Anya’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a modern and minimalist design. It’s a 3 minute walking distance to The Sands Resort and a 9 - 14 minute walking distance to the strip - great restaurants, bars and shops. The community pool was great. Anya is very responsive. Just a mention, our flight landed (2:30pm) 1.5 hours earlier than 4pm so we checked with the property point of contact to see if we could access the apartment. We were advised the property had not been cleaned yet and would be ready at 4pm. At 4pm we contacted the property for the apartment # because we had not it received yet and when we walked in the apartment was still being clean. The cleaning persons did not finish cleaning until 5:30pm after we had arrived in the apartment. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. Overall, very nice space and I would book again.

Our stay at Nina and Dale's was delightful! From how beautiful, clean, and comfortable the home was, to the host's responsive and kind nature, to the incredibly quick access to the beach and the best snorkeling spot in TCI, everything felt perfect. Nina and Dale have their place set up to ensure that their guests have a wonderful time; not only did they provide all the necessary amenities, they also included extras like beach equipment to make adventures easy! We really appreciated how 1) Safe the premises were 2) The kitchen had every utensil and machine that one would need. They also have everything for an outdoor BBQ set up, though we did not have time to try that 3) The furniture (esp the king bed!) was super comfortable and clean 4) The outdoor seating areas, garden & pool were an extra plus 5) The premises were very well maintained 6) The location is a very easy driving distance to most places 7) Nina and Dale are amazing hosts. We were extremely happy and can't wait to be back!!

Jessica’s condo is a hidden gem! She is super attentive and responds quickly. Her condo was spotless and had everything we needed (except a baking sheet, but Jessica was kind enough to get one for us!). The beds and couch were very comfortable. The AC worked well and the view of the ocean/mangroves were beautiful. The condo is located on a different part of the island than the very touristy and crowded Grace Bay. While we did visit Grace Bay during our stay, we strongly preferred Taylor Bay, which was only 5-10 mins from the condo. The only downside side to staying on this side of the island was the traffic to/from the Grace Bay side during morning and afternoon rush hrs and there aren’t nearly as many good restaurants to choose from. Overall, we had a great stay and would return in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable week-long stay. The location couldn't have been better—peaceful, convenient, and just a short drive to the stunning Taylor Bay Beach, which quickly became our favorite spot. It felt like our own little slice of paradise. We truly enjoyed every moment and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

This was a wonderful place to stay and for us... a definite 5 star! Yvetka had all the essentials for enjoying the beach! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a very workable washer and dryer which was an awesome addition. Loved the kitchen as we brought food with us and also bought food in T&C for cooking! The condo also gets a BIG 5 stars for location, location, location! Fabulous for an easy walk from the condo to the cafe for great coffee (Turks Wave Cafe), wonderful restaurants, and the beach! An easy drive to Grace Beach downtown area. The location was also excellent for getting around the island with our car rental, as we visited many beaches that were mostly within 10-20 minutes away. Highly recommend checking out different beaches as each has it's own character. One of our favorites was Long Bay Beach! We had a great stay here. The location was convenient and it was walking distance to the beach! The condo also came stocked with nearly everything you'd need for a beach day (beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, cooler bag) which was a very nice addition. The property manager was also very responsive and helpful.

Barbara and Dorothy made sure our stay was great. Helpful and great communication. Dorothy met us at the ferry and went with us to the apartment and provided tips and suggestions when we asked.

The villa was beautiful and perfect for our team. It is in a great location, not far from the Leeward area and Grace Bay. The pool is really nice to relax in after a long day. Adeline was very helpful and responsive. She answered all our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We travel to TCI twice a year and will definitely try to rent this location again.

