House holiday rentals in North Caicos

Colton and Mallory were gracious hosts. We appreciated the welcome snacks and beverages when we arrived. The beach chairs were super helpful and we loved having the bikes to ride into town for dinner a few nights. While the home is nice, one of the bedroom AC units seemed to have issues the entire time we were there…leaking down the wall and all over the floor. We followed all of the guidelines with not leaving doors or windows open when running it, but I think it needs to be replaced possibly as the other two worked beautifully. And again, nice house and having the pool was a hit with our kids but we paid more than my husband and I think it was likely worth. So much so, I had a hard time enjoying our vacation as I was a bit sick to my stomach we had spent so much for a home on a busy street with construction next door. Again, great hosts but I’m not sure we’d pay that much to stay there again.

Stunning property and location if you really want to get away from it all. We felt like the pictures didn’t really showcase how beautiful the landscape is around here. There are some very helpful reviews that explain how getting to Middle Caicos needs to be thought out carefully when coming in from PLS so please do read. It is, however, well worth the extra planning. Would recommend to anyone looking for nature, stunning beaches all to yourself, privacy, tranquility and simply to disconnect. Would not recommend to anyone looking for nightlife, bars, restaurants, hustle and bustle. Cynthia was also very responsive to the many questions we had. Thank you for a great stay!

We had the perfect week at Eric’s villa in Long Bay. This was our 8th time to the island so we knew exactly where we wanted to be location wise. The house is everything you need. Very large, kitchen fully equipped, 2 full baths, laundry, TV/internet, and your own private pool. There is another identical house next to this one where you would share the driveway but no one was there our week. Eric went above and beyond letting us check in early and leave late, bringing extra pillows, and delivering fresh pastries every morning from his bakery on the island. We were spoiled. He even rescued us when we needed some help disassembling some kite gear - showed up immediately with a full tool box. As with all of Provo, there are many dogs on the island and these neighborhood dogs loved to bark at night but that isn’t unique to this property necessarily. Driveway is gated which added extra comfort. Lastly the 2 sets of double doors that fully open with screens were perfection.

The house was beautifully decorated and is very spacious. Communication with the host was great. The neighborhood felt safe and private. Found some hair in the master bathroom so I believe more attention to details during the cleaning should be given. We also ran out of paper towels as we were only given one roll. Might consider providing a few more household items when guests stay more than just a few days. Otherwise it was an overall good experience.

I cannot say enough great things about the beautiful home and Patricia and Marvin. They were so helpful . Gave us suggestions of popular restaurants, and local activities. We felt very comfortable in the home. It was like a 3 min walk across the street to the beach. Patricia and Marvin have 5 beach chairs on the beach marked Turks Haven Villas. We had a rental car and every thing was just like 15 min or less to get to. Perfect location. We did have a few questions while there and Patricia was always so responsive and helpful. Beautiful seating area on second floor outside of master bedroom. I enjoyed sitting there in the morning watching the sunrise. The pool was perfect. We felt like we were in a five star resort. Fresh flowers on the kitchen counter when we arrived and on the side tables on the patio. We can hardly wait to go again.

Absolutely beautiful property, views caught our attention every day we walked in, a vehicle is definitely needed since it is a good distance away from the main tourist attractions 15-25 minutes but it was nice and quiet and perfect for our honeymoon!! Shiri and Jonathan was great hosts and communicated effectively and efficiently.

My friends and I were visiting for a girls trip! We loved the property everything was amazing & it was close to everything ! We will for sure visit again & choose this property !

This was the perfect place to stay! it was clean and big and everything about staying there was so easy!

My mom and I booked extremely last minute and were welcomed right away. The instructions were very clear and the house was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only downside was that we could not get the stove/ oven to turn on and weren’t able to cook the food we bought.

OMG...this home is beautiful inside and out..this is perfect place to rent for your next getaway... the host will reply back quickly if you have any questions or concerns... when I come back I'll most definitely check here first to see if available.

