Nice place, especially if the weather is right. Booking a hot tub is recommended, please note that the swimming pool opens from mid-May. Cottage is a bit noisy, something to take into account.

Perla's geusthouse was superb, everything about both Perla and the house was amazing from the moment we got there - beating our expectations for the property and hosting skills. We had an amazing time and would 100% recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a super relaxing, cosy, clean, private, easy to get to and accommodation with plenty of available amenities, including (but not limited to) hot tub, outdoor seating and bbq, cosy well equipped indoor kitchen and living room. 10/10 would stay again!

Very nicely located park, especially in the autumn the forest is wonderful. The park offers everything you can think of, for young and old. We were there for the first time, but certainly not the last time. Thanks to the CP team, we had great days!

We stayed for a week at Roy’s place and absolutely loved it. The cottage is right by the river with complete privacy, perfect for a quiet getaway. The hot tub was excellent, and the host left us a nice surprise: a bottle of wine. The house had everything we needed. Watching the sunrise over the river was stunning! The terrace is also a great spot to relax. Communication with the host was smooth and they were very responsive. We’ll definitely come back.

We spent a few days close to nature away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Great places to walk around. A great place for a barbecue with a hot tub of evenings. I highly recommend and greet the host.

We have been to the bakery cottage for the 2nd time with our dog Ellis. We have again enjoyed the cottage, the surroundings and the kindness of Suzanne and Hans. The breakfasts were delicious every morning, every time we were surprised about the preparation of the eggs and it was more than enough. Also on Pim's birthday, a festive touch was added to the breakfast🎈. Ellis had a blast with Rocco. And as the icing on the cake, we were able to take a dip in the pool just before departure👌🏽. We are going to make it an annual event to come back ♥️

We had a great stay at Angela's. The place is really nice, Angela is very friendly, flexible and accommodating to her host 's needs. Will definitely come back and highly recommend the place.

We had a very nice stay in the old lock keeper's house. Perfect for a family outing! Jeroen gave us clear instructions in advance and was also available during our stay if we had any questions. Recommended!

A wonderful place! The location is close to the city center but very quiet and peaceful — the perfect combination. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Had a great stay. 4 people, 2 separate rooms in a bungalow with each room having a separate bathroom. The host walked with late entry by giving instructions. A super clean space. Bathroom completely shiny! Very quiet nice area with private parking. A supermarket, bakery and drugstore are a short drive away. One tip: hooks for your towels in the room. If we ever have another weekend in Roermond, we will definitely come back!

We had a great stay! The hosts were very friendly, helpful and always quick to respond to our messages. The place was exactly as described in the pictures: very clean, cozy and equipped with everything you might need. The quiet location in the middle of nature was particularly beautiful – perfect for relaxing. There was also the possibility to rent bicycles, which made our stay even more varied. We highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for a quiet environment, you are in the right place. We were with four adults and used Casita as a base for cycling towards Breda and Oosterhout. The garden is surrounded by greenery where you can sit and hardly notice that you are in a park. Contact was via the app, but smooth.

The equipment of the apartment is high quality and impeccably clean. Ellen was easy to reach and very friendly. It was a dream stay. We can only recommend it.

We had a great time. Due to the heat (34 degrees) it was difficult to sleep, but the fans helped enormously. The cottage is further away than we thought so we also had more privacy than we expected, which we really liked. The horses came regularly to sniff and were very sweet. All in all a top stay!

Everything was great, a beautiful environment, we are very satisfied with everything.

We had a great time, it is a very beautiful and peaceful place. Even with bad weather a nice place as there are still possibilities to sit outside and don’t get wet. Very easy and quick communication with the host, and we even had a surprise waiting :) We would definitely come and stay another time.

We had a nice time in the caravan. Everything looked neat and my daughter was a big fan of all the toys available. The beds are good. We were allowed to use everything that was in terms of stuff and supplies, very nice! The extra blankets were so late September also very welcome. Furthermore, a beautiful campsite and the forest at a minute walking from the caravan. All in all, a lovely place to spend your vacation.

I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the two wonderful days in your cottage. The stay in the midst of nature was not only relaxing for me, but also inspiring - a little break that gave me a lot. I love to relax in nature - whether it's a walk through the forest, a coffee on the terrace or simply listening to the birds. Your hut seems to be just the right place for it. The cottage is lovingly furnished and radiates exactly the peace and security that you want in such an environment. I would love to come back if it is possible - be it for another weekend or a slightly longer break. Thanks again for the hospitality and this special place. We had a wonderful mini holiday with Mijke and Rolf. Due to the beautiful location and the nice, luxurious and comfortably furnished cottage, we could relax, unload and retreat from the everyday. The fresh eggs from the chickens were delicious and we also used the BBQ! The contact with Mijke and Rolf was very pleasant, relaxed and open. We look back on a very nice time and will definitely be back! Thanks !

The upgrade to the cottage was definitely an upgrade. Wonderfully private in the back of the host's huge, beautiful garden... A beautiful accommodation, with a lovely bed, and good shower... Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings! And great that we could borrow 2 bicycles to be able to cycle to the Wine Building Center in Groesbeek. A wine tasting on the terrace is highly recommended...! We'd love to come back...

We traveled for the Functional Fitness European Championship of the Masters and were looking for accommodation where we could unwind after intense competitions and gather fresh energy for the next day. The accommodation was more than ideal. Lovely place, very calm. We were able to observe many animals such as rabbits, hares, but especially birds such as wild geese, storks, swans and even a pheasant landed one evening in front of our garden. Best entertainment! If you love nature, you will like it here. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, but also reserved: professional and personal. We 100% recommend the place.
