Old town oasis in MG

Right in the center and yet quietly located. Between the Geropark and the historic city wall, right on the Abteiberg, is the small but nice apartment. “The Place to be,” in the most beautiful part of the old town. The "Minto" shopping center is only a few meters away. There is a quick connection to the highways. The main train station is a 15-minute walk and the "colorful garden" is just 10 minutes away. Borussia Park is only 4 km away and with the buses you are quickly in the suburbs.

Bei dieser Unterkunft sind alle wichtigen Anlaufpunkte ganz in der Nähe. Das ruhige Quartier befindet sich mitten in der Altstadt von Mönchengladbach . Alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Restaurantes, Kneipen, Kino, Shoppingmeile ....nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. ÖPNV, Banken, Bahnhof befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Borussia-und Sparkassenpark ist nur 4 km entfernt. Für Messebesucher ist die Autobahnanbindung nach Düsseldorf sehr interessant.

I stayed in this small studio for three months and were very satisfied. The location is excellent – central yet quiet. The accessibility by public transport and by car is very good. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and very flexible. Hosts are next door. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, with windows to the south side, very quiet, no larm. Everything necessary is available, and the value for money is perfect. Clear recommendation.

The place is perfect for two people. Well located, it gives very quick access to the city center on foot and the beautiful Bunter park. Only mini reproach: the absence of microwave, strainer for the kitchen and a sweep for the toilet. That didn't stop us from being very satisfied with the place to live.
