Holiday rentals with a fireplace in North Athens Regional Unit

This place was a nice respite after our long sightseeing days. I could definitely spend an extended time here. There was a very nice outdoor space to enjoy and the inside had everything we needed. There were nice treats and snacks left for us in arrival that saved us having to go out and get anything when we arrived. We really appreciated the time in this place. The only thing to be aware of is you must be able to do stairs for entry. They are wide and sturdy though. It’s a lovely staircase. Overall a pleasant stay. Wish we had more time to sit and enjoy the atmosphere but we were trying to get all the sights in. We were just a brief cab ride from all the most popular sites. Thank you!

I stayed with my wife and two daughters for 3 days, we felt as comfortable as if we were in our own home. There is a market on Saturdays, we shopped there. It's very close to the subway, within walking distance. If you want to be close to both the center of Athens and the beaches, this place is very successful in terms of location.

Clean and very cool house, quiet neighborhood, I highly recommend it!

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

We LOVED our stay here. It was the perfect location in Athens, in a clean safe neighborhood near the acropolis. But away from the tourist hustle and bustle. We saw many locals eating and hanging out near the restaurants by the house. The home itself was perfect for our large family. Beds were comfortable and clean, great area for kids and teens to love around. We loved the design and style. Felt very safe with doors/locks. Does not have a dryer but we used the drying racks outside. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The place was beautiful, very clean and cozily furnished with a great kitchen where there was everything you need to cook and to make yourself a coffee in the morning. The roof terrace can only be reached via an elevator, but it is very private and you have an extremely great view over Athens. We felt comfortable and would keep coming back! As only note: the location is very nice and quiet in a very safe neighborhood of Athens, however you really walk a lot of stairs to get to the apartment.

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

Just a really super apartment in Zografou. It's high up and sunny, which is really nice. The apartment itself is aesthetically pleasing, comfy and tidy. And for me it was very convenient to be able to wash and dry clothes. Oh, and some very nice places nearby for coffee and food. All in all, great place!

Ioannis was an amazing host! He was very responsive, and he made sure all of our needs were met. We sent in a last-minute request for a crib, and he was able to fulfill our request despite it being late. The place is in a prime location, with lots of things to do around. Spacious apartment, in a classic building. As Ioannis have clearly stated, there’s no elevator, so make sure you don’t carry too many things all the way up to the second floor. In addition, parking around the apartment was a bit tricky for us. But once you find parking, everything it really walking distance and you won’t need that car again.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Everything was impeccable, The choice is great whether it's for business use (groups) or family.

Kyriakos is an amazing host! He came as we we were getting settled and introduced himself to every single member of our group of 10. This 6 bedroom home is beautiful and very spacious with breathtaking views, a swimming pool, and an open floor plan on the lower level with a gorgeous kitchen. Bonus, there is an elevator and we had 3 people in our group over 70 who truly enjoyed using it to get to the 3rd level where the bedrooms are (honestly everyone's used it). Kyriakos assisted me with a transportation company that could accommodate our group size (two vans) & were always on time & very professional. He had food menus and suggestions available for our use and there is a grocery store that is about a 15 min walk or a 5 mins drive. Its about 30-35 mins outside Athens city center & you'll peace & privacy on these beautiful, well maintained grounds. This was our favorite property of the 3 we had during our 2 week stay in Greece. Stavroula is an elegant and responsible lady. The house is big, clean and well prepared. She prepare a lot of snacks and drinks for us so we don’t need to rush to the supermarket on the day we arrived. The house is what you see in the photos. Big, comfortable and have a big swimming pool. During our stay, Stavroula arrange pool cleaning and garden maintenance too. She just make our stay more comfortable and perfect. You may think that the house may be a little bit far from the center, however, it’s very convenience for us. We are a family of six and we have rent a van which can park inside the garage. There are also buses and trains you can take nearby. I really love this beautiful house and I am sure I will come again soon.

Although the locatiokn is somewhat removed from shipping and dining...the flat was very well appointed. When you checked in there was already plenty of coffee, tea, snacks, water, and so much more. We were pleasantly surprised. In addition, George, who was our transport did an amazing job! He was patient and understanding. Great sense of humor too!

This place was adorable! The outdoor area, the spiral staircase, the cute decor, we felt right at home. The host was SO kind and responsive and went out of our way to help with some things that came up. She gave amazing local recommendations (fun restaurants and beach area a 5 minute drive).

Lefteris, was a wonderful host! He went above and beyond our expectations! Such a kind, and very thoughtful host. The home was spectacular! What a beautiful place was Villa Marina. I highly recommend it and we will be back again!
