logement facile à trouver, fidèle à la description et aux photos. le logement dispose d'une machine à glaçons qui est un vrai plus pour profiter de boissons fraiches à tout moment. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner ou prendre un café/thé. il y a également un lave linge/séche linge dans la cour sous l'escalier qui est en commun avec le propriétaire. Il y a une petite cour entièrement murée pour que vos enfants puissent jouer en toute sécurité. le logement est à 25 minutes à pied du centre touristique en prenant son temps. Pour les commerces de proximités, on est bien servit avec un supermarché, une pharmacie, un café à 200 mètres (descendre la rue et tourné à gauche) il y a également de bonne boulangerie (sweet bakery (filolaou 146) que je recommande) ou restaurant( Ευλαλία (frynonos 10)que je recommande également) à 5/10 minutes à pied. Je remercie également Vasilis pour son accueil et sa réactivité pour la panne de la machine à glaçons qui à été réparer très rapidement

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cet appartement, propre et bien placé. Le grand lit est confortable. La terrasse est agréable. Les principaux lieux touristiques sont facilement accessibles par le métro qui est situé à proximité. Il y a également quelques petits restaurants très sympas tout près. Pour ceux qui souhaiteraient prendre un ferry pour faire une virée sur les îles proches proches d'Athènes, le port du Pirée est à quelques stations de métro. Nous avons communiqué avec notre hôte par messagerie. Il s'est montré réactif et les informations données étaient claires. Un bon pied à terre, dans un quartier tranquille, pour visiter Athènes à deux.

Herkese tavsiye ederim, genel olarak kusursuz ve çok temizdi. İhtiyacımız okacak her şey vardı. Gösterildiği ve anlatıldığı gibiydi. Sadece, kültürden kültüre değişebilecek bir durum olsa da yerde ayakkabı izleri vardı ve bizim kültürümüzde ev içinde ayakkabıyla gezilmediği için biraz garip hissettirdi, bizler de ayakkabıyla gezmek zorunda kaldık. Eğer siz de alışık değşlsenize terlikle ya da ayakkabı ile gezmenizi tavsiye ederim, yalın ayak pek temiz olmayabilir. Bunun dışında her yer temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Sadece evden çıkıp camları kapattığınızda havalandıramadığınız için sıcak ya da havasız olabiliyor ama havalandırınca hızlıca bu sorun da çözülüyor. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Muhit güzel, metroya yakın. Yürüyerek istediğiniz yere gidebilirsiniz fakat metro varken gerek yok. Tekrar gelirsem yine tercih ederim

Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux, ( 2 parents et leur 1 enfant de 2 ans et demi ) . Malgré la barrière de la langue pour nous , leur accueil on été très agréable ! La dame qui nous à installés à pu nous expliquer et traduire en anglais . Le logement était très propre. Très bel intérieur, les lits confortables, tout l'appartement est fonctionnelle. Il y a tout pour se déplacer facilement pour se rendre a Athènes. Bus , tram, taxi . Plein de restaurant aux alentours. Les hôtes, nous ont envoyés plein de belles adresses à aller visiter , ( lieux les plus beaux. Restaurants, lieu de déplacement, adresses utiles pour un séjour facile et plus simple à organiser. Nous avons été tres bien reçu ! La piscine est facile d'accès et tres propre. La résidence est tres calme. En couple ou en famille nous vous conseillons fortement cette adresses. Detente garantie sur une terrasse très calme , avec vu sur tout le quartier. Nous sommes ravies de l'accueil et de leur gentillesse

The space is clean and comfortable, and there is a cleaner who comes by every few weeks. I found Kypseli to be a great location/neighborhood with many shops and restaurants close to the apartment. The biggest pull is the apartment’s terrace, which has an incredible view, and makes for a great spot to do work, read etc.

Fotini's place is wonderful, perfect and cosy place as if we lived in our own flat. This place is located in walkable distance to major areas. Wee enjoyed a lot!

We had an amazing time at Alessandra’s place. It is gorgeous and even better than what the pictures convey. There was so much space and beautifully decorated. The outdoor patio was perfect for morning coffee. The kitchen had everything you could possibly think of. Rooms and beds very comfortable and spacious. It is in a perfect location to walk to everything in Athens. Would highly recommend staying here. We are so glad we didn’t stay at a hotel. We would never have had such a unique experience. The nearby cafes and restaurants steps away made the stay nice as well. The Rose bakery around the corner was incredible. Everything made fresh by the owner daily. There is a fruit market around the border and a convenience store right across the street. The check-in process was very easy to get in. Absolutely perfect stay!!

I stayed at Athena with my partner and wow it was so cute!! The perfect place to stay! The host was beyond helpful and helped us check in and was there to show us around the accommodation and check if there was anything missing that we may need. He gave some nice recommendations for local places as we hadn’t visited before. The place was spotless and clean and overall just a beautiful design inside! I loved the fact there was even a mini gym downstairs! The only downside to this great place was the fact there was a school opposite so there were multiple bells that rang throughout the day and the kids could be quite noisy. If you plan to be out exploring during the day this would not be an issue We throughly enjoyed this place and our stay and would definitely recommend : )

The accommodation was wonderful, the check-in process was very smooth, the location may be far from the center but there is a lot to explore in the neighborhood, squares full of bars and restaurants, markets and bakeries nearby, we did everything on foot, the house is beautiful, comfortable and very cozy, she was a great host with useful information about the region, flexible check-out and she responded quickly to my messages as well as being very polite.

Muy bien acondicionada la casa, con cosas útiles para bebo niño pequeño (cubiertos y platos de plástico, juguetes, ...). Además que la casa estaba limpia y muy bien decorada. Un estancia excelente.

A great appartment in a quiet neighborhood close to the center and the north of Athens. Super clean, the fridge was full and Vassiliki is an amazing host !

Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ όμορφο και καθαρό όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία του είναι πάρα πολύ βολική καθώς βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη περιοχή, πολύ κοντά στον ηλεκτρικό. Ο κύριος Δημήτρης ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικός κι εξυπηρετικός καθόλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας, μας εξήγησε λεπτομερώς και τις παροχές του σπιτιού. Τον συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

What can I say the apartment was lovely and George our host was amazing! Our first night we were sent dinner and some Beers! A lovely welcome. Given the time of year, George kindly dressed the apartment for the Christmas festivities, which was well received by the whole family. In terms of accessibility you can’t beat it. Five minutes to the metro station which is a super efficient way to travel around Athens. We would recommend staying here to anyone you won’t be disappointed! Thanks George and Happy New Year!!

The loft was just as advertised. The amenities provided are great. It is spacious and very comfortable with everything you need. The hosts were super helpful and quick to respond to any question.

Die Villa ist traumhaft! Die Lage genial. Die atemberaubende Aussicht, der Pool, das Grillhaus, der grosszügige Garten und der private Zugang zu einer wunderschönen Bucht machen das Angebot für mich persönlich perfekt! Antonis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, welcher immer ereichbar ist und auf alle Anliegen eingeht und diese schnellstmöglich löst. Danke Antonis für alles!
