Nous serons heureux de partager avec vous l’histoire de cette belle Folie Nantaise, située aux portes de Sucé sur Erdre (le centre bourg est à 300 mètres) et pourtant nichée dans un écrin de nature sauvage avec son parc arboré de 2 hectares et accès privatif à l’Erdre.

Come and discover Nort and its marina. 20min walk from the train station to Nantes, close to the canal from Nantes to Brest, 45 min to the beach . Ideal for a break during a business trip/weekend by the water! 30 minutes from the center of Nantes by tram train, independent accommodation, quiet at the end of a secure private driveway, possibility to park your car and bike with peace of mind.

In a quiet hamlet in the countryside, we offer a single-storey accommodation located in one end of our house, which can accommodate 3 people. (a 180 x 200 bed composed of two beds that can be separated on request, and a sofa bed) With a total area of 38 m2, very well equipped, with a garden area with direct access. You can park directly in front of the accommodation. Bikes are available to enjoy the many walks nearby. Linens and hand towels provided.

Combining charm and authenticity, in a quiet location, surrounded by green spaces and large meadows lined with bridle paths, the Château de la Pervenchère is located just 30 minutes from Nantes and a few minutes from Sucé-sur-Erdre. Enjoy the banks of the Erdre, numerous hiking trails, and the La Vélodyssée and La Régalante bike routes. It is suitable for your stopovers or leisure or business stays. Private parking at the back of the castle.

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
