have time for was the couch! The dock early morning was our favorite watching the fish and catching some. The pool at night the kids would stay out there for hours while we made dinner and watched them through the triple sliding back door. The bathrooms were out standing and the beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds! Definitely look forward to visiting again! Also SUPER COOL CAPE CORAL- opoly was a hit!