Where do I begin… Dawnett was so pleasant and friendly. She made local recommendations to dine and beaches. The view in the back of the home is amazing. Dawnett cooked us a meal and we chatted. She felt like family or like we knew each a for longtime. There were plenty of towels provided including beach towels. Most Airbnbs usually provide only 1 roll of tissue but there was plenty. We had a wonderful experience, would recommend and will go to visit again.

Extremely impressed by this property! This home fulfilled all of our needs and more. Located a very short walk to the beach and shops/restaurants/grocery store this home was super comfortable and convenient. The on site pool also was a wonderful place to relax with our family. We had a two year old with us and the home had a supply of beach toys that she enjoyed every day. They even provided enough beach towels for everyone’s use. We are excited to stay here again in the future.

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

Just returned from eight days at Nina and Dale's beautiful home. From the time of booking throughout our stay, Nina and Dale were very responsive to all communications. The home is lovely, and the photos of the property are very accurate. It was easy to find from the hosts' detailed instructions, and we felt very safe there. The beds and pillows were comfortable; the air conditioning was cold; ample towels and toiletries are provided; and we particularly appreciated their reverse osmosis 5-gallon water cooler! We didn't use the pool, but we did enjoy the outdoor shower & spigot to rinse off before going in the house. The keypad for entry worked flawlessly, and the gate remote was very convenient. Several grocery stores are a few minutes' drive away, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking/grilling. Bight Reef/Coral Gardens was a few minutes walk, and the home is also very close to Grace Bay and Smith's Reef. Really an all positive experience. Thank you!

We loved our stay here. Everything was clean, communication easy, walkable (about 1 mile) to main area and even shorter to beach access. Loved having beach chairs, towels and even sunscreen! Answered questions quickly. Overall highly recommend!

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

Great location and the home was very peaceful, larger space than appeared in photos. Kitchen was very well stocked and grill outside in good condition. Host was very responsive for our few minor needs during the stay. Highly recommend. Our family was primarily here for direct from shore snorkeling and beach activities, which were outstanding. The coral gardens reef is steps away and perfect for young children learning to snorkel for first time. Saw stingray, flounder, lionfish, and of course many common species. For those wishing a more involved snorkeling experience, we saw many sea turtles at smith's reef about 45min walk west along the beach.

Loved staying at Paul’s place. Communication was great. 20-25 min drive to most beaches. Restaurants and grocery stores were close as well. House is as pictured.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean and beautifully maintained the property was. The villa itself was outstanding, with elegant decor and all the comforts of home. One of the best parts was its prime location—just a short walk to downtown Grace Bay, where we enjoyed great dining, shopping, and the incredible beach. The gated property gave us an added sense of security, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy our time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway!

The house is fully equipped and has everything you might need. Highly recommended, unless you have any walking limitation. The house is near the grace Bay Area, but the road leading to it is unpaved. So if you plan to walk from and to it, just make sure you have no problem taking short walks on unpaved roads. Our group had some kids and a baby, and that was a bit of a hassle. But other than that, the house is spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable and location is convenient.

Perfect spot for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids). The views were absolutely stunning. Short drive to food Las Brisas and Chalkies. Away from the crowded Grace Bay Area but still a short drive there. We kayaked out to the little islands and snorkeled around them. Some highlights: sunrises on the deck, sunsets at Taylor Bay, diving with Dive Provo, 7:00am turtle snorkeling (3 turtles!) at smiths reef, private chef that came to the villa (we had at least two additional meals of leftovers!), sting rays at Sapodilla, potcake place puppy walking, hiking and conch shell hunting at Bird Rock, and of course all the pool, kayak, and pavilion time! This was our second time at a property managed by Island Escapes and with our contact person Julian. He was very friendly and informative. Chalk sound is the best area to stay imo, you definitely need a car but driving/navigating is very easy. Can’t wait to come back!

Very easy to find. George met us at the house and walked us through how to use everything. Home was clean and had everything you need to enjoy the island. Centrally located in Grace Bay. Easy to use bikes provided and grill for convenient cooking at the house. There was AC and filtered water provided. Private gate and home alarms. Felt very safe for our family of 7.
