You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. Bed and breakfast "Villa Pats", is located in the beautiful village of Gilze, also popularly known as "Gils". Gilze is a small village in the middle of Brabant, with many places of interest. Gilze is located in a very wooded and quiet area. The cottage has its own entrance and private parking space. Gilze is located between the major cities of Tilburg and Breda and half an hour from Antwerp and Rotterdam. Amusement park "De Efteling" and Safari Park "De Beekse Bergen" are also very close by.

The house is located in the wooded area of Sterksel, near the heath and many green cycling routes. On the forest plot, you have access to an outdoor swimming pool (unheated, open in summer), table, lawn, basketball court, canoes, fire pit and BBQ.

U heeft uw eigen parkeerplaats en er is een overdekte rookruimte/zitje, wifi, flatscreen, dvd, cd, etc. Attractiepark de Efteling en nationale parken Biesbosch en Loonse en Drunense Duinen op 10 a 15 minuten. Situated 3.5 km from the picturesque village of Eersel, on the very edge of the forest, lies B&B De Zandhoef. This beautiful cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests. You have access to your own private 6 person Jacuzzi. There are mountain-bike and hiking trails starting in our back yard and you are more than welcome to rent our e-MTB or MTB to try these out. 180 degree view of the famous Dutch Light and Dutch skies countless birds, the big containerships slowly passing by, the flowergarden, the kitchen garden and the goats. Along the Waal many sandbeaches and in summer the little ferry to Varik. A comfortable house with luxery kitchen and luxery -shared- bathroom furnished with Art and many special objects.
