Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in North Athens Regional Unit

The host mother Sara arranged for us to be picked up at the airport, and was very friendly and had arranged everything very well. The cottage had everything. There are coffee, cold and warm beverages, fruit, chargers, toothpaste, shampoo, ,everything you might need. The bed was very comfy, and we slept very well. We will for shure book the cottage again, next time we visit this area.

Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. I don't have enough words that can truly capture how beautiful of a person Nansy is. This was my second time staying at her Airbnb along with my husband and mother-in-law. Once again, Nansy was extremely communicative and responsive. She went above and beyond and picked us up at the airport and arranged our transportation back. Nansy and her family are so kind and loving people. The apartment is always super clean! What I appreciate about Nansy is that even though you may have a short stay (we stayed only for one night) she treats you like you are staying a week at a kingdom. This is an absolutely fabulous property. It is not only immaculately clean, airy and spacious, but tastefully decorated inside and out. We particularly appreciated that there is a fenced perimeter, enabling us to bring our little dog. The outside BBQ and seating area is a real bonus. The only drawback is it is rather time consuming to get to the centre of Athens by public transport ( and tricky to travel with a dog). However, the quality of the home, peaceful surroundings and kindness of the hosts more than made up for this.

This was our second time staying at this Airbnb — the first was two years ago — and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The place is spotless, comfortable, and has such a cozy atmosphere that it instantly feels like home. You can tell the host truly cares about the details and guest experience. Everything we needed was available, and the communication was quick and friendly. We’re so glad we came back, and we’d absolutely stay again!

I had a great stay at Georgia’s apartment. It has everything you need for a business trip or a vacation. The place was lovely, cozy, and clean. Georgia was a very helpful and kind host. I would definitely come back.

Dimitri’s roof apartment is private and quiet. You won’t be bothered by anyone but Dimitri is on hand to contact if you need anything. He’s very friendly and generous. The place is compact but everything has been thought of for your convenience. It’s spotlessly clean and perfect for a short city stay on Athen. A very nice and quite place to stay during a short stay. Very close to supermarkets, bus station and coffee shops. Easily accessible to local private hospitals, shopping Malls, Kifisia with fast public transport connections to the city centre. Thank you Dionyssos for accomodating us at your place.

This place was perfect for what we needed - a place to catch some zzz’s after a day of travel on ferries back from islands and before an early morning flight. It is walkable to the metro station that is only 2 stops away from the airport. We got into the place around 10 PM and were happy to find a fast food place that was open to get some late night gyros. In the morning, we passed several bakeries for breakfast on the way to the metro. The place was spotless and very spacious. It also has a huge back door deck. Overall, great stay! Thanks! Would recommend this to anyone needing a place for one night before or after traveling to/from the airport with early or late hours.

It was a charming place. They have a love of old furniture, so the place actually looked like an old Greek home from several decades ago or more. The kitchen had all the necessities, the bed was quite comfortable and the linen and clean. There’s a garden in the back, with a wonderful lemon tree. Garden is kind of overgrown, but absolutely private. There is enough room to stretch, be under the trees and it’s cooler there too.

We enjoyed staying at Tassos' apartment. Our flights were quite delayed, however he was so kind that he waited our arrival after midnight. The place was like home. He kindly offered lots of food and beverages. This made us save the time for shopping for the breakfast next day. Parking was quite easy. One of us couldn't sleep well since the mattress was hard for him but this may change from one to another...

Everything was as expected and we had a comfortable night here. Lovely to have the terrace spaces on both floors of the apartment too. Would happily stay again 😊

It is an excellent choice with its large veranda with 180 degrees sea and mountain view, interior design, comfort and cleanliness. Anna is very interested and always ready to answer your questions. Access to the sea, beach and restaurants is 2 minutes. It couldn't be better.

We stayed only one night as part of an airport transfer, the accommodation was very good, clean, modern and air-conditioned with a very comfortable bed. A very nice little balcony, the surroundings looked lively with many restaurants. The only downside is that there is no elevator.

What excited me the most was that the apartment was clean. We'll definitely go again. Also, the host is very kind and helpful. Thank you very much!! I recommend it!!

Apartment fully equipped in quiet district next to beautiful park. There are shops within walking distance for basic shopping and the National Defense metro station is within 15 minutes walking distance. Three people are comfortably accommodated. The host is very kind and helpful.

Great flat in an excellent location, just a short walk from the metro. The balcony was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing after a day in Athens. Would definitely stay again!
