Holiday rentals with a patio in Nord

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Thanks to Vera's good description and reliable accessibility, you can find the hidden cottage very well. We will be happy to come back ☀️ Greetings from Cristian and Venice

We felt at home at Florian & Joel's place. It was very cozy and the quiet neighborhood allowed you to enjoy the great weather on the balcony. 3 min walk is a bakery which was also very convenient for us. We look forward to staying with them again.

The place was as in the pictures and in a nice quiet area. Beautiful kitchen, very clean and orderly. Düsseldorf city center can be reached in about 1 hour by public transport and there are many possibilities to go shopping in the area.

This stay was excellent from beginning to end - the apartment exceeded our expectations. It was extraordinarily charming and cosy with wonderful lights and an excellent balcony that looked out over gardens and trees with lots of birds. The flat is impeccably decorated from the smallest amenities, such as good soap and towels to beautiful lights on the patio as well as very easy linens and towels, and interesting books. An extra bonus was having a computer there that we could use that was available for surfing or Netflix. Perhaps the most wonderful thing was the excellent recommendations our host made for restaurants and bars that were very special and off the beaten path, and we felt honoured to be part of the unique locals that were hanging out at these lovely Places. The host also went above and beyond to try to help with various computer issues (adaptors) for our own needs. I can’t rave enough about this place. I would come back to Cologne just to stay there and enjoy the balcony.

It's a really nice apartment. Check-in was smooth and in person. The apartment owner's brother was very nice. There were cold drinks and sweets. The sofa bed was comfortable and it was clean. The only drawback: the Wi-Fi did not work. Since we only tested this at night, we did not make any further contact. We leave early in the morning. A solution would probably have been found.

The small house with beautiful old trees (a huge cherry tree, apple tree) is an absolute gem. The location is in the countryside, in peace and quiet. The peace and quiet at night is perfect. In the vicinity, the house is surrounded by horse pastures and fields. The slightly wider area is probably the most beautiful part of the Lower Rhine, thanks to the nature reserves. Absolutely perfect for exploring by bike, directly from the holiday home. The house is very well renovated and in an absolutely new condition. It has been planned and implemented with attention to detail and in a very generous manner. The furnishings are of high quality and in good condition. This gives the house character and style.

It was just beautiful! We lacked nothing, and we ended up living there for three months! Once we had no baking paper, I asked if they could help us. What could you and the next day we had a whole pack lying in front of the door. Really attentive. This and many other friendly gestures really made this stay a second home. It is also super child-friendly. What can I say, if we didn't live in the neighborhood, we would definitely come back 😉

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. A wonderful stay! The accommodation was very clean, stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The area is very quiet and everything is within walking distance and quickly accessible (shopping, train, etc.). Communication with Barbara was warm, accommodating and she was always available. If we are near Düsseldorf again, we will definitely stay here again :)

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and beautifully furnished - you could tell that someone had made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
