Holiday rentals with beach access in North Coogee

A great space in a fantastic location. The house is located an easy few minute walk from the beach. The WA coast is amazing and unique to Australia. Unlike many short term stays that take short cuts because they are close to the beach, Brooke's places is very clean, very well appointed and as described in the listing. It has a relaxed, beachy aesthetic and is well suited to solo, couple or small family travellers. All of the little extras - milk in the fridge, a loaf of fresh bread on the kitchen bench, beach towels - made for an enjoyable stay and were appreciated. It is located close to many of Perth's best offerings. There is bus running past the front door, but a car is a more suitable option in this location. Brooke was a quick and clear communicator. Easy to highly recommend.

I had a great stay because it met all my expectations. I wanted somewhere in an easy to access central and quiet location - with a view, close to amenities like a supermarket and that was easy to access with free parking and a well equipped kitchenette. This third floor apartment ticked all the boxes. It had lift and stair access and was clean and had a comfortable bed and lounge. I just wanted to relax and be able to cook my own meals. The little extras provided by Carmela and Martin, like salt, pepper, tea, sugar, coffee, milk, cooking oil and some herbs and spices was a great bonus. As I'm planning another trip to Fremantle, I'll definitely be looking to see if this apartment is available again.

Our stay at Lynn’s place was great. She and Les are friendly, flexible and very helpful. Their studio flat is quiet, comfortable with a lovely courtyard area to look on and sit for breakfast, coffee or a drink. Everything is as described in their listing. It was easy walking distance to everything - sights, Freo markets, beaches, restaurants and cafes. It was only 10 minutes walk to the train station to head into Perth city. Can definitely recommend to stay here.

Had a great stay with my sons and the property provided the perfect facilities to be able to catch up and relax as well as being in an ideal walking location to great restaurants, water front and public transport. Justine & Lan's communication was spot on and I found they provided great instructions for an easy check in and check out. I would definatly stay again should I find myself back in Fremantle.

Beautifully equipped, fully self contained spacious unit in a very quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach and cafes. Could not ask for anything better for our 10 day stay. Rob cordially greeted us and gave us a guided tour. Then left us to enjoy the location and accommodation.

Position, position, position !! Darran's place had everything we needed for a five night stay. Slap bang in the middle of Freo, we couldn't have asked for more. Will come back. Will recommend to friends.

If I could give Adams apartment 6 stars I would. I simply could not take my eyes off that view, especially between 5:450pm and 6:15pm. The sunsets are spectacular! A 10 minute walk takes you to a selection of great restaurants and a fantastic Irish Bar. The apartment itself has a great seaside vibe and has everything you could ever need. I’ve stayed in a few Air BnB’s but this one is the best!! I will be back for sure.

We loved this place because it is in the middle of South Freemantle and all that it has to offer. Tips for maximising your stay here... Walk to South Freo dog beach for a morning swim, then get a coffee and pastry at Wild bakery. Dine on impeccable Mexican at La Cabana, then have a post dinner drink at Madalena's. Catch the bus into Freemantle to shop and soak up the vibes. Or, just stay home and cook in the kitchen as it has all the gear you need to make whatever you enjoy eating.

The property is huge and perfect for family retreat. The location might be a bit off from key attractions but its proximity to Fremantle/Mandurah/Rockingham simply excellent for those likes beaches and outdoor activities.

During the month of may we stayed at Arabella loop and I got to say it was the most beautiful house I’ve ever seen, very clean, spacious and just overall felt homely I would recommend to anyone to stay here if they was to go Perth. Michael was a great host very quick to respond with any questions we had, his home is very updated and very well decorated.

We had a wonderful stay at Matt and Carly’s Airbnb in Perth! The home was clean, spacious, and beautifully presented—exactly as described. It had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip, including thoughtful touches that made it easy to travel with our 1.5-year-old toddler and 7-year-old daughter. The space was quiet and safe, with a lovely outdoor area the kids enjoyed. The location was convenient for exploring Perth, and we felt very at home during our stay. Communication with Matt and Carly was smooth—they were kind, responsive, and helpful throughout. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily return or recommend their place to other families visiting Perth. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Perfect location for folks with or without dogs. Lovely dog-friendly park just outside gate. Easy walk to beautiful dog beach with another dog friendly park along the way. Very generous easy parking. Lovely fenced area for dog. So many great socialising and dining opportunities super close. Great walking. Just loved it. Comfortable, clean and quiet inside. Absolutely loved our stay at Paton House. Beautifully designed house with a wonderful cosy vibe. The location is perfect. Chanel was an outstanding host and was always so responsive. We are already planning for our next weekend getaway to Freo just so we can be back in Paton House.

Such a beautiful house, clean linens, kitchen and lovely backyard just as same as photos. Location is good, close to Coles and Aldi. We are very happy and enjoy stays.

When we were there, it was a little cool for the use for the pool, it was used, but not as much as it would’ve been in the summer. The outdoor grill is fantastic, we actually only used the sofa and TV on her last night. The indoor outdoor living scenario was worth every penny.

Location location location This little trip was all about our Mum and spending quality time with her. Mum loves nothing more than the ocean and loved the view from the apartment. Mum also has mobility problems and this apartment was ideal. We could easily wheel her out to enjoy a walk, watch the sunset and eat at one of the many restaurants. Would love to do it all again!!

This was our second time staying at this place. Despite the construction next door and the mild noise from the club opposite on the weekends, the location of this Airbnb was unbeatable. With only a 3-5 min walk to the beach, corner store, fish and chips, and gelato, it was just a great holiday for the whole family. Kitchen is well equipped and stocked and there were beach toys for the kids as well. Melissa was even kind enough to offer a cot and high chair, which we didn't need, for our kids before we had arrived. Thanks for the hospitality!

this is a great little spot and amenities. close to train station and a couple of cool little cafes. 10 minute stroll to Port beach...the place is neat and tidy with awesome views at night! cheers

We stayed at Jen’s place twice during our time in WA. The location is fantastic- very walkable and close to some delicious bars, restaurants & great food at the Fremantle markets. Jen’s apartment is lovely. The building itself is older but the apartment feels newly renovated, very clean & had everything we needed for a very great stay. Jen was an excellent host- great communicator & went above & beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved our time there and would gladly stay again!

Shey was proactive in giving us check in instructions and reminders were also sent the day before we checked out. Appreciate the clear instructions. Lovely sunset view greeted us when we checked in. We love her cosy apartment which was perfect for a small family. It is just a short drive away from the heart of Fremantle and also near the ferry terminals for those looking to travel to Rottnest Island. We appreciate the breakfast items provided too. Overall, it was a comfortable stay for us. Thanks Shey! :)

Great location - across the road from North Cottesloe beach and a short walk to Cottesloe main beach. We stayed there for the Rottnest Channel swim and it was really convenient. Very comfortable apartment and Kaye was super-helpful in accommodating our booking dates and allowing earlier check-in timing.

Beautiful, quiet apartment right across the road from the beach. Perfect for our short beach getaway away. Only down side was that the top bunk wasn’t made up for our stay so the child had to sleep with one of the adults. Otherwise the apartment was clean, conveniently located and comfortable.
