We had an absolutely fantastic stay in Lofoten! We were four people and felt immediately welcome. Solrun and Øyvind were incredibly friendly, helpful and always quick to respond – we really appreciated that. The house was cozy, well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect – a super base for exploring the beautiful nature around. We couldn't have had it better, and we would highly recommend both the place and the host to anyone considering traveling here. Thank you very much – we will be happy to come back!

Beautiful apartment that is very suitable for families with children and pets. We brought our 1.5 year old son and dog. It was so cozy with toys available for the children. The soul of the old neighborhood school was preserved. The first impression was that it was lovely to get in there, with high ceilings and large, looming windows in all rooms that let in lots of light and overlooked the green lawn and blue sky. Cozy kitchen with long kitchen counter. Outside, there were clearly marked parking spaces for the cars. And a few meters away, there were outdoor toys for the children and a little further away, a kindergarten with more outdoor toys. It is close to the shop and Kapteinen restaurant. It was lovely to walk down the quiet road where free-range chickens were a great entertainment for our son. We stopped by Storvika farm where we bought fine local products both to wear and to eat. Really enjoyed and would love to come back!

Very beautiful surrundings a the sea and the mountains in Senja. Nice and cosy house to relaxe in and enjoy trips in the area. Very good tour guidance from Harvard and his wife.

Ideally located, secure and quiet apartment. The apartment matches the photos exactly and is tastefully decorated, lots of accessories available. Excellent bedding and for those who are sensitive to the midnight sun the room can be totally isolated from the day!! Warm and friendly welcome. Gabriel was responsive to my requests! I would recommend it 100%.

An amazing space with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings! We loved the mini-house and it offered a unique place to stay in such a unique location. The mini-house is located directly adjacent to another one as well as two other little houses, but we never heard or saw anyone else despite knowing they were there because of their cars. There is a sauna you can pay additional to use, but we never found an opportunity to use it (despite being available whenever you want). The bed was comfy, wifi worked great, shower was hot, and the kitchen had everything we needed (although no over fyi). This was a perfect stay for us!

We stayed at Merete's place for one night during our Lofoten visit. We really enjoyed the place and would defintely like to come back during our next visit. Would highly recommend anyone visiting the area.

This rorbu is an authentic accommodation, in the anteroom you can still admire old fishing equipment. You have an incredibly beautiful view of the fjord. The place is very cozy and well equipped. From here you can very well start different excursions: e.g. to the Reinebringen, with the ferry to Vindstad or also with the bus in all directions. Kristi is a very attentive and nice hostess. She drove us to the supermarket in her car and brought us delicious cinnamon rolls. She also gave a lot of excursion tips and took care of our questions. We will be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is very cozy and you have a great view. We felt very comfortable and can recommend the accommodation.

This flat is excellent. Great view, right on the water, great WiFi. It’s about a 10min walk back to the center of town with nice restaurants and cafes, as well as a grocery store. There’s also some great hikes nearby. Just know that Lofoten has moody weather, so you might want a long stay to ensure you get some sunshine to truly appreciate the region.

The apartment was really very nice, superbly furnished and you had everything you needed. We felt right at home. The view is also very nice. We had very low-hanging clouds with drizzle, so we had no visibility. We can only recommend the apartment.

Our trip was a mix of working remotely and hiking. Tone's place is in a great location for many beautiful hikes and makes the driving manageable each day. For the days I worked, the internet was fast and I could do everything I needed to. It's also within walking distance to the grocery store and a small cafe. The neighborhood is as quiet and safe as you can get. We arrived late, and check-in was easy. Tone was very responsive before and during the trip. We had rain a few days during our trip and it feels spacious and cozy inside for two. The ladder to the loft is a bit steep and awkward and it's easy to accidentally hit your head on the beam at the top. For those with mobility issues, it could be challenging to get up and down. Overall, we're glad we stayed here and would recommend.

We spent three wonderful days on Skogsøya. The house, although not traditional in style, was superbly positioned overlooking the sea and the neighbouring islands. The huge picture windows give an ever changing view that in real life are much better than the photos. We walked the coast road and several of the footpaths some of which climb hills behind the house and offer views over Vesterålen. You can hike to the north coast, but it gets very boggy beyond the big lake. Check the ferry timetable before travelling and if you arrive on a Sunday remember to do your shopping the day before! We would wholeheartedly recommend staying in Anders place on this magical island.

Fantastic great apartment. Looks almost even better in reality than the photos. Great amenities, tidy and clean. Great infoperm, with info about equipment in the apartment. Cheerful host, checking up on check-in and stay is fine! Great views, from the hot tub. Luxury feeling! Recommended!
