This place was perfect and we will definitely stay here again when we come to the area.

We really enjoyed our stay at Blue Octopus! It was a very nice layout with a family. Loved the connecting bedrooms upstairs, and even a baby gate for the stairs and top locks on the doors to the outside. We loved how easy it was to swim and go to the beach here! We went to Mudita for coffee in the morning which was wonderful. Would love to come back for a longer stay! Willoughby beach was quiet and away from crowds.

Check in was super easy, the AC was on when we arrived which was great after a long Uber. The pool felt nice and the whole backyard area was fantastic. We ended up using the bikes a lot more than we thought which was a lot of fun. It's a quick bike ride to the boardwalk and walking didn't take too much longer. Bradley was very quick to respond whenever I had a question about anything. If we come back to Virginia Beach we will definitely be checking the availability of this house!

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

The house was super clean when we got there, the temperature of the house was great the entire stay. The pool was certainly clean, but since we went early, June the water was a little bit cold, but it felt really nice and refreshing honestly. There were three beach chairs and a wagon there that were helpful for traveling to the beach. There were available cups plate, utensils, and all the necessities that you would need, they even had shampoo and conditioner bottles there for us. We weren’t aware that there was a code to get into the house so instructions for check-in were a little bit unclear, but all I had to do is message and they responded. Overall, I would recommend staying here because even though the area surrounding isn’t the nicest, I felt safe the entire time at that house!

We had a great family visit at this house. We really enjoyed the pool and whole house was very comfortable and clean! It was nice to just hang all day by the pool or top for a sanctuary from a long day of events. Sabrina was very attentive and responsive with questions and situations, appreciate her flexibility as a host!

Beverly's home was perfect for our family and situation: family vacation with a 2 year old. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful; access to a very quiet beach is one block away. The aquarium, dolphin tours, and several dockside restaurants are 3 minute drives. The main boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. The home itself was nicer than pictured, and had just about everything we needed, including linens and towels, beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was extremely well-designed, and terrific for warm days before/after the beach. The Internet was not the most reliable, and the cable TV would cut out for 3-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so... these may have been attributed to the storms early in our trip Recommendations: 1. Bring a coffee machine or k cup filter for ground coffee (only Keurig is available) 2. Be aware there are plenty of stairs (30) in this 3 story home. Beverly communicated very well, and gave the number of her nextdoor neighbor for any timely needs.

The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

It was a great place to stay! Super clean and comfortable. Many great places with if walking distances or a short drive. The farmer’s market is a must do! Carrie was super helpful with a question during the stay. We would stay again!

Julie was very accommodating and welcoming to us. She responded to texts right away, which was most helpful. She helped my grandchildren feel at home and gave recommendations for restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay and loved meeting her.

We were more than impressed with the place. It was so comfortable, so clean, so beautiful. Lots of places in the house to hangout outside. The walk to the beach is so short. The street that the house is on has a lot of places of entertainment, shopping, and food. Yun was always available if I needed anything and her instructions were clear and she was so kind. If I go back to Virginia Beach, I will definitely be looking for her place again.

Rented the Airbnb for me and my daughter for Father’s Day weekend. We felt comfortable and right at home. The reservation of peace and comfort was very much appreciated. The host, “Jaimee” was very professional, kind and attentive to any needs upon request. She checked in to see how the check-in process was which was easy and simple. In addition, she checked in to see how well our stay was going which was very much appreciative. She didn’t have to, but the fact that she took the time and initiative was beyond thoughtful. I would absolutely recommend this piece of comfort and peace to anyone and would definitely look to rent again in the near future. I had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s place! The house was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the pictures in the listing. The huge backyard was a great bonus — spacious, well-kept, and perfect for relaxing. Lisa was a very responsive host, always quick to answer any questions, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Fresh linen and towels were provided, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a pack ’n play available for my baby — it made traveling so much easier. The listing was 100% accurate, and I’m super satisfied with my stay. I’d definitely recommend Lisa’s place and would love to return!

Had a great stay at Kendall’s North End home. The house was charming, Kendall was responsive, and the location was great!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from CNU. This house was a little further away, but had the space we needed looked beautiful in the photos, and had great reviews. We were not disappointed! The place matched the photos, and Davis was an incredibly friendly and responsive host!
