Kid-friendly holiday rentals in North Charleston

I definitely recommend booking this place. It was perfect for me and my group of friends. It’s clean, comfortable, exactly as pictured and it’s located in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. It sits conveniently close to downtown Charleston, Park Circle and my personal favorite: Paradiso Market. It’s the perfect for a relaxing getaway. 🤗☀️🏖️

great sized for a family of four. All mod cons, nice quiet neighborhood - overall an excellent airbnb, bit of a schlep to Charleston but we knew that, but super convenient to North Charleston. If you don't like hard memory foam mattresses this might not be for you. Otherwise totally recommended.

Tony was a great host and wonderful conversationalist! We arrived to the apartment late and found it easily, the studio is very cute and spacious. Tony had a wonderful collection of books and movies to check out and great surround sound stereos. While we were there we attended an event at Riverfront Park and the location of the studio gave us good access to the park and areas of North Charleston. On our second day we met Tony, he was very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with him. Overall, it was a great stay with good access to the area. The studio was charming and a nice space! Thank you Tony for hosting us!

I enjoyed my stay at this Bnb with my spouse and two small children. The hosts are accommodating and messaged me prior and throughout my stay to make sure I had everything I needed. The house is well equipped for families providing beach equipment and games. The neighborhood is quiet and the house itself is very lovely inside. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils to enjoy home cooked meals. Bathrooms were fully stocked and towels are very soft. I also enjoyed a feature some bnbs miss such as outlets on both sides of the bed and laundry detergent! Little touches like this make a difference !

Beautiful place, extremely responsive and well worth the stay!

Highly recommend! The home was very clean and well taken care of, and even the linens were sprayed with a really nice floral fragrance. A lot of nice touches as we had 2 kids so spent a lot of time at the house. We really enjoyed the pool too, and anything we needed was a very quick drive away!

Jason’s place was perfect for a Charleston weekend with friends!! The backyard and porch were stunning and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and newly updated. Had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to others!

We very much enjoyed staying here! Fiona’s pre-arrival details contained all the information we needed. The place was decorated nicely, very clean, and the toiletries were high quality. The large screen TV, which blended in with the furnishings, had a nice streaming interface. Numerous restaurants are located just half a mile away and you can walk through the neighborhood or drive to get there. I also liked that the quickest route had a sidewalk all the way. We especially liked the Odd Duck Market for breakfast and Southern Roots Smokehouse for dinner. We also appreciated the quick access to I-526 and I-26 to help get us to wedding events at Folly Beach and John’s Island as well as touring Fort Moultrie which were all, even though located south of Charleston, less than 30 minutes away. I also appreciated that an EV Supercharger was located only a few minutes away, too.

We had a great stay in Ladson! The unit was cozy, cute, and clean. There was plenty of space and amenities, with a well-stocked kitchen for cooking and a smart TV so we could stream movies. Shawn was very responsive and made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area!

Matt’s place is as advertised! Not only were within walking distance of amazing restaurants and coffee shops, we were also able to avoid Uber costs to and from the Highwater Festival at Riverfront Park due to our proximity. We will be back next year!

Wonderful little place right between downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Nice quiet street. It had everything we needed with tons of thoughtful touches and great use of the smaller space. Would (and likely will) stay again! Deborah is an amazing host!!

We had a wonderful stay. Julia and Joan had very nice accommodations in such a cute space! Great location close to downtown and the Mt Pleasant area. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area!

This was a great place to stay was close to all the places we wanted to visit like downtown Charleston, isle of palms, and Sullivans Island. Place was clean and place was perfect for me, my husband, and two kids. She left us snacks and lots of ideas for things to do nearby.

I booked this Airbnb very last minute and checked in about 30 minutes after booking. Everything was clean and organized. There is a lot of restaurants around and the neighborhood is very quiet. I would highly recommend this Airbnb!

We were in town for about 3 weeks and Robs place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and had a very nice pool as well. Felt totally comfortable going for a walk each day. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Folly Beach, Daniel Island, Beach Walker at Kiawah, and downtown Charleston during our stay. All were within 30 min - an hour away with Kiawah being the furthest. Our main goal during our stay was to explore Summerville as a community which we did! After full days it was so nice to have Robs place to come back to and feel so comfortable. We really enjoyed time on the back screened lanai.

This was a wonderful stay! We felt right at home at Craig's place and it had all the necessary amenities for a great weekend. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and I especially loved how clean the place smelled when we first checked in. It was easy to relax in such a clean and inviting space and we'll definitely return if we're ever back in the area!

Everything was awesome. The only negative was we didn’t end up getting check-in access until about 5pm the first day, but we did get an hour later checkout. Would stay again for sure

Such a great spot, perfect for our babymoon getaway! Absolutely beautiful location, the beach is quite literally right in your backyard. Extremely quiet, private, and peaceful area. Very easy walk (0.3 ish miles) to coffee/breakfast in the morning at The Nest. We enjoyed the Ocean Room and Hege’s both for fantastic dinners. Freshfields shopping is also an easy drive for shops, groceries, and lunch spots. Ron was a wonderful host - we’d love to return!

Loved our stay at Fire House! The owner was very responsive and the place was beautiful and in the perfect spot!

It was clean and we liked the house and the island, the pool and beach were great too. Be sure to order your amenity card at least two weeks before check in if you would like to swim or use other amenities the first day you check in, otherwise you may not be able to get the amenity card right away.

Jennifer and Chase were quick to respond to any hiccups that we encountered. The location of the condo was perfect for what we were there for. It was easy to access the beach and a very close walk to the pool. The condo was well stocked with basic essentials, and the decorations were aesthetically pleasing. Parking was plentiful and the overall area felt safe. We loved walking to the ice cream shop and having dole whip. The Acme restaurant was also an easy walk from the condo and I would recommend trying it. There’s a grocery store within a 4 minute drive and the location is close enough to do a nice day trip in Charleston. The coffee shop down the street from the condo wasn’t my cup of tea, but they were friendly and if you just need a quick pick me up it’ll do the trick. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and would come back the Sea Cabins.
