Holiday rentals with a pool in North Eleuthera

Location, Location, Location. Unreal. The house is dated and needs work, the power goes out sometimes and you might lose hot water. If you are looking for the Ritz Carlton, this isn't it, but if you want a once-in-a-lifetime experience, highly recommend it. The access to the water, sound of the atlantic ocean crashing in the background and beautiful wildlife all around you. We will return. Brenda was a great host and made it her job to ensure we had a great time.

Our 2nd stay at Ken’s place was nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly situated, clean, & well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, a hair dryer, a few drinking waters to get you started, & a breathtaking view. The washer and dryer were a great convenience, (leave most of your clothes at home & just bring swimsuits & sunscreen). The comfy bed ensured we were well-rested for each day's adventures. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility, with great snorkeling, swimming, & fishing spots just a short walk down the hill. One of the highlights was the amazing hospitality provided by Sherrie, who was always available to help with any questions and has become a treasured friend. Claudette was also fantastic, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. We love the little community Kens place is in. Everyone is friendly & welcoming but also quiet & peaceful. We can’t wait to return for another incredible vacation Mind @Ease. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

It's hard to describe Paradise, but if I had to picture what it would be like it would be Cayo Loco! The beach and the water were the prettiest I have ever seen (and I have lived in Hawaii). You can walk for miles and not see anyone. To me there is nothing better than sleeping with the windows open and having the sound of the ocean waves lull you to sleep. Plenty of great things to do and wonderful places to eat. Our host would give us updates everyday with suggestions which was so helpful! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best it could be. Other than the amazing beaches, the most memorable experiences we had were with the people of Eleuthera. The culture there is to be welcoming, kind and considerate to everyone. They truly love and respect their island and want you to feel at home there. We can't wait to return and hope to stay longer this time.

Gorgeous - as always! Beautiful airy house with enough bedrooms (and bathrooms!!) to keep us out of each other's hair when needed. The pool! And ability to walk right out the yard and over to the beach. THE OUTDOOR bathroom and SHOWER- still my favorite thing about the house after multiple trips. It's just a PERFECT place to stay when you have 2+ people. Centrally located, private as can be while still right in the middle of it all. And Rachel is, as always, an impeccable host!

We loved our stay at Come and Go Villa! The home is beautiful and hosts were very responsive. House has everything and more. Great location to explore sites north and south around the island. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time at Fond Memories. Dom met us at the house to check-in and show us around the property. He informed us about the area and suggested several nice beaches and great restaurants. The home was very relaxing and close to several restaurants and a grocery store. We will definitely be returning to this property.

Exceptional home, book NOW if you're considering this! We were both REALLY happy with our stay, the house has all of the amenities you could need with full aircon and ceiling fans, washing machine, coffee machine etc. If you're on a budget the ability to make meals at home gives you a lot of options, as eating out everyday isn't the cheapest option! The private pool is also very clean and a great way to spend some time. In my opinion, You will want a car if you want to stay here if you want to explore. The road to get to the house is not paved and is bumpy (like many in the Bahamas), but you will not need 4wd. Something like an SUV that has the clearance will make it easier for you (locals are traversing the same road with sedans, but I think that takes some practice!). The host may be able to assist with a rental too, so worth asking. The house is less than 5 mins from GHB airport, which is very convenient. It also means that you're placed more or less at a midway point in the island so getting to the far north or south of the island is not a huge trek. All in all, we were really happy, it had all the amenities we wanted and was a fantastic price. If we come back to Eleuthera when the world get's back to normality, we'll be coming back to Monique's place. You should too :)

Awesome views of the sunset!!! There is no beach you can walk to though. Conveniently located near a grocery and liquor store. Great coffee shop around the corner with delicious breakfast sandwiches. There is one drawback. Down the road there must be a church because several evenings you can hear a man preaching on a microphone and it was loud in the evening. The hosts were great and responsive. The house has everything you need and loved it had beach towels, umbrella and chairs and even an ice chest! Super nice to have for beach day trips.

The service provided by Yasmin was absolutely excellent. She went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was confortable and that we had everything we needed. The apartment was brand new and very clean. If you are staying in Governors Harbour, I would highly endorse Yasmin and her apartments.
