Der er 20 minutters gåafstand til Aalborg Centrum via "kulturbroen". Derudover er kun 5 minutters gang til bus- og togstation samt et naturskønt sted med græssende får og storslået udsigt over vandet. Det er muligt at finde gratis parkering inden for 300 m.

Nice apartment, own kitchen, new bathroom, parking

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located home with free parking and walking distance to Aalborg. Close by the E45 Newly renovated with a nice bathroom, new kitchen, and stylish design. Can be used for couples, single or a small family of 3. There was before a sofa bed, but this one has now been replaced with a bed, so there is better comfort. Super cozy basement apartment!

Enjoy the simple life of this peaceful and centrally located area. It is 2 km to the city center. 250 meters to the nearest supermarket, 100 meters to the bus and green areas with forest. New kitchen and newer bath, with everything in appliances. There is a connecting living room and bedroom, a small distribution hall, kitchen and bathroom. The garden and terrace are private and are not a rental.

Dejlig lejlighed, nær centrum, men i rolige omgivelser, nær skov, zoo, sygehus syd, city syd og med indkøbsmuligheder få meter fra boligen. Gratis parkering og gode busforbindelser få meter fra boligen, det tager kun få min. til centrum og gåafstand er 20 min.
