Holiday rentals with beach access in North Beach, Miami Beach

Our stay in Miami was fabulous, especially our stay at the Lavish Gem apartment. This is a cozy and impeccably clean apartment in a great location in Miami Beach. There's a promenade to the bay just 25 meters down the street, perfect for a walk or a run after sunset. Our host, Steven, was always attentive to our needs. We'll definitely be back in the near future.

If you want to have an easy access to all stores, beach and restaurants, rent this place. Very convenient location. Clean and comfortable.

Beautiful place in the heart of South Beach , close to beach , restaurants and nightlife. Convenient to shopping . Nice views , enjoyed the rooftop pool .

Our stay at Ignacio’s place was great. It was right on the beach and the place was renovated and clean as described. It was in a good location if you’re looking to stay in a quieter part of Miami Beach. Though there were some brief issues with the AC, Ignacio was quick to contact maintenance to come and fix it for us. Would recommend staying here!

Quick trip for us & such a fun weekend! The room was delightful, upon arrival we were met in the lobby w/cocktails & escorted to our room! (Fancy!) Dinner on site was delicious, short walk away from Oliver’s (incredible everything), pool & service was on point, even made it to the ocean (longer walk but so nice). Coffee in the room, fridge, lots of towels; quick response from the host when I had questions. Just overall a 15/10!! Had an amazing weekend!!

Our recent stay was nothing short of delightful. The property itself is immaculate and beautifully maintained, making it a pleasure to stay in. The location is truly tranquil, and having what feels like a private beach just a short walk away was the cherry on top. As those who prioritize cleanliness, we appreciated how well-kept and spotless the property was. It’s clear that the hosts take great care to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. That said, I did notice the presence of security cameras around the exterior of the property including the back patio. While I understand the need for security, it did take away from our sense of privacy, which is something we value during our vacations with our family. It may not be a concern for everyone, but I felt it was worth mentioning. Overall, despite this minor aspect, the property is amazing, and we would recommend it to others looking for a beautiful getaway in a serene location.

I had a great experience in the house. I love the house. I felt like home. It was very cozy and it has everything i need for our perfect stay. Location is unbeatable, close to everything. Ac works great which is a big thing in Florida during Summer. The host was always available when I reached him. 100% recommended

We stayed at Monica’s place while we were attending medical appointments for our young son in Miami and it was such a wonderful peaceful home-away-from-home to come back to after a long day. It was very clean, super-comfortable and everything had been thought of. I like to cook for my family and the kitchen was really well equipped with everything you could need - something I find quite rare in Airbnbs. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were hot and strong and there were plenty of little sitting nooks inside and out which I always really appreciate. The coffee bar was a great touch. The pool area was lovely and the trees and plants really gave an inside/outside feel which I loved. The neighbourhood seemed quiet and very safe - we enjoyed early morning walks to Holiday Park which is just a few blocks, very accessible and close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend and will definitely return. Thank you Monica!

This was a beautiful home! My friends and I enjoyed staying here a lot and loved how spacious the home was. Everything was clean and ready for us and we have no complaints.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this airbnb. The hosts were very responsive with any questions we had, the space was updated and clean, and the it was conveniently located to all the great spots in Fort Lauderdale. We really enjoyed our time here!

Pari’s home is even better than described! The backyard, pool and spa felt like our own private slice of paradise. Our hosts were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even helped me troubleshoot my laptop’s configuration to join their network within a minute of me sending them a question. The house is wonderfully convenient to South Beach and all things east of its location. We stayed there for my daughter’s college graduation from University of Miami, and I have to admit we did not accurately understand how much traffic there can be at all times of the day getting from us to UoM! That just meant we had to adjust our schedules a bit, but everyone agreed there was place better to stay in Miami, and nowhere else we want to stay when we go back!

A good place to have a quiet stay

Loren’s place was perfect! We had issues with the tv - there wasn’t a remote in the room. But Loren was on it with getting it resolved, and the people at the hotel ended up bringing us a remote. I appreciate how there were dishes, silverware, and paper towels in the room. We picked up tropical fruit so I was worried we wouldn’t have anything to open it with. The spa passes were so nice! We got sun burn the first day and the mineral pool was clutch. I feel like it helped our skin with recovering. I was a little worried about the fees from the hotel but we were charged a total of about $200 - that includes the cleaning fee which we were already aware of. Everything else is like small fees and taxes. The free valet was amazing! I will say one night it took 45 minutes to get our car - it was a Friday night. We just planned better on our end after this. The space was so clean, the views were beautiful. We will for sure be back! Loren was the best host!

The view was absolutely amazing! We enjoyed the beach and the children loved the kids pool area.

Le was a great host! She went above and beyond throughout our whole trip. The condo is very clean and exactly as described. We enjoyed the direct access to the beach and the pool, as well as the many restaurants nearby. Le has thought about everything and provided everything needed for the beach and more. We will be sure to book this when we return to Miami!

We had a fantastic time at Deb's apartment. It is located right on the beach, with access to beach chairs. And Deb has an umbrella that you can use, which we definitely needed! The apartment was SO CLEAN and had all the comforts of home available. The beds were also extremely comfortable. We would love to return to Deb's place sometime soon, it was great! We had a great dinner at a restaurant not too far away called Silverlake Bistro.

Perfect place :) stayed for work trip loved the ocean view so relaxing to hear at night and close walk to pool and beach very convenient! Plenty of towels, blankets , pillows, comfy bed, blinds blocked out sun, kitchen worked perfect had pots and pans utensils, blender, plenty space in apartment ! Overall loved staying here and AMAZING communication with host made me feel secure and know what to do when checking in and getting key fob , was PERFECT would love to stay here again with my family next time !

We had a wonderful stay at Michael's place. The suite was large and beautifully finished, perfect for our small family with a 3 year old son. The amenities at the St Regis were fantastic as well and Michael was always quick to respond and professional. Highly recommended!
