This is a nice, well maintained property close to the towns of Orchard Park and West Seneca. Two bedrooms, spacious modern kitchen and a quiet residential street made for a nice stay. We even enjoyed some sunshine out back on the deck. If you need a space in this part of Buffalo, I recommend this property.

I had a great experience at this Airbnb. The host was thoughtful and accommodating, and always very quick to respond to messages. The furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen had more than everything needed. The sunset views from the yard was so pretty. It's a very peaceful home, even with a bit of road noise. Be mindful on the steps down from the bedroom and the rain shower can be a bit tricky. Would definitely return when coming back to the area, which speaks volumes. If you're looking for a place in this area you should consider this airbnb.

I stayed here for a wedding that was close by and Justine's place was perfect! It had everything I needed. She took time and effort to include extra benefits like snacks in the kitchen and good soaps in the bathroom. This place is above her salon so I would recommend to stay here if you know you will not be extremely loud. Parking was easy and Justine included a garage door opener. I highly recommend this place!

Sarah’s place was amazing ! Extremely peaceful and just what we were looking for ! No distractions, and loved everything about this place !! Sarah is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend reading her journey on how the house was built step by step and was in aw of it. Would love to stay here again next time.