From the beautiful location and quick access to the beach, to her quick responses in solving any issues, everything was top-notch. The villa was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the pool and grounds were beautifully maintained. I have to mention the bed it’s so comfortable that it’s dangerously hard to get up! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”

Found a real gem! Such a fantastic property- cute plantation style buildings at a great location near several popular restaurants and Smith's Reef. The property is tranquil, and the tropical grounds are well-kept. This unit was so spacious! Great value for the money amongst so many overpriced accommodations in T&C. We enjoyed the gorgeous ocean views and loved just staring at it while relaxing on the deck. The air conditioner worked very well but it was so nice to just turn it down and let the gentle island breeze blow through. The unit was stocked with extras like beach chairs, a cooler, binoculars, and even a new bag of ice in the freezer! The bed was comfortable, and a selection of pillows. Very convenient having a washer & dryer in the unit. While we didn't do any cooking, I did notice the kitchen was well stocked. I highly recommend staying here! Janus was very responsive to all my questions and a fantastic host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here—it was peaceful and wonderful. Although the road outside is not yet fully completed, it didn’t affect our stay at all. The amenities provided were plentiful and of high quality. The bedding was very comfortable, and we slept well. There were even toys for children, so we hardly needed to bring many extra items. Communication was always prompt and friendly, which made us feel very welcomed and cared for. The location is very close to the beach and just a short drive—around ten minutes—to other attractions, making it very convenient. The restaurants recommended by the host were also incredibly delicious. We are extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Christine was really attentive, right through the booking process and during the stay. I'd booked on behalf of colleagues, with a 5 hour time zone difference, but Christine supplied her direct number to the guests so they could communicate easily. Finally, when their flight home was cancelled, Christine was really flexible about check-out times, taking the pressure off the situation. We will definitely book again if our dates align.

Absolutely loved the place. It was better than advertised. The use of the paddleboards was an added blessing. We felt right at home. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. We wouldnt hesitate to stay again. Great info on local restaurants and attractions. Mark was quick to take action on any issues that arose or things we needed. We woukd gladly stay again.

Villa Esencia was absolutely perfect! Great beachfront location on Long Bay Beach. The water is stunning and so shallow that you can walk really far out without even getting waist deep. Our studio had everything we needed to cook meals, including storage containers and a backpack cooler. The private patio had a BBQ grill, table and chairs, as well as a lovely lounging area. From the patio, you are just steps away from a lovely quiet shared pool area. However, we seemed to be the only ones using to enjoy our morning coffee... so it felt very private. The property is less than 10 minutes to Grace Bay Beach and all of the restaurant options there. A short walk up the beach is The Shore Club, where we enjoyed lunch one afternoon at the Colonnade. Ritama, was so amazing and accommodating! She met us upon our arrival, and showed us around the property. It is gated, and felt very safe. We hope to return to Turks & Caicos again and would definitely stay at Villa Esencia! Thank you Ritama!

We had such a peaceful time here. Bright sunlit unit with ocean views and comfortable new looking fit out. Owner mentioned to us he had just put in a brand new AC and definitely appreciated how well it worked after some struggles with another unit. And Mike was so friendly and responsive. Thanks for letting us stay at your beautiful condo, we hope to visit again!

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

Hal’s place was excellent! We would definitely stay here again and recommend it! Hal was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations on restaurants, excursions, grocery stores and more. The place itself was super clean, newly renovated and steps away from a quiet, clean beach!

Tony was an amazing and responsive host and went above and beyond for us. The place was a short walk to the beach, and adorable. There was a beautiful backyard, that felt private and enclosed, with a lounge chair, a swing, and a grill + a small table for eating! There was off street parking, and the grocery store was so close. If you do go to the beach and come back, there’s a small hose outside for you to rinse off your feet too, which was extra nice. Anytime we had a small problem, or a question, Tony responded promptly and resolved it ASAP. Thank you Tony for being such a wonderful host.

Great stay. Mark was very responsive & accommodating. The space is comfortable, well managed and spacious. Exactly like described. Everything is only a few minutes drive away. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely consider coming back!

Enjoyed our stay. Place is walkable to most places but it was still helpful to have a car to carry beach chairs and go to places further away. The condo was quiet and very nice. The bed was super comfy. There was everything you need for the beach provided in the closet in the bedroom. The 1/2 bath needs a little attention as there was a little smell in there but was obviously clean. We really didn’t use that bathroom so it didn’t bother us. Also, like most ABNBs, there isn’t much vanity space anywhere. So ladies, I did my makeup in the living room at a table provided. It was perfect! I would bring a small lighted mirror you can get on Amazon and you are good to go! The host is also extremely responsive so that is great! Overall very nice and I would recommend a stay.
