Our aim is for you relax, unwind and make the most of your surroundings when you stay at N.32, so during your holiday you will have exclusive use of our gated drive, a private patio and a lovely, large back garden complete with fire pit and children's play area.

Ideal for exploring the local area, the Hayloft is conveniently situated between Cheltenham and Cirencester in the heart of the beautiful Cotswolds. Newly built (finished July 2020), it has all mod cons and is well equipped with flexible sleeping (the king size bed can convert to twin beds on request). The owners live on site (in a separate building).

Pippa's Cottage is our self contained detached annexe with private roof terrace, just over a mile from the centre of the pretty market town of Cirencester. We are a 7 minute walk to a Sunday Times Gasto pub, The Plough by Sam and Jak, and less than 5 minutes to the fields entering Cirencester Park, or The Stratton Hotel Spa (1/2 day bookings available. Off road parking is included. We can accommodate 3 people with an extra charge.
