Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Nord de Palma District

The place was so well equipped and so close to the beach. Lots of space for 5/6 people both on the roof terrace and inside. Gorgeous beach close by and pool was not very busy at all. Would highly recommend. Fiona was very helpful throughout our stay.

We had a wonderful stay, aesthetic, bright, spacious, cozy and functional apartment with magnificent views of the sea (sunset included). Pure relaxation:-)

The apartment is spectacular, a unique place in the historic center of Mallorca, we went as a family and the hosts were very kind. The online check-in system is very good, we had no problems. The apartment is very well furnished, you practically have everything you need for a short or long stay, the breakfasts on the rooftop with the family were priceless. The value for the price is great. The only thing that was a little complicated in the case of 5 people going and bathing in 2/3 bathrooms at the same time is that maybe you run out of hot water. Everything else was spectacular.

Apartment as advertised. Everything was as I imagined and as I wished The staff is very nice and speaks several languages (Italian, English, French and Spanish of course)

Great accommodation, which is even more beautiful in real life than in the pictures, as some rooms have been modernized since then. The pool and outdoor area are a highlight and you can enjoy privacy. The accommodation is only missing a few details, such as a cozier light in the living and dining area and some equipment in the kitchen, such as pot holders. Everything else was just great!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. Checking in is easy via a code-locked door (very practical as you don’t have to take a key with you). As cyclists we especially enjoyed the bike storage room and the cleaning station which we found very convenient.

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

The apartment is about an hour from Palma de Mallorca, absolutely top, it has everything for a stay, quiet location, beach only 5 minutes' walk, restaurants and shops nearby, also numerous excursions could be done, I would book the apartment again if I were to travel to Mallorca, thank you very much

Gogi is always responsive and helpful. Some old balcony plastic furniture cracked and were replaced quickly. Gogi suggested museums, sites and restaurants to visit. She checked up on our stay to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Great impression.

We enjoyed our stay very much, a very clean well maintained place, quick and very friendly communication with the host with pool and gym. The part in Can Picafort where the property is located is more quiet and less touristy than the rest. There are two great resturants within walking distance. So, everything you could wish for. One evening, the neighboring hotel has an event evening, so there was good live music until 10 p.m. but there was peace. Last night we had very noisy neighbors in the apartment above us, but the host can't help it. We were still able to sleep perfectly. Only small point of criticism, the large bed is two pushed together beds with visitors. Nevertheless, we were more than satisfied and would recommend it!

Great place to stay. Apartment has everything you need for two weeks of workation. The sea, beach and some restaurants and small shops are within walking distance. My apartment was well equipped, plenty of space to store his belongings (closets) and it has a great view of the sea. Everything being clean. Bath towels were changed every few days.

This was a great place with a very helpful and responsive host. We got a minor issue that has been solved immediately.

A house in a top area, cared for and with everything you need.

Our cycling holiday at Cristofol's home was perfect! We were located right at the heart of all the major rides. Not only that, but the home is peaceful, restful and offers stunning views! The kitchen is well-appointed and cooking meals for a group was easier than we expected. The upper balcony offered a variety of seating options --it was nice to have different community spaces. The lower room was perfect for our bike staging and planning It was easy to get in and out. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged; we lived with ease. We loved our stay and are already planning to return! Thank you both to Cristofol and Antonia for their gracious hosting!

Stayed for 4 nights, host was responsible and friendly. Place was clean and comfortable, pool ready for use and all amenities as described. Would recommend.

We had a great stay, the accommodation has everything you need for children, the living environment with animals is really great! (our son loved the turkey!). The hosts are very welcoming and available. Ideal accommodation for exploring the island. We highly recommend it!

The most beautiful finca in breathtaking surroundings. Stylish and luxurious, with every comfort. A real oasis in the middle of nature, the view from the terrace is magic, specially at sunset and for stargazing at night. Guido is a wonderful, thoughtful host - looking forward to visiting again!

Nice house in great location. The terrace is a dream. The bay and beach are within walking distance, which is a huge advantage for families. There is even a sub, air mattresses and swimming accessories in the garage. Everything your heart desires. We felt right at home and would have liked to stay longer.

This house is incredible! It’s more than 300 years old and has been in the family for generations. The photos on the listing do not do it justice. Nuria and family were so responsive for any questions we had and any requests. The bedrooms are beautiful, we ate outside in the picturesque backyard for every meal and we cooked a delicious meal on the huge bbq! The pool is stunning. Cannot recommend this place enough.
