Fantastic surrounding nature with beech forests and large fields. Rich birdlife. 3 km to the sea. Infinite cycle paths without car traffic. Walking distance to Solgårdens restaurant. In Maglehem you don't hear any car traffic. Five kilometers to the nearest grocery store. This place is most beautiful in Skåne. From the south: Take road 19 that goes from Ystad towards Kristianstad. Turn right at Maglehem/Lillehem.

Our paradise in Österlen! In between the beech forest and open fields. The house is newly renovated on 110 sqm with three bedrooms, a dining room and living room with smart-teve. Modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area and dishwasher. Large and lovely garden plot where you enjoy sun from morning till night. Free location with nature as a neighbor. Around the corner is Skåneleden as well as several nature reserves with fantastic beech forest. 10 minutes by car to some of Sweden's best beaches and 5 minutes to Brösarp's all amenities.

Located at Brösarp's slopes and Verkeån - the most beautiful part of Skåne's hiking trails. When you take the path up through the leaf portal via the porch into the house, you'll see a large soapstone stove in the living room. Here you can gather after cycling or hiking along the Skåneleden trail, or after a full day on the beach in Haväng. Breakfast is set via the serving hatch from the kitchen facing the secluded patio at the back with a view of forest and meadow with deer & moose. In the garden you will find potatoes, onions and herbs.

It is within walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA shop and to the many hiking trails in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. The cottage has a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass veranda. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bikes can be borrowed.

Inom gångavstånd ligger den vidsträckta vackra stranden som sträcker sig från Stenshuvud till Åhus. Stugan ligger en kort bilfärd från såväl Kivik som Åhus. Från våren 2025 har vi 4st nya fina cyklar i stugan som kan användas av gästerna. Goda fiskemöjligheter finns i närheten i bl.a. Helge Å. Militäranläggningen Ravlunda skjutfält finns en bit bort men den är stängd under hela sommaren och det pågår ingen verksamhet. Under andra perioder kan det höras ljud och smällar från skjutövningar.

Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

Sleep here as we were going to a wedding in Maglehem. We stayed one night in Birgitta's courtyard house, which was far too short a time. We would have liked to stay longer as it was so cozy in the house and we did not have time to enjoy the peace. Super nice garden, wonderfully cute house a little hidden at the end among the rose bushes. Helpful host. Can recommend.

Very nice and quick communication with the host. Well-equipped apartment with all necessities. It is located in the basement with a little less light. Highly recommended if you want a little quieter accommodation with relatively close to nature areas.

It was a pleasure staying in the cozy apartment. The location is surrounded by rolling hills and close to Stenhuvud National Park. Christer was very friendly and Annika was very responsive in answering our questions.

We spent three wonderful days in Elna's cottage. The house is very lovingly furnished, very cozy. The location in the middle of the great nature reserve Drakamöllan is spectacular. When you wake up, you only hear the birds chirping. For us as hiking enthusiasts, the proximity to Brosarps Backar and the beach was also great. Be sure to try the delicious Smörrebrød at Buhres!

This was heavenly, literally with your feet in the water. What a view. Emma was very helpful and your peace and privacy is assured. Simrishamn, Knäbäckhussenstrand, ... all nearby. We can only be grateful that we were able to stay here and hopeful that we can come back again. An absolute must!

We (4 people + dog) spent a midsummer weekend in the house and had a very lovely time! Ulla and Henrik were very accommodating and nice hosts. The house was well maintained and had all the amenities needed, while it is quiet and peaceful out by a field. The back has a lovely evening sun and where you can see the cows walking around the knot. At the same time, the accommodation is close to everything in Österlen and it is very easy to get around. Although we encountered some problems with the kitchen, Ulla and Henrik were service-minded and very quick to act and, which in the end did not disturb our stay. We also bought a lot of ceramics from Ulla, who has a cozy little shop. Highly recommended - and we will be happy to come back!
