There is a big green area, that can be enjoyed from the large balcony, and here you will also find a playground for kids. The apartment is spacy and well equipped.

Lyngbyvejskvarteret er en lille oase på Østerbro i København. Området er opført som arbejderboliger i 1910-1930 og er idag attraktive byhuse. Der er gode indkøbsmuligheder, caféer og parker. Lejligheden ligger på 2. sal og er rummelig, hyggelig og lys. Lejligheden er for nylig istandsat. Helt nye lækre senge og nyt badeværelse . Der er gratis parkering 5-10 minutters gang fra lejligheden og ellers betaling på gaden. Roligt og trygt. Vi bor selv i huset og glæder os til at udleje til dig

My apartment is placed at the center of Nørrebro; close to shopping, bars, cafés and cultural sights such at H.C. Andersen's tomb. It has an amazing view to the Town Hall Tower where its possible to see the fireworks from Tivoli. It has a brand new balcony overlooking the big and green courtyard. Since the apartment is my private home no parties are allowed. It is easily accessible from the airport: you can take the metro and get of at "Forum" or the 5A bus and get of at "Elmegade".
