The kitchen is bright and functional with an oven, stove and refrigerator - extremely well equipped. There is also a lovely living room with sofa arrangement and dining table, as well as TV. The bathroom and toilet are at the end of the entrance, which connects the entire apartment, which is located on the ground floor.

Skansehage is a 32-meter long houseboat from 1958 built in wood, now transformed from a car ferry into a floating home. Possibility to swim both winter and summer. Below deck there are 2 cabins and 1 master bedroom as well as toilet, bath and music scene.

It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.
